A woman who says she dated second gentleman Doug Emhoff in 2012 has come forward anonymously to allege that he once slapped her hard enough to make her “spin.” The woman spoke to the Daily Mail and provided pictures and documentation showing that she and Emhoff traveled to France to attend the amfAR gala dinner at the Cannes Film Festival.
