Expect These Anti-Trump Cabals To Return

NBC admitted there is a deep state of lawmakers‚ government workers‚ and special interest groups who are planning how to keep Donald Trump from using the military “in a dictatorial way.” In other words‚ they are planning a military coup of sorts. “Donald Trump is sparking fears among those who understand the inner workings of […] The post Expect These Anti-Trump Cabals To Return appeared first on www.independentsentinel.com.

Shell Oil Becomes Latest To Suspend Shipping Through Red Sea Because Of Houthi Attacks

The Shell oil company‚ one of the largest oil companies in the world‚ has announced it is suspending all shipments through the Red Sea indefinitely because of the attacks from the terrorist Houthis from Yemen. In December‚ a Shell-chartered tanker was attacked by Houthi boats. The British-based company joins British Petroleum‚ which stated last month it would suspend its ships sailing through the Red Sea. That followed other companies‚ including  A.P. Moller-Maersk‚ Hapag-Lloyd‚ MSC‚ and CMA CGM‚ diverting their ships. Roughly 12% of total global seaborne oil trade is transported through the Red Sea‚ The Wall Street Journal noted‚ adding‚ “Tanker owners said after the U.S.-led strike that a number of captains of chartered vessels heading for Europe via the Suez Canal have refused to enter the Red Sea‚ forcing them to sail through a lengthy route around Southern Africa.” “The United Kingdom and the United States‚ with support from The Netherlands‚ Canada‚ Bahrain‚ and Australia‚ have carried out targeted strikes on Houthi military targets in Yemen‚” Secretary of State for Foreign‚ Commonwealth and Development Affairs and Former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom David Cameron said last Friday. He continued: Freedom of navigation across international lanes in the Red Sea must be protected. And this is why we’re taking action. It is necessary‚ legal‚ proportionate‚ and right. The U.K. along with the U.S. and other allies‚ including the United Nations Security Council‚ have repeatedly made clear that these illegal Houthi attacks are completely unacceptable. There have been warning after warning‚ but the attacks have continued‚ including most recently the attack involving our own ship‚ HMS Diamond‚ which included 18 drones and a number of missiles‚ and was one of the biggest to date. … The Houthis should be clear that we are serious when we say these actions against U.K. and other ships are unacceptable. And it’s right that we’ve taken this action. Last Friday‚ Houthi leader Mohammed Ali al-Houthi spoke at a rally in San’a’s Sabeen Square‚ telling the cheering throng‚ “America is the devil. America is your enemy. America is terrorism.” On Tuesday‚ Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei praised the Houthis attacks on maritime shipping‚ saying‚ “We hope‚ God willing‚ that these struggles‚ this resistance‚ and those actions will continue until victory is achieved.”

Emmy Awards 2024: List Of Winners And Top Viral Moments

Some of the biggest stars in television were honored at the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards Monday night. The show was delayed from September‚ which was too close to the end of the actors and writers strikes from the summer and early fall. There were several viral moments‚ including multiple impromptu kisses between stars. First‚ actress Christina Applegate made a surprise appearance on stage after being vocal about her battle with multiple sclerosis. “Thank you so much. Oh my God‚ you’re totally shaming me with disability by standing up. It’s fine‚” she joked. “Body not by Ozempic.” Actor Pedro Pascal‚ who was nominated for an Emmy for his role in the post-apocalyptic drama series “The Last of Us‚” appeared with a sling on his arm and explained his injury by joking that “Succession” star Kieran Culkin hurt him.  “A lot of people have been asking about my arm; it’s actually my shoulder‚” Pascal said. “And I think tonight is a perfect time to tell everyone that Kieran Culkin beat the s*** out of me.” The joke referenced a dig Culkin made during the Golden Globes earlier this month‚ when the actor said‚ “S*** it‚ Pedro‚” after winning Best Lead Actor in a Drama Series and beating out Pascal‚ who was also up for the award.  There was also a lot of kissing during the Emmys.  Matty Matheson‚ a real-life chef and executive producer and actor in “The Bear‚” gave a long kiss on the lips to series co-star Ebon Moss-Bachrach after the show won the Outstanding Comedy Series Award. Culkin interrupted his “Succession” co-star J. Smith-Cameron’s red carpet interview with a kiss‚ too.  The late actor Matthew Perry got a special tribute during the In Memoriam segment. Musician Charlie Puth performed the song “I’ll See You Again‚” which was originally written as a tribute to “The Fast and the Furious” actor Paul Walker following his death in 2013. Singer Elton John achieved the coveted EGOT status at this year’s Emmys with his win for the Disney+ special “Elton John Live: Farewell From Dodger Stadium.” An EGOT winner has won at least once in every major award ceremony‚ as the acronym stands for Emmys‚ Grammys‚ Oscars‚ and Tonys. “The Bear” and “Beef” came out on top at this year’s Emmy Awards‚ with those two shows winning more than any other show this year. Shannen Doherty Discusses Funeral Plans Amid Cancer Battle: ‘Don’t Want People To Be Crying’

Actress Shannen Doherty revealed some thoughts she’s been having about her funeral as she continues battling cancer. The 52-year-old previously disclosed that her breast cancer had metastasized to her brain and bones‚ which has led to her thinking about what her final goodbye should look like.  “This is such a morbid conversation‚ but it’s also so fun‚” Doherty said on an episode of the “Let’s Be Clear” podcast. “I want [my remains] to be mixed with my dog and I want it to be mixed with my dad. I do not want to be buried and not cremated.” As for her funeral‚ the actress said she would prefer to keep the guest list short‚ per People. “I was pleasantly surprised at my dad’s [funeral] of who showed up. But it made me start thinking about who would show up to mine‚” she began. “There’s a lot of people that I think would show up that I don’t want there‚” the former “Beverly Hills 90210” star said. “I don’t want them there because their reasons for showing up aren’t necessarily the best reasons‚ like‚ they don’t really like me and‚ you know‚ they have their reasons and good for them‚ but they don’t actually really like me enough to show up to my funeral.” CLICK HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP Doherty continued‚ “But they will‚ because it’s the politically correct thing to do and they don’t want to look bad‚ so I kinda want to take the pressure off them and I want my funeral to be like a love fest. I don’t want people to be crying or people to privately be like‚ ‘Thank God that b**** is dead now.'”  The actress was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015. She went into remission in 2017‚ but the cancer returned in 2019. Doherty announced she had metastatic stage 4 cancer in 2020. While her recent remarks about funeral planning were more lighthearted‚ the “Charmed” star spoke late last year about not being ready to die yet. “I don’t want to die‚” she said. “I’m not done with living. I’m not done with loving. I’m not done with creating. I’m not done with hopefully changing things for the better. I’m just not — I’m not done.” “When you ask yourself‚ ‘Why me? Why did I get cancer?’ and then‚ ‘Why did my cancer come back? Why am I stage 4?‚’ that leads you to look for the bigger purpose in life‚” she added. “It’s insane to me [that] we still don’t have a cure.”
