How to get Helltide Threat and Baneful Hearts in Diablo 4

The latest Diablo 4 update has presented players with a lot of mechanics that have made the game much more enjoyable. One of the events that have benefited from these additions is the Helltide, with brand new mechanics and items in the form of Helltide Threat and Baneful Hearts. It’s time to go monster hunting. Here is how to get Threat and Baneful Hearts in Diablo 4. How to get Helltide Threat in Diablo 4 Raising your Helltide Threat level is as simple as defeating enemies during an active Helltide event. You can see your current Helltide Threat level represented by a meter below your Aberrant Cinders count. Screenshot: PC Invasion If the enemies are more powerful, then the bar will fill up more quickly. Sounds easy enough, right? Well, wrong! The bar actually moves pretty slowly, so you will have to spend quite a decent amount of time filling it up. Moreover, if you die, you lose any Helltide Threat you might have accumulated. Best Necromancer build for The Pit of Artificers in Diablo 4 Season 4

For all of us who are not very fond of delegating responsibilities, I have some bad news for you. Here is the best Necromancer build for The Pit of Artificers in Diablo 4 Season 4: Loot Reborn. Diablo 4: Best Necromancer Build for The Pit of Artificers While some might sacrifice their minions in favor of solo Necromancer builds, Diablo 4 Season 4 – especially with The Pit of Artificers – will favor those Necromancer who choose to use the total summoning capacity of the Book of the Dead. The best Necromancer build for The Pit and Season 4 endgame content is the Shadowblight Minion Necromancer. This provides a lot of defense capabilities thanks to your army of the undead, with you providing supporting skills to make sure you don’t fall to your untimely death. Battling demonic forces with this build will heavily rely on your minion’s ability to fight them, which can oftentimes be a double-edged sword. However, to counter the risk, use your Decrepify skill ...

