Donations came in fast and they have already raised about $9,000. John told People he was overwhelmed by the support. “It’s totally restored my faith in human nature,” he said. “Even after all that’s happened to me — having my life stolen from me — it’s just restored my faith.” According to the GoFundMe, John has plans, “we’ve spoken about what he would like to do with the GoFundMe money… John’s Dream is to buy a Camper van so he can travel around the UK singing his songs to all of you for the next 4 years until his ban is up and he can go back home to his family, so let’s keep it going everyone, let’s get John his Camper and make his dream come true.. he said he can’t thank everyone enough for all we are doing.” You can find the source of this story’s featured image here.
