He is about to start his solo tour to promote his latest album "Lighthouse". In an official statement he explained why he decided to release these songs right before the tour. A few months ago Heart postponed their tour dates announcing that the band's vocalist Ann Wilson would start a cancer treatment. The singer said she underwent an operation to remove "something" cancerous. The doctors then advised her that she should undergo a course of preventive chemotherapy. Now Ann gave a health update and said she is excited to tour again with the band next year. Heart's Ann Wilson health update "Hello, everybody. Ann Wilson here. The Fleetwood Mac vocalist Stevie Nicks released a new song called "The Lighthouse", which is her first original song in four years. The track was co-written with Magnus Birgersson and Vincent Villuis. Nicks talked about the song, saying: "I wrote this song a few months after Roe v. Wade was overturned. It seemed like overnight, people were saying 'what can we, as a collective force, do about this…'' For me, it was to write a song. It took a while because I was on the road. Then early one morning I was watching the news on TV and a certain newscaster said something that felt like she was talking to me, explaining what the loss of Roe v. Wade would come to mean. The Black Sabbath co-founder and guitarist Tony Iommi gave birth to Heavy Metal music with his heavy riffs and it would be hard to imagine that one day he would collaborate with the British pop star Robbie Williams. Ritchie Blackmore is one of the biggest guitar heroes of all time, who had success as part of Deep Purple and with his own band Rainbow. He is a crucial part of the evolution of guitar playing and Hard Rock music. His riffs and solos inspired countless generations of guitar players and are part of Rock history. Besides being known as a talented guitarist, Blackmore is also remembered as a really sincere person. For example - the good type of cholesterol is actually very good for you! I have a personal policy - if it is eggs, seeds, nuts, beans etc then they contain the essential elements required for a new life to be formed.....so of course they must b good for you!! I try to smash at least 4 free range eggs per day....that's healthy enough for me. Boiled eggs are better as no vegetable based cooking oils are used.
