In 2016, President Trump was a wildly successful and smart businessman, but he was new to Washington, D.C. He learned very fast, but that’s an extremely steep mountain to overcome when you only have 4 years and the entire Deep State has been embedded with a decades-long jump on you. And while President Trump still enjoyed many successes in his First Term, he was also delayed and derailed in many ways by a swampy Deep State. After that I’m not a dictator.” While some of his promises are more likely to come to pass than others, they offer a window into Trump’s priorities as he prepares for a return to the White House. They didn't need an act of Congress,” Miller said. ‘Drilling, Drilling, Drilling’ Trump’s second priority when he returns to Washington is bringing down inflation, which he believes can be done by increasing oil and gas drilling and rolling back clean energy regulations. “On Day One of the Trump administration, I will terminate Kamala’s insane electric vehicle mandate, and we will end the green new scam once and for all. The green new scam will end,” Trump said at a rally in October, adding that regulation leads to a higher cost of goods. The Green New Deal – a congressional proposal that lays out policy plans for combatting climate change – was never passed or signed into law. It’s possible that Trump and his allies are referring to the Inflation Reduction Act signed into law by President Joe Biden, which includes climate and clean energy initiatives. Trump also said at a rally in May that he intended to sign an executive order on his first day that would end offshore wind projects. His campaign has also said he would approve federal drilling permits and pending pipeline projects. “When we think about energy exploration, how we get back to drilling, which ultimately then will bring down prices, bring down inflation, he can do that on his own,” Miller said, meaning that Trump won’t need Congress to approve those policy changes. However, repealing and replacing regulation will likely take longer. At a minimum the process requires a public comment and answer period. And most new regulations also require a 30-day delayed effective date, according to the Administrative Procedure Act. Getting Rid of Jack Smith and Pardoning Jan. 6 Rioters Trump has repeatedly said he would get rid of special counsel Jack Smith, the special prosecutor appointed by Attorney General Merrick Garland who has brought two federal cases against Trump, the election subversion case and the classified documents case. “I would fire him within two seconds. He’ll be one of the first things addressed,” Trump said in an interview on Oct. 24. While Trump likely can’t fire Smith directly, because Smith is not a presidential appointee, he could order the Department of Justice to remove him. For his part, Smith is reportedly evaluating how to wind down the two cases against Trump. Trump has also said he plans to pardon members of the Jan. 6 mob that stormed the Capitol following Trump’s 2020 presidential election loss to Biden. “I am inclined to pardon many of them. I can't say for every single one, because a couple of them, probably they got out of control,” he said at a town hall. At a rally In September, Trump said, “The moment we win, we will rapidly review the cases of every political prisoner unjustly victimized by the Harris regime. And I will sign their pardons on Day One.” More than 1,500 people have been charged with federal crimes stemming from the attack on the Capitol, according to the Department of Justice earlier this month. Ending the War in Ukraine Trump has made several other promises about his first day in office that will be harder to keep. For one, Trump has criticized the amount of aid the Biden administration has sent to Ukraine, and has said repeatedly he would end Russia’s war against Ukraine, even before he takes office. “They’re dying, Russians and Ukrainians. Just this morning, the front page of the Wall Street Journal, the top article: Trump advisers ramp up work on mass deportation, pushing to get started essentially on day one. So, in this video, we're going to talk about the massive "dictator on day one" plans for what Donald Trump is thinking when it comes to deportations, tax breaks, natural gas and oil, and other benefits. And what does this mean for you in the stock market? Let's break down everything we know about Donald Trump's dictator-on-day-one plans. And when I say that, it's not meant to be a slam like the Democrats used it; instead, it's just quoting Donald Trump. So we'll keep it neutral here and get into the actual policies. I think that’s usually what can unite us: talking about actual policy. So, you're thinking, “Alright, Kevin, what does this actually mean for us?” Let's get into it. Kevin (Meet Kevin): First, let's hit this deportation article. Advisers for Trump are already planning the massive deportations that Donald Trump promised during his campaign. Keep in mind, his closing line when he basically wrapped up his acceptance speech was "Promises made, promises kept." So, buckle up—you’re about to see some of these get executed. Let’s see how they end up working. But first, think about this contrast: Joe Biden had a rule not to pursue undocumented immigrants who entered the country and then did not commit other crimes. So in other words, if you got into the country, you sort of had this Florida-style "wet foot, dry foot" policy where if you made it to the U.S. and just didn’t break any other laws, they didn’t really chase you down or prosecute you. Donald Trump plans to end that right away. In fact, he might go as far as declaring a national emergency