Al Roker, the Today Show weatherman, announced that his beloved dog Pepper had to undergo emergency surgery. He shared an update on his Instagram on May 5th. Pepper, whom Al and his wife adopted from a Pennsylvania rescue in 2012, has been a popular feature on his Instagram account.
