To ease confusion, there is a company called Pfizer, a company BioNTech, and an entity called Pfizer-BioNTech. The latter produced the vaccine that has been under Emergency Use Authorization, commonly known as the Pfizer jab. That is the vaccine that everyone who got the Pfizer jab has been getting. The FDA fact-sheet says that the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is still under Emergency Use Authorization and that means it cannot be mandated by any employer, including the federal government."

If the Democrats get their pending $3.5 trillion social welfare bill passed, it would be funded by a $2.9 trillion tax hike. The taxes raised would be income tax and corporate tax.
The Joint Committee on Taxation is composed of five members from the House Ways and Means Committee and five members from the Senate Finance Committee.