on day one, or soon after he begins his presidency, to use military assets—which could be the National Guard or other national or military bases throughout the country—to basically begin mass deporting people. So, think about it like this: rounding folks up in convoys, bringing them to military bases, and flying them out on C-130s, lined up like troops going to war. Discussions of this began months before the election in terms of how they’re going to plan to target 1.3 million immigrants with final deportation orders. They’re going to find them, round them up, and send them out. This includes some with criminal convictions, and Donald Trump argues that he’s going to find the other 8 million who came into the country illegally and deport all of them, potentially up to as many as 20 million. Although, the 20 million number is a debated one—it’s unclear if there actually are 20 million undocumented immigrants in the country. Some people say it's closer to 11 million, and that it grew to around 13 or maybe 14 under Biden. Donald Trump implies it was zero and turned into 20 million under Biden. The number is somewhere in between there, but anyway, this is a big deal. In fact, there are a lot of people who have families in the United States, and they are part of undocumented families. I mean, we still have to get to tax policy, and there’s a lot to cover. But I think it’s worth listening to this. Family Testimonial (off-screen): One family describes their life with an undocumented father. The father says: "I don't make any trouble. I just go work and come home. My family is scared for me tonight." Millions of families brace for what’s next, knowing life could soon change for families like this. Kevin (Meet Kevin): Expectedly, life is probably about to change for families like this because, even though they’ve been living in the shadows already, they might have to go even deeper. I know of undocumented immigrants who are now trying to get further and further away from the border on purpose. They won’t even travel to areas like San Diego, just to avoid potential roundup efforts that might involve tracking before Trump’s presidency as departments like Homeland Security prepare. Advisers for Trump are already considering declaring national emergencies on day one to repurpose Pentagon funds, essentially to get more money to conduct this deportation right away. Donald Trump has promised this would be a day one national emergency. I’m skeptical it will actually happen on day one, but if it does, this could be the largest deportation in history, says the Wall Street Journal. Donald Trump plans to renegotiate "Remain in Mexico" and intends to revoke the temporary protected status for millions, which includes people from Haiti, Venezuela, Afghanistan, Ukraine, and others who entered the United States. They received temporary protected status, which allows them to stay here, obtain a driver’s license, get a taxpayer identification number, and work authorization. They're allowed to stay for one or two years, and sometimes that gets extended, or they marry someone who is American and become citizens themselves. Kevin (Meet Kevin): Now, let's talk about taxation. There are some tax policy ideas on the table. For instance, Trump has suggested there could be no taxes on tips and changes to Social Security taxes. Through budget reconciliation, Trump could potentially limit the Inflation Reduction Act, remove EV tax credits, and introduce new tax cuts. But it all comes down to whether these will actually be executed. For example, if Trump does push for more liquefied natural gas exports and terminals in the United States, this could bring revenue through natural gas, which is abundant here. Trump also has plans to revoke waivers allowing states like California to impose stricter pollution standards, particularly around oil and gas, which he sees as restrictive to industry growth. Moreover, Trump has hinted at possibly appointing an “energy czar” to coordinate cuts and supply expansions in fossil fuels, marking a stark shift from the Biden administration's approach focused on demand constraint. Kevin (Meet Kevin): Another key policy area will likely be tariffs. For instance, Morgan Stanley estimates that a 60% tariff on China and 10% on the rest of the world could increase core inflation by about 0.9% and reduce GDP by around 1.5%. It’s expected that there could be negotiations around these tariffs, rather than an immediate blanket approach. Trump’s team is keen on ensuring that any deals benefit the United States. On the regulatory side, Trump is likely to relax rules around mergers, including in the oil and gas industries. He also plans to withdraw from the Paris Climate Accord, loosen EPA regulations, and even relocate the EPA out of Washington, D.C., to minimize its connections with environmental lawyers and lobbyists. For federal lands, Trump might revoke protections that increase risks to endangered species but open up more lands for oil and gas drilling. And finally, Trump has proposed actions such as pardoning January 6th defendants, firing certain officials, and possibly even phasing out the Department of Education, though that would require congressional approval. Kevin (Meet Kevin): So what does all this mean for you? For day one, the market impact may be limited because most tax policy changes would take time to implement. However, Trump's approach on deportations and deregulations could affect specific communities immediately. Moreover, the president stepped aside as the presumptive Democratic nominee on July 21 and paved the way for Harris to become the second woman to lead the party’s