Charge of ‘Genocide’ Is Blood Libel of Our Time

Charge of ‘Genocide’ Is Blood Libel of Our Time

In medieval Europe, Christians who hated Jews spread the lie that Jews kidnap Christian children, slaughter them, and use their blood to bake matzos for Passover. This lie became known as “the Blood Libel,” probably the greatest libel in history. Over the course of many centuries, Jews were tortured and killed, often by being burned alive, because of the Blood Libel. The Blood Libel was particularly odious in light of two facts: It was the Jews who, through their Bible, first outlawed human sacrifice; and one of the first laws in the Hebrew Bible is a ban on consuming blood. For centuries, Jews had to confront the fact that all around them, throughout Europe, a vast number of people believed an enormous lie about them. Jews have to confront the same thing today. We are now living through the Second Blood Libel: the claim that the Jewish state is committing genocide. But, unlike the Blood Libel, this libel is not the product of Christians; it is the product of Muslims and the Left. The very people against whom the greatest genocide in recorded history—the Holocaust—was directed are now accused of that crime. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, in 1948, there were 1,380,000 Palestinians in Israel and the greater Palestine area, and as of 2022, there were 7 million. In other words, there are now five times as many Palestinians in the Palestinian territories and in Israel as there were in 1948. Now, as I have said all my life, truth is a liberal value and it is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. Yet, given these figures, even leftists would be forced to acknowledge that Israel has never had the slightest inclination to perpetrate genocide against the Palestinians. People targeted for genocide do not increase their numbers—let alone by a factor of five. What the Left and their Muslim allies claim is that since Oct. 7, Israel has presumably changed its mind and decided to commit genocide against Palestinians (though, apparently, only in Gaza, not in the West Bank). Here are some facts that explain why the charge of “Israeli genocide” is as much a lie as was the Blood Libel: First, as Israeli officials have repeatedly stated, if Hamas released the hostages and surrendered, Israel would cease its bombing of Gaza. That was precisely the condition that the United States and its allies offered Japan and Germany: Unconditionally surrender, and the bombing of Japanese and German cities will immediately cease. Second, World War II brings us to more proof that the charge of Israeli genocide is a lie. No one ever accused America or Britain of committing genocide against Nazi Germany or Imperial Japan. Even those who now maintain that the Allied bombing of Dresden and other German cities was morally wrong do not accuse the United States or Britain of having committed genocide. So why is Israel so charged? Third, during World War II, it was almost universally understood that every German death by the Allies was caused by the Nazi regime, and every Japanese death was caused by the Japanese fascist regime. Had there been no Nazi invasions of European countries and no Japanese bombing of the United States and invasions of myriad Asian countries, there would have been no World War II, and therefore, no bombing of German and Japanese cities. Likewise, if there were no Hamas and no Oct. 7, there would be no Israeli bombing of Gaza. Every dead Palestinian in Gaza is the result of Hamas’ actions. Fourth, Hamas is responsible for every dead Gazan for another reason: Hamas uses Gazan civilians as human shields. Fifth, despite far larger mass killings around the world, only Israel is widely charged with genocide. Since the beginning of this century, the Islamic terrorist group Boko Haram has killed more than 60,000 Christians in Nigeria. Not only have there been no left-wing protests, few people even know, let alone care, about it. The Left doesn’t care because the perpetrators have been Islamists—their allies in the fight against the West—and blacks. The Left cares about dead black people, whether in America or in Africa, only when they are killed by whites. From 2003 to 2008, in Darfur, Sudan, the Arab regime and Arab paramilitary groups killed more than 300,000 civilians and created about 2.7 million refugees. Again, because blacks are being killed by Muslims, the Left has no interest in their deaths. One more example: In just the last few years, according to the BBC, between 700,000 and 800,000 civilians have been killed in the war between the Ethiopian government and the breakaway province of Tigray. Virtually no one knows or cares: It’s blacks killing blacks, after all. Sixth, the United Nations Office for Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) has just revised its child-fatality figure in the Gaza war sharply downward. On May 6, it reported more than 14,500 deaths; two days later, it reported 7,797. OCHA also revised downward its figure for women fatalities from more than 9,500 to 4,959. In other words, all the mainstream Western media have reported as truth the lies Hamas announced about the numbers of Gazan women and children killed by Israeli bombs. (However, even the original false figures don’t come close to substantiating the genocide charge.) Even if the media give these new numbers the attention it has given the alleged “genocide,” it will not end a single anti-Israel demonstration or cause one Israel-hater to cease accusing Israel of genocide. Since the accusation was never based on truth, truth will not end it. The only genocide in the Israel-Palestinian war is the one Hamas and Iran seek to perpetrate against the Jews of Israel. Race-Obsessed Hostin: Too Many White People in Trump Trial Courtroom, Needs 'a Little Color'

Race-Obsessed Hostin: Too Many White People in Trump Trial Courtroom, Needs 'a Little Color'

