Attorney General Merrick Garland is under fire from state counterparts for inserting the U.S. government into protests of local school boards.

It is past time to leave the US. The Liberated States of America could limit citizenship to those whose grandparents were natural born citizens, abolish unions for government workers, restrict property ownership to citizens, and abolish income tax. We should have a sales tax of 10% across the country (5% to feds, 3% to state, 1% to county, and 1% to city) with no other taxes allowed for anything. With a mandatory balanced budget, we could limit the damage the government could do. Of course, there should also be a 10% tariff on everything coming into the country with procedes divided in the same way. This plan would punish the consumers making the most purchases and creating the environmental destruction of production. There must be no immigration, no asylum, no refugee status. There must be no diplomatic immunity. It seems using random draw to choose officials might be better, at least they couldn't be pre-purchased.