presidential ticket. Another idea floated by Democrats was Kamala Harris replacing Justice Sonia Sotomayor on the U.S. Supreme Court. Legal analyst and attorney Bakari Sanders suggested Harris could replace the 70-year-old liberal justice. Another account, Call to Activism, which was founded by attorney Joe Gallina, echoed similar thoughts, “President Biden should resign as an act of protest tomorrow so Kamala Harris could be sworn in as the first female president until January. That would make Trump 48 and ruin that stupid hat of his.” After winning the election, Trump is set to be the 47th president, having already served one term as the 45th. The following report was submitted to me in December 2008. I conducted a follow-up, but have lost contact with the witness since then. Though the witness supplied her name, I chose not to disclose it. I am posting the original report, which described the experiencer's most recent abduction before contacting me:"I went to bed on Nov. 30th, 2008 at 2:10. Fell asleep and was woken by a bright light coming through the window which woke me up but I couldn't move or speak. The next thing I knew I was, as usual, on a stretcher lying on a hard table flat on my back. The Short Grey was there, which lets me know he wants to hurt me. Then the Tall Grey appears and dismisses the Short one with a wave of his hand. He then rubs my forehead and lets me know I'm ok. They communicate with me telepathically.I am scanned by a machine that looks like an upside-down "L", usually that is all they do, but this time the short one came in and gave me an injection in my inner right upper arm!! It hurt bad! Then I was taken to what I call the waiting room to go home, still on a stretcher. Then a Bright Red-haired Woman came in and took my hand in hers (but she only had four claws instead of a hand like we have) and said, "Come with me." I get up and go with her. I'm already scared to death because of the injection and the fact that I'd never see a woman there.This woman had bright red long hair, with what appeared to be a crown on her head. She had white skin with very beautiful dark deep blue slanted upward eyes. She has a small nose and a round mouth and talks like a human and her mouth moves! She is dressed in a shimmering silver gown with a dark purple hooded robe over it. She has on a dark deep blue diamond-shaped stone that glows brilliant and bright. She had a very kind and trusting voice. I was amazed at this lady. I don't know if she was a queen or princess or what. I'm still partly afraid though cause I don't know what she wants with me. I saw no feet but her gown did drag the floor.She leads me to a room with children of all ages in it. From small to what I would consider to be teenagers. They all came running up to me as if they knew me and all looked like two people I know and myself. All of them!! They were trying to touch me and most did. Then we went into another room which had embryos and fetuses. There were hundreds so it seemed, in containers with clear liquid around them. They had tubes and machines coming from them. They also had something over their eyes because of the bright lights. They looked human but had no visible sex organs. Then she says, "Come on" and we leave.We walk down the hall to what appears to be a large picture window in a house. She told me "to look through it" and I did. What I saw I believe was the future. There were bloody wars in the US and other countries. Just graphic, and I was crying. I didn't want to see anymore and turned away. She yelled "Look!" so I did. What I saw this time was death, how people were dying, some sickness some suicide, and others murdered. Some I knew, some I've seen before, and some I don't know. I finally told her I'd seen enough and refused to look back in the window. She kept saying "We're not through" over and over again. I kept saying "NO, NO"!Then I was back in my bed and, for a while, I could not move and speak, but as soon as I could I asked my husband where did the bright light go and where did the Greys and that woman go. He said he didn't see anything as usual. I got up at 6 am, tired and drained of energy. When I went to put my clothes on I noticed whelp marks on both sides of my abdomen. My husband took pictures of them and a red area on my inner right arm. As the day went on the whelp on my abdomen got redder and looked like some kind of scratches! By night they were red. Pictures were taken of all areas that day and at night I had one appear on each upper arm. Pictures were taken of them also. I had nightmares off and on that night and more pics were taken on 12-1-2008. I had nightmares that night also. I have never seen that woman before - or shown anything or walked on that craft!! Yes, I am scared to death, but I know my life has to go on!! Just pray they don't come back!! NOTE: This experiencer had two other abductions during the time of my investigation. She had kept records, which indicated that the encounters occurred every year. During that time and since I never had any reason to doubt her account. I received the following account:"Hi, Lon. Black-Eyed Kid stories have been my favorite to read about since I first discovered them last year. I've always thought of them as just that, stories. Until now. On September 8, my friend who lives in The Philippines told me about an experience she had the previous night.Around 6 PM, she and her cousin cleaned and trimmed the excess leaves and branches along the path to their laundry area. At 9 PM, a thunderstorm occurred and she ran outside to make sure the front gate was locked and that there was no laundry on the line. As she was