The Biden-Harris administration is reportedly admitting that it falsely claimed it vetted an Afghan terrorist suspected of planning an attack for ISIS before allowing him to enter the United States. Federal authorities arrested 27-year-old Nasir Ahmad Tawhedi in Oklahoma last week on multiple terrorism charges for allegedly plotting an Election Day terrorist attack the FBI now says was being directed by ISIS-K, the terror group’s Afghan branch. Investigators initially claimed Tawhedi was brought to the United States after being vetted under the Special Immigrant Visa program. The Biden-Harris administration maintained that claim, even after sources told NBC News last week that Tawhedi was not vetted, and was instead admitted to the United States through the more lax humanitarian parole system. But the Biden-Harris administration now admits that Tawhedi “was never vetted or approved” by the State Department for Special Immigrant Visa status, according to Fox News. Sources said that Tawhedi, who worked as a security guard for the CIA in Afghanistan, was “not well known” by the U.S. government when the Biden-Harris administration brought him to the country. The administration has faced severe backlash over its open border policies, which have led to a historic number of terrorist suspects entering the country amid an influx of 10 million illegal aliens. Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, the first cabinet secretary in history to be impeached, was hostile last week to a reporter who asked him about his department’s failings related to Tawhedi. Tawhedi illegally obtained weapons and ammunition for the attack which he told law enforcement officials was “targeting large gatherings of people.”

The co-captain of the San Jose State University women’s volleyball team says she was repeatedly assigned to share a room with a trans-identifying player on her team for overnight trips, apparently at the request of that player.  Brooke Slusser, speaking to journalist Megyn Kelly, said she was never told her teammate, Blaire Fleming, was biologically male, and only later heard whispers about the rumor from other athletes. Slusser said that when she found out, things started to make sense, namely how Fleming was able to jump so high and spike the ball like no other female player. “When we have travel trips, there’s two girls to a room, usually, and your coaches just give you anyone on the team,” Slusser told Kelly, adding that this typically rotates between players so the girls can bond with new teammates.  However, Slusser was repeatedly assigned to room with Fleming — all while not knowing Fleming was trans-identifying and male. “I noticed as time went on that I kept getting roomed with Blaire, which I found very odd because everyone else on the team was getting switched around,” she said. “Come to find out later, they asked Blaire who he was comfortable rooming with on away trips,” the athlete said. “And apparently there was a selected few of us that were on that list.”  Slusser also told Kelly that she’s scared for her safety at practices and said her teammates are constantly dodging spikes from Fleming, who’s six-foot-one. “We don’t feel safe…the power is just unmatchable for any woman…”@BrookeSlusser, college volleyball player, speaks out about competitive advantage her male teammate has – and her decision to speak out about it and sue the NCAA. After the girls in the conference became aware, a total of five teams so far — Southern Utah, Boise State, Wyoming, Utah State, and the University of Nevada, Reno — have refused to take the court against San Jose. Riley Gaines, an advocate for girls and women’s sports, is named as a plaintiff. Gaines was a top swimmer from the University of Kentucky who was forced to compete against a man named Lia Thomas at the NCAA women’s championship. In September, Slusser joined the lawsuit. She told Kelly it’s been a challenge with some of the hate she’s received, even from her own school, but says her teammates have been her support. 

Florida law enforcement officials arrested a 23-year-old man this week for allegedly tying up his dog on the side of the road while evacuating the state during Hurricane Milton. Giovanny Aldama Garcia was arrested Monday on felonious aggravated animal cruelty charges after he allegedly abandoned the white bull terrier on Interstate 75 in Tampa as he traveled to Georgia. Hillsborough County State Attorney Suzy Lopez said that Garcia told law enforcement he abandoned the dog because he “couldn’t find anyone to pick the dog up.” MATT WALSH’S ‘AM I RACIST?’ COMING TO DAILYWIRE+ OCT. 28 Law enforcement officials said that the criminal investigation was still active and ongoing. The governor said that the dog has been renamed “Trooper” and is now being placed up for adoption at an animal shelter in Tallahassee. DeSantis said that the dog was “very rattled from that experience” and that the entire ordeal was “totally unacceptable.” “I’m proud to announce that the authorities have identified the dog’s former owners, and state Attorney Susie Lopez, is now pursuing animal cruelty charges against the individual,” he said. “So we said you’d be held accountable, and you will be held accountable.” Garcia faces up to five years in prison if convicted. A coalition of prominent members of the conservative movement and Jewish community on Wednesday sent a letter to CBS News protesting the network’s insistence that its employees avoid referring to Jerusalem as being in Israel. The letter, organized by former Vice President Mike Pence’s group Advancing American Freedom, said CBS’s instruction “defies reason” and its “decision to deny the reality of Jerusalem as being in Israel makes no sense.” Signatories include leaders of Jewish groups such as Matthew Brooks of the Republican Jewish Coalition and Morton Klein of the Zionist Organization of America. Prominent non-Jewish heads of conservative organizations including Tony Perkins of the Family Research Council and Penny Nancy of Concerned Women for America also signed on. The Free Press revealed that CBS’s senior director of standards and practices, Mark Memmott, sent an email to all CBS employees telling them to “be careful with some terms when we talk or write about the news” from Israel and Gaza, cautioning employees to not refer to Jerusalem as being in Israel. “Yes, the U.S. embassy is there and the Trump administration recognized it as being Israel’s capital. But its status is disputed,” Memmott added. “The status of Jerusalem goes to the heart of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Israel regards Jerusalem as its ‘eternal and undivided’ capital, while the Palestinians claim East Jerusalem—occupied by Israel in the 1967 Middle East war—as the capital of a future state.” As the letter notes, the United States has recognized Israel as Jerusalem’s capital since 1995. “Most recently, the Trump-Pence Administration moved the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem in May of 2018 and reiterated that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel, despite the widespread belief that it could not be done,” the letter states. The coalition concludes by requesting a meeting with CBS officials to “understand your organization’s policy of denying that Jerusalem is in Israel.” The letter comes amid the outlet being under fire for several controversies including its CBS Mornings host Tony Dokoupil being castigated for giving tough questions to woke activist Ta-Nehisi Coates. He was coached about his “tone of voice, phrasing and body language” in the interview when meeting with CBS officials, reported the New York Times. The network has also been in hot water for its widely accused deceptive editing of a Vice President Kamala Harris interview on their 60 Minutes program. A poll shows bipartisan 85% of voters want the full transcript to be released. Other prominent signatories include Joel Griffith of Young Jewish Conservatives, Duvi Honig of the Orthodox Jewish Chamber of Commerce, Lisa B. Nelson of the American Legislative Exchange Council, Maureen Blum of Catholics Count, Shoshana Bryen of the Jewish Policy Center, and Clifford May of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies.

