The California federal judge overseeing Hunter Biden’s tax charges issued a scathing five-page ruling in response to President Joe Biden’s pardon of his son, saying that the president justified his pardon with reasons that are false and offensive. Judge Mark C. Scarsi wrote Tuesday of the White House press release explaining why the president thought a pardon was warranted: “The President’s statement illustrates the reasons for the Court’s disapproval, as representations contained therein stand in tension with the case record.” “The President asserts that Mr. Biden ‘was treated differently’ from others ‘who were late paying their taxes because of serious addictions,’ implying that Mr. Biden was among those individuals who untimely paid taxes due to addiction. But he is not… Mr. Biden admitted that he engaged in tax evasion after this period of addiction.” “According to the President, ‘[n]o reasonable person who looks at the facts of [Mr. Biden’s] cases can reach any other conclusion than [Mr. Biden] was singled out only because he is [the President’s] son.’ But two federal judges expressly rejected Mr. Biden’s arguments that the Government prosecuted Mr. Biden because of his familial relation to the President,” he wrote. “And the President’s own Attorney General and Department of Justice personnel oversaw the investigation leading to the charges. In the President’s estimation, this legion of federal civil servants, the undersigned included, are unreasonable people.” He excoriated Hunter for filing a motion demanding that the indictment be dismissed because he was pardoned, when no government agency had even notified the court of it, and Hunter did not include a copy, instead attaching only the press release describing the president’s reasons for the pardon. “In short, a press release is not a pardon,” he wrote. The judge said the president cannot pardon people for future acts, but to avoid a constitutional issue, he would not interpret it that way. Special prosecutor David Weiss had a similar response to Hunter’s demands that the indictment be dismissed, with Weiss underscoring that a long record of evidence showed that Hunter was, in fact, properly indicted by a grand jury, and was not unfairly targeted. He argued for the pardon to be included in the case file in a way that showed that it was an act of mercy, not an erasure of fact, noting that the Biden administration did the same thin after Trump pardoned Steve Bannon. President Biden had repeatedly claimed he would not pardon his son, who was convicted of gun charges in Delaware and pleaded guilty to tax charges on the eve of trial in California.

The Epstein list “Who has Jeffery Epstein’s black book?” Glenn asked in the interview. “The FBI,” Patel stated bluntly before clarifying that it’s specifically “under direct control of the director of the FBI.” “All these local law enforcement communities get funding from the DOJ and FBI for local programs, and if you don't cooperate, you're not getting your million dollars. ...That's how they play the game. That's why you don't have the black book,” he added. “On day one [of Trump’s second term], roll out the black book,” he said. 2. The January 6 pipe bombs In regard to the still-missing J6 pipe bomber, who was captured on CCTV cameras, Patel says, "Release all of the footage." “On day one, play the rest of the video of the pipe bomber,” he told Glenn, reiterating that we “need a central node to be continuously declassifying.” “I'm telling you as the former number two in the [intelligence community], they over-classify 50% of the stuff there to protect the Deep State.” 3. The 'deleted' J6 text messages Patel told Glenn that he is also in favor of releasing the mysteriously deleted text messages between Secret Service agents surrounding the January 6, 2021, Capitol riots. “On day one, roll out all of the text messaging communications we were told were deleted,” he said. 4. Russiagate “We still haven’t seen half of the Russiagate report that we wrote. It’s still under lock and key,” Patel told Glenn. “We put 10,000 man hours against John Brennan’s team that did it, and we found out why they came up with their bogus conclusion, but we couldn't sell it to the world because we couldn't talk about it, and the government gangsters came in and buried it,” he explained. The Satanic Temple will offer an optional religious class at an elementary school in Ohio. The program is called Hellions Academy of Independent Learning, or HAIL, and will be offered to children at the Edgewood Elementary School in the Marysville School District. 'We are not devil worshipers. We are non-theistic Satanists.' HAIL's program director, June Everett, told WSYX-TV that they will allow students to learn about concepts like empathy, compassion, and justice without religious coercion. "When they hear it, it’s initially shocking, oh the Satanic Temple," Everett explained. "They automatically think evil and awful things. We are not devil worshipers. We are non-theistic Satanists." The program will be offered as part of a Release Time Religious Instruction program. Students have been allowed to be released from school to study at Christian programs, so parents called on the Satanic Temple to create an alternative according to satanist values and beliefs. Community organizer Betty Elswick and another parent called the satanists. "We wanted to make sure that we had a program that was teaching compassion and empathy and also inclusion," Elswick told WSYX. "Several parents had expressed concerns about their kids coming home and being bullied or made fun of and teased for not participating in the other programs in the area."There are only four students who have signed up for the satanic instruction, but Elswick claims others have expressed interest. "As long there is one child to attend and one family that wants to send their child, that is all we care about. We are not in this for the numbers," she added. Among the other concepts children will learn through the satanic program are critical thinking, self-directed learning, compassion, and problem-solving skills. WSYX said it had reached out to Marysville Schools Superintendent Diane Allen for comment about the program but had not heard back.In October, the Satanic Temple said it would be expanding abortion services from New Mexico to Virginia.