heading to the front gate, she glanced over at the laundry area to check it and that's when she saw him.She was about 4 or 5 feet away from a boy that was about 14 or 15 years old. He was wearing a long baggy shirt and shorts that were dark grey in color. He was just standing at the end of the small gate leading to the laundry area (I'm providing a picture of the area) with his hands at his sides staring at her. This took a few seconds until she made it to the front gate and checked that it was locked. She immediately turned around and headed back, but the boy was gone. She got goosebumps then and quickly ran into the house.I thought at first she had just seen a neighborhood kid up to mischief and jokingly asked if his eyes were black and she said yes. Thinking she thought I had just meant the pupil and iris, I looked up pictures of BEKs that have been created for articles. I showed her one and she said "Yes. Like that!" She then said maybe it was just her imagination, but she had never heard of BEKs until I mentioned it after sending the picture.The skeptical part of me wants to say it was just her imagination, but she didn't know the description of a BEK until after I mentioned them, which was after she described what she saw. So, maybe it was just a neighbor kid out trying to scare someone. Full black eye contacts are available for sale, but are they easily accessible to a teenager in The Philippines? Was it really a BEK, or was it just a ghost that was checking out the freshly cleaned and trimmed path? Whatever it was, it has made me greatly overcome my skepticism." "This occurred approximately 3 years ago and it still haunts me regularly to this day. I thought perhaps I was alone in this encounter, but recently saw a story while surfing the web and thought that this may have been a similar experience.My encounter happened in late June in the middle of the night shortly after I had fallen asleep. I had spent the day earlier gardening and had sprayed around the house to control mosquitoes that day, which I thought might have caused me to hallucinate this experience. I also lived alone at the time.Anyway, I went to bed and at some point was woken up by the sound of children giggling and playing outside my house in the middle of the night. I lived in a one-story rancher and could hear them playing and tapping on the windows in the front of the house. I peeked out the blinds to see these kids and they appeared to be three Asian kids under the age of ten. I don't remember what the boy was wearing but the girls were in black dresses like they had come from some event. They had ear-length jet-black hair with bangs. I was in my pajamas so decided to ignore them and pretend they were not there; hoping they would realize they were in the wrong place and go away. Then they started knocking on the door, persistently. I figured they must have seen me and were not going to go away, so I answered the door. The three kids were there and an adult facing away on the sidewalk. They insisted that they lived at my house and that they needed to come in. I told them that they had the wrong house. Then they asked if I knew some person and said they were coming to meet him and again insisted that they come in. Again, I replied that they must be confused, that it was just me here and I didn't know them and they didn't belong in my house. There are many Asian families in my neighborhood so I thought they might be arriving in town late to visit someone and have the wrong address.I then shut the door. Again, there was a knock. I opened it and this time it was the adult standing in front of the kids. There were also a few additional "family" members now gathered on the sidewalk of my house. He looked to me like a Chinese/Japanese older man with a long mustache, and goatee, and wore sunglasses (at night) and a black suit. Again he said that they lived there and were meeting someone else and insisted that I let them in because they had traveled a long way. At this point, something clicked in my brain, and I stared back at the man and very firmly told him I knew who he was, and that he did not belong there and went to shut the door.At the instant that I said this, this man showed his true form, which was that of some sort of demon or beast. He/It screamed or roared in my face grabbed me by the neck and pinned me up against the wall, enough to knock the wind out of me.I wish I could give a better description of what it looked like, but the second I saw it change, I closed my eyes and began to pray as hard as I could and focus only on praying and blocking out this thing that had pinned me against the wall. It was the only thing I could do because I was sure it was going to kill me at that moment. Not sure what happened next, but I woke up in the morning in my bed; however, my neck was stiff like I had whiplash for days and my front door was ajar.Every single night after this incident I could not go to bed without putting a chair with a twenty-pound weight on it in front of the door. I also had to push the recliner in front of the patio door. Luckily, I moved from that place earlier this year.I have not had an encounter since this experience. The vivid experience was a one-time event. Before this I had classic reoccurring sleep paralysis with feelings of evil spirits being in the room and pressing on my chest, but never anything like what was at my door. After this encounter thought I hadn't had nightmares/sleep paralysis like I had had in the past.I have a feeling that maybe they had been scoping me out before actually visiting and making a move, but were confronted and rejected and so have not come back."
