The Tesla Cybertruck has divided the nation into two camps. Some absolutely love the triangular-shaped, boxy-looking stainless steel truck. Others compare the design to a kitchen trash can or a corner dumpster. The child is definitely not wrong. The Tesla Cybertruck looks like a potato peeled with a knife. We used a standard russet potato and reached into the bag blindly to avoid influencing the selection. We like our fingers, so we looked while peeling. Look At The Specs For The Tesla Cybertruck If you’ve missed all the hype about the Tesla Cybertruck and have no clue what they are, here is a short primer. The truck was first introduced in 2019 as a concept car. The battery-powered electric pickup truck hit the market in 2023 with a hefty price tag. The body consists of stainless steel sheets, much like the DeLorean of the early 1980s. The DeLorean became well-known in the “Back to the Future” movies. It was not a big seller and only enjoyed two years of production (1981 to 1983). Unlike the small, two-door Delorean, the Cybertruck is a full-sized truck (it fits Shaq!). The vehicle specifications claim it can haul 2,500 pounds in the bed and tow up to 11,000 pounds. Tesla claims the battery can travel 325 miles on a single charge. Someone made a paper pattern for the truck. Creative cat owners enlarged the pattern and gave their pets a humorous treat. We still think the potato description fits, but Bosko likes his new ride.
