Billionaire Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk announced during a town hall in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, that he will be giving away $1 million each day to a randomly-selected person in the state who has signed the America PAC petition. “So, I have a surprise for you, which is that we’re going to be awarding a million dollars randomly to people who have signed the petition every day from now until the election,” Musk said at the town hall. The billionaire then spoke about the difficulties of getting the word out about the petition because “legacy media won’t report on it.” “This news, I think, is gonna really fly,” Musk added. Musk had announced that his America PAC would give $47 to anyone who refers a registered swing state voter to sign a petition supporting the First and Second Amendments. America PAC already raised the referral payment in Pennsylvania from $47 to $100 and Musk has made multiple appearances on the campaign trail for former President Donald Trump. The outspoken billionaire shocked the cheering audience when he said the first million would be going out right then and there. After a man holding a comically-large check walked on stage, Musk announced the name of the person who won the cash.