The staunchly racist and anti-Semitic co-host of ABC’s The View, Sunny Hostin (the descendant of slave owners) was again allowed into the New York courtroom for former President Trump’s hush money trial and reported back to the Cackling Coven her shocking findings. Last week, she was startled by Trump’s “radioactive orange” face. This time, she was rocking brand new “binoculars” with which she deduced that there were too many white people in the courtroom. According to the race-obsessed co-host, there were too many white people and her job was to “give a little color to the courtroom.” Even moderator Whoopi Goldberg wanted her to walk it back: HOSTIN: I was! I was in the courtroom again yesterday. Yes, thank you. [Applause] Thank you. What I want to do is give a little color to the courtroom, because a lot of people – GOLDBERG: Oh, redo that. HOSTIN: No, no, a little color. I mean that literally and figuratively. It’s worth noting that Hostin took a lot of pride in having been in the courtroom; but when the audience didn’t clap for her, she cued them to do so by declaring “thank you” to a silent room. Even though every major news outlet had multiple reporters in the courtroom reporting on every twitch, gesture, and eye movement from the former President, Hostin clownishly and narcissistically claimed "no one" had reported what was physically happening in the courtroom except for her.     "I now have access to binoculars," she bragged (pictured above). Hostin bloviated how: “While other reporters are zooming in on the documents, I'm zooming in on [Trump]!” She even defended her clownish analysis when pressed by co-host Sara Haines: HAINES: Is this your serious legal analysis?! HOSTIN: Yes, it really is! It really is! Because people have been reporting that he is asleep. He is not asleep. He is enraged. And that’s why I think he’s so orange because it think it’s red underneath. To justify her use of binoculars to watch a television screen watching Trump, she started mimicking some of the facial and body movements he was exhibiting while listening to the testimony of his former fixer Michael Cohen. Even though Cohen had been convicted for lying under oath and served time for it, Hostin insisted the jury found him to be a credible witness. The reason why? He spoke with a New York accent: And I will tell you there were reporters falling asleep in the courtroom, not the jury. Not the lawyer with the legal pad. He is feverishly taking notes. I think Michael Cohen came off credibly. He was charming. [Puts on a New York accent] He’s a New Yorker. This is a New York jury. He speaks like a New Yorker. Hostin also walked back her falsehood from last week when she erroneously suggested that there were “several” legal professionals on the jury, admitting there were only two. She didn’t correct her lie about there being more women than men. The transcript is below. Click "expand" to read: ABC’s The View May 14, 2024 11:04:45 a.m. Eastern (…) WHOOPI GOLDBERG: Sunny was sitting there. So, what did you hear? SUNNY HOSTIN: I was! Because a lot of people are reporting what was said in the courtroom, right? But no one has really reported about what you see when you're actually there. And I said the other day that he appeared orange, very -- in an unnatural way. I've never seen anyone that orange before. I now have access to binoculars in the courtroom. And so, I'm using the binoculars. JOY BEHAR: Why? Is it such a big courtroom? HOSTIN: Yes, it is a huge courtroom and they have a camera directly on Donald Trump because we are behind him, so we can't see his face, but we can see his face on the screen. So, while other reporters are zooming in on the documents, I'm zooming in on him. SARA HAINES: Is this your serious legal analysis? HOSTIN: Yes, it really is! It really is! Because people have been reporting that he is asleep. He is not asleep. He is enraged. And that’s why I think he’s so orange because it think it’s red underneath. I saw him during Michael Cohen’s testimony sort of going like this – [makes faces] – and I said, “oh, here he's sleeping” and he went – [makes faces and convulses] [Laughter] That is what's happening. BEHAR: You know, my dog does that when he's sleeping. HOSTIN: When he’s sleeping? BEHAR: Yeah. HOSITN: He’s not sleeping. So, that's one of my first observations. The other observation is: I learned more about the jurors from some of my now-friends in the courtroom. ALYSSA FARAH GRIFFIN: She’s going to be vacationing with these people. HOSTIN: I basically am. There are two lawyers on the jury. Two male lawyers, one is a civil litigator, the other one is a retired wealth manager. The foreperson is in sales. There's an investment banker, and a corporate attorney. What is so interesting about this jury is that – this is a documents case, let's all remember, it is not about an affair necessarily, it's about documents and payment to a porn star and the hiding of those business records. These guys understand documents. And I will tell you there were reporters falling asleep in the courtroom, not the jury. Not the lawyer with the legal pad. He is feverishly taking notes. I think Michael Cohen came off credibly. He was charming. [Puts on a New York accent] He’s a New Yorker. This is a New York jury. He speaks like a New Yorker. BEHAR: Yeah. HOSTIN: And they were giggling at him a little bit. He also talked about his love for his daughter – and, Sara, you'll get into this. He has a text message – they showed a text message change with his daughter who’s at the University of Pennsylvania and she sort of – ‘you're going through this with Donald Trump?’ and he says “Don't worry, I'll take care of it. I love you” and she says “I love you” and he says, “I love you more.” What parent can't identify with that? So, they humanized him. He was very credible. (…)

