For example - the good type of cholesterol is actually very good for you!
I have a personal policy - if it is eggs, seeds, nuts, beans etc then they contain the essential elements required for a new life to be formed.....so of course they must b good for you!!
I try to smash at least 4 free range eggs per day....that's healthy enough for me. Boiled eggs are better as no vegetable based cooking oils are used.