During a podcast appearance on Tuesday, Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff said that his wife, Vice President Kamala Harris, berated him and cursed at him for being at a spin class when President Joe Biden dropped out of the election. Emhoff, who reportedly hit an ex-girlfriend in the face, had an affair with a nanny and made her get an abortion, and allegedly favored young, attractive women at work, made the comments against his wife on the Dan Le Batard Show. Le Batard told Emhoff that the Second Gentlemen had previously said “communication is key,” but pointed out that Harris couldn’t communicate with her husband on the day Biden announced he would no longer seek re-election. “You were busy in spin class, right?” Le Batard asked as Emhoff nodded and laughed. “That was right,” Emhoff said, smiling. “So, it was… I was in L.A… It was during that weekend when all the planes were down because of the software glitch, so I had to spend an extra day in L.A.” “I decided to go to a cycling class with some friends,” he continued. “And it was an hour class and we were just chit chatting. Just one month in Harris’ office traumatized the young man, who decided to leave and intern in then-Sen. Diane Feinstein’s office instead. McAteer asserted that Harris regularly dropped “‘F-bombs’ and other profanity constantly in her berating of staff and others.” He said Harris’ staff was “in complete fear of her” and were instructed to stand every morning when she entered the office and tell her: “Good Morning General.” McAteer said Harris never introduced herself to his son and other staff were too afraid of her to introduce him. His son’s only acknowledgement from Harris came in a form letter signed by Harris given to him on his last day in the office. The son was also instructed never to speak to Harris or look in her eyes – “as that privilege was only allowed to senior staff members.” Around the same time the op-ed resurfaced, Emhoff admitted to cheating on his first wife with the babysitter and impregnating her. “During my first marriage, Kerstin and I went through some tough times on account of my actions,” Emhoff said in a statement following the original report from The Daily Mail. “I took responsibility, and in the years since, we worked through things as a family and have come out stronger on the other side.” In early October, Emhoff was accused of hitting his ex-girlfriend in the face at a high-profile event because he thought she was flirting with another man, The Daily Wire previously reported. Three friends of the woman described the incident, which allegedly occurred in 2012. Emhoff has not denied the incident, but called it “a distraction” during a recent interview. Former colleagues have also accused Emhoff of favoring attractive women in the workplace and punishing those who wouldn’t flirt with him, The Daily Wire reported.

Sunny Hostin claimed on Wednesday that people who have been accurately reporting on polls — particularly those that show Vice President Kamala Harris hemorrhaging support from black men — were only doing so because they saw it as an opportunity to divide the black community. Hostin shared her thoughts on ABC’s “The View,” where she claimed that reporting on those polls was just a way for journalists and pundits to “demonize” black men and create strife with just under three weeks to go before the November 5 general election. “I think it will make a difference because of this division that they’re trying to cause within the black community,” Hostin began, and then pivoted to suggest that she believed black men would be a “problem” if it was true that they were refusing to support Harris. “I just think it’s a fallacy that black men are the problem. A North Carolina Democratic county leader, who is also running for a seat in the state House, was arrested after allegedly stealing Trump signs near a road last week. Moore County, North Carolina, County Chair Lowell Simon, 68, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor larceny of political signs after he admitted to removing Trump signs and keeping them in his car, Fox News reported. North Carolina is an important swing state in the election between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris. The Moore County Sheriff’s Office said that a deputy witnessed Lowell removing the signs on Thursday. “The deputy, who was responding to an unrelated call at the time, later followed up at Simon’s residence, where the signs were found in his vehicle,” the sheriff’s office said. “Simon admitted to removing the signs, which were then recovered and returned to their original owner.” The Moore County Democratic Party announced on Monday that Simon had resigned as chair. “While we appreciate the hard work and dedication he has shown to the Democratic Party and the community, the Moore County Democratic Party cannot and will not condone the tampering of political signs or any other illegal activity,” the local party wrote on Facebook. “Mr. Simon has offered an apology for his actions, as well as his resignation, both of which have been accepted by the MCDP.” Simon argued that the Trump signs were obstructing signs he had placed in support of Democratic gubernatorial candidate Josh Stein along the same stretch of road. He added, however, that he’s been frustrated for months about his signs being obstructed by other political signs, including signs promoting his own party’s candidates. “I’ve been telling people for years don’t touch opposition signs, but I was [mad],” he said, according to WRAL News.