CNN Doc Claims There's No Evidence Transgender Athletes Have Advantage

CNN aired a special documentary entitled The Whole Story with Anderson Cooper: The Battle Over Transgender Athletes on Sunday that purported to be a nuanced look at the issue of transgenderism’s relationship with women’s sports. However, the program clearly had a preferred side, as it claimed there’s no evidence that men who think they are women have an athletic advantage despite showing examples of people climbing the leaderboard and setting records after their transition. Despite his name being on the title, Cooper barely appeared during the show, instead, the documentary bounced around to various subjects who each said their own piece. In one clip, former NCAA swimmer Riley Gaines was denouncing the movement in a speech, “A lot of world leaders, the message that they're sending is that we as women don't matter. Our safety doesn't matter. Privacy: forget it.”     Now, speaking directly to the camera, Gaines added, “When you have males who have gone through male puberty, it takes away that fairness. We can't neglect fairness and safety in hopes to be inclusive.” CNN then put up text on the screen for viewers to read, “Research on whether transgender athletes have an advantage is limited. A 2017 Sports Medicine study concluded there is ‘no direct or consistent research’ showing that transgender people have an athletic advantage.” But, we have real-world evidence. One of the sob stories CNN chose to highlight was that of Meghan Cortez-Fields, who, elsewhere in the documentary, claimed to be aware that he was really a she at age five. Cortez-Fields recalled switching from the men’s swim team to the women’s, “Once I'm in that race, it's just I got to go. My mom would be proud of me. So no matter what, I will always try my hardest. I'm just afraid for the reception that I will get if I try my hardest in six feet. And I was afraid that if I was able to win, all of my success would be discredited because I was trans.” Again, CNN put up some graphics, “In February 2024, Meghan broke two school records and placed 2nd in the 100-yard butterfly at a championship meet, the last of her career.” It then played a clip of Fox’s Gillian Turner and John Roberts with the former reporting, “After transferring from the men's team over to the women's, Meghan Cortez-Fields smashed Ramapo College's 100-yard butterfly record.” Roberts added, “Like Lia Thomas, gets into the women's category and starts blowing records away.” There are other examples as well, but CNN insists there is no evidence. Perhaps, Sports Medicine should update their study. Here is a transcript for the May 12 show: CNN The Whole Story with Anderson Cooper: The Battle Over Transgender Athletes 5/12/2024 8:34 PM ET RILEY GAINES: A lot of world leaders, the message that they're sending is that we as women don't matter. Our safety doesn't matter. Privacy: forget it. When you have males who have gone through male puberty, it takes away that fairness. We can't neglect fairness and safety in hopes to be inclusive. JOHN ROBERTS: Like Lia Thomas, gets into the women's category and starts blowing records away. IRENEBRITUSA [YOUTUBE PERSONALITY]: And the woman who came second has to just accept it. CORTEZ-FIELDS: Something has definitely become a battleground for this disagreement.

Denver cops frustrated by low funding, job restrictions should consider moving to Wyoming, sheriff says

A Wyoming sheriff is looking to poach competent and committed law enforcement officials from departments in Denver and other Colorado cities beleaguered by low funding and severe restrictions on proper police procedures.Last month, Denver Mayor Mike Johnston, a Democrat, announced that the budget for the Denver Police Department would be cut by more than $8 million to fund resources for the thousands of illegal aliens who have recently been bused into the city, as Blaze News previously reported."We actually hired some law enforcement officers from the Denver area, and in talking to them, and on our contact sheets ... we learned that a lot of the officers are frustrated there because they feel like the ability to do their job is restricted."Colorado lawmakers have likewise taken steps to hamper police officers from doing their duties. In the wake of the BLM riots in 2020, lawmakers removed cops' qualified-immunity protections. Then earlier this month, they barred police from pulling vehicles over for minor traffic violations, claiming that such traffic stops do little to lower crime rates overall, the Daily Mail reported. With morale in some Colorado police departments low, Laramie County Sheriff Brian Kozak decided to seize the opportunity to invite frustrated Colorado cops to take a second look at Wyoming. Kozak coughed up $2,500 for a 30-day billboard that features a picture of several smiling deputies and a message that reads: "Work in Wyoming, where breaking the law is still illegal & cops are funded!"The billboard is located just a few miles from the DPD police administration building."We actually hired some law enforcement officers from the Denver area, and in talking to them, and on our contact sheets ... we learned that a lot of the officers are frustrated there because they feel like the ability to do their job is restricted," Kozak said. "So, we're really focusing on that aspect of it to recruit people."Kozak, who became sheriff in 2023, claimed that he has spent roughly $40,000 on recruitment advertising in the last fiscal year. He sees that investment as a drop in the bucket compared to the $1.3 million he has spent in overtime because of staffing shortages."[$40,000 is] less than half of what the salary is for one employee," he said. "We’ve got to get aggressive on our recruiting efforts to save money and hire people, and eliminate that overtime budget."Thus far, his attempts to lure officers from other states, especially Colorado, appear to be working. In 2023, the Laramie County Sheriff's Office hired 72 new recruits, many of them from Colorado, Kozak said.Kozak's chief deputy, Aaron Veldheer, once worked for a Colorado department that he loved, but he moved to Wyoming because the Colorado state government was so unfriendly to law enforcement in general. "The [Colorado] General Assembly makes it so the cops are the bad guys," Veldheer said.Denver Chief of Police Ron Thomas countered that top-ranking DPD officers make considerably more than top-ranking LCSO deputies. And Mayor Johnston's office has previously claimed that the DPD budget cuts will not affect cops' interactions with the public, just in-house expenditures, like "new furniture.""To say that Denver is 'defunding the police' is a willful mischaracterization of the budget reductions, which actually just delays the purchase of new furniture and shifts the funding source for one cadet class," a previous statement from the mayor's office said. "In fact, Mayor Johnston has invested millions to add 167 new police recruits to our force in 2024, and will continue to invest in public safety to ensure every Denverite is safe in their city."Still, Kozak is confident that Wyoming has much more to offer to officers who love what they do: "We do enforce the rules and the law, and I want people to know [that] about Wyoming.""That’s our culture here."Like Blaze News? Suicide Squad video game loses $200 million after Warner Bros. Discovery hires DEI consulting group

Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. announced on an earnings call that the game Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League lost the company $200 million. On the Q1 2024 earnings call, investors heard from President and CEO David Zaslav and CFO Gunnar Wiedenfels.Zaslav broke the bad news first and stated that "unfortunately," the studio's Q1 financials were overshadowed by the tough sales in the games department "following the great performance of Hogwarts Legacy last year and the disappointing release of Suicide Squad in Q1 in our gaming group.""On the advertising front," Zaslav continued, "total company ad sales were down 7% in the quarter."Wiedenfels then spoke to the studio losing hundreds of millions of dollars year-over-year. He, too, explained that despite a great performance of the game Hogwarts Legacy, the studio still hemorrhaged from the Suicide Squad game."Starting with Studios, the $400 million plus year-over-year decline in Q1 was primarily due to the very tough comp [comparable sales] we faced in games against the success of Hogwarts Legacy last year in the first quarter, in conjunction with the disappointing Suicide Squad release this past quarter, which we impaired, leading to a $200 million impact to EBITDA [Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization] during the first quarter."The actual figures of the losses were a reported $607 million in Q1 2023 down to just $184 million in Q1 2024; a 70% decrease.Wiedenfels' shocking revelation accounted for the company's studio segment, which includes video games, television, and theatrical and home entertainment operations, Bounding into Comics reported."Game companies are starting to face the music for their poor decisions. Instead of listening to gamers, they decided to destroy beloved IPs with political messaging."The game's budget was approximately $100 million, according to the Gamer, meaning the studio must have forked out at least the same in advertising, marketing, residuals, and other expenses. The website also noted that Sony offered full refunds for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. Getting a refund from Sony was likened to trying to get blood from a stone.Outlets have also pointed to the minuscule amount of gamers actually playing the game still. At the time of this writing, there are just 94 people playing the title, with a 24-hour peak of 145."Game companies are starting to face the music for their poor decisions. Instead of listening to gamers, they decided to destroy beloved IPs with political messaging while delivering less quality gameplay, more bugs, and over monetization," game designer Mark Kern told Blaze News."A $200M loss cannot be ignored, and studio heads at Warner will be looking very closely at what their game developers are doing and will hopefully soon realize the mess that DEI/ESG has created," he added. Kern pointed to fan outrage over the game's killing of Batman as one of the problem points, while characters like the purplish/red-haired child version of Poison Ivy caught the ire of gamers. The latter is reportedly a creation of Sweet Baby Inc., a company known for providing diversity consulting and injecting DEI narratives into video games. Website DEI Detected pointed out the game is listed on Sweet Baby Inc.'s website.Diversity-driven games have been at the center of a battleground of ideas in 2024, and this spectacular failure by Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is definitely a significant loss for the side that seeks to further include racial and gender politics in games.Like Blaze News?
