Perv Who Robbed Bragg’s Assistant Grins as Police Cart Him Off

A criminal migrant tied to TdA robbed the assistant of the loose-on-crime Soros District Attorney Alvin Bragg. The criminal mugged for the cameras as he was carted off.  He likely figures he will be released from prison in no time. The Venezuelan migrant with links to Tren de Aragua was arrested for ‘allegedly’ robbing one […] The post Perv Who Robbed Bragg’s Assistant Grins as Police Cart Him Off appeared first on www.independentsentinel.com.

Matt Gaetz Withdraws from Consideration as AG But He Has a Job?

Matt Gaetz withdrew his name from consideration as the Attorney General so as not to become a distraction in the Trump-Vance agenda. They will also drag his name through the mud. Matt Gaetz’s statement: I had excellent meetings with Senators yesterday. I appreciate their thoughtful feedback – and the incredible support of so many. New DOGE Panel Chaired By Marjorie Taylor Greene Will Help Slash Government Waste

A new House subcommittee will reportedly work with the newly formed Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to help slash government waste. The new Delivering on Government Efficiency Subcommittee will be established by the House Oversight Committee’s chairman, Representative James Comer (R-KY), and chaired by Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), Fox News reported. President-elect Donald Trump has tapped Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to lead DOGE, which he said will “dismantle Government Bureaucracy, slash excess regulations, cut wasteful expenditures, and restructure Federal Agencies,” giving government an “entrepreneurial approach.” Comer said the new subcommittee “will align with the Trump administration’s priorities to eliminate government waste, streamline the federal government’s operations and cut red tape that’s stifling jobs and increasing costs for the American people.” He added that Trump’s “landslide victory reflects a clear mandate to address inflationary spending that’s driving up the cost of living for hardworking Americans.” “Wasteful government spending must end, and taxpayers deserve to see their money used effectively and efficiently,” Comer said. Comer reportedly met with Ramaswamy and Greene recently to discuss the project. “A key step to driving greater efficiency in government is exposing the problem to the public — we are grateful that the House Oversight Committee has created a subcommittee to focus on this work,” a spokesperson for Ramaswamy said. “We look forward to working together.” Greene said the new subcommittee would bring “transparency and truth to the American people through hearings.” “I’m excited to chair this new subcommittee designed to work hand in hand with President Trump, Elon Musk, Vivek Ramaswamy and the entire DOGE team,” Greene said. “We will identify and investigate the waste, corruption and absolutely useless parts of our federal government.” MATT WALSH’S ‘AM I RACIST?’ NOW STREAMING ON DAILYWIRE+ “No topic will be off the table,” Greene said, adding that she expects the subcommittee “will expose people who need to be fired.” DOGE will be a commission outside the government that will work with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to advise the president on what government bloat can be cut. Musk said he plans to target overregulation and out-of-control spending. “The world is suffering slow strangulation by overregulation. Every year, the noose tightens a little more,” the SpaceX founder and Tesla CEO posted last week. “We’re going to make the spending lower … if we don’t we’re going to bankrupt the country,” Musk said during a town hall in Pennsylvania last month. DOGE will operate on a deadline. Trump said it would finish its work by July 4, 2026, the nation’s 250th birthday,

Musk Shares Claim That Bezos Talked Trash About Trump, Bezos Responds

It’s another battle of the billionaires, with Amazon founder Jeff Bezos denying a politically charged allegation shared by tech executive Elon Musk. Overnight, Musk posted to his social media platform, X, about hearing that Bezos had been telling people that President-elect Donald Trump would lose the 2024 election. “Just learned tonight at Mar-a-Lago that Jeff Bezos was telling everyone that [Trump] would lose for sure, so they should sell all their Tesla and SpaceX stock,” Musk said. Musk, who endorsed Trump on the campaign trail and is now slated to help lead the president-elect’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), owns Tesla and SpaceX. Bezos shot back in reply on Thursday morning, saying, “Nope. 100% not true.” Nope. 100% not true. — Jeff Bezos (@JeffBezos) November 21, 2024 The denial was the latest salvo in a longstanding rivalry that ranges from competition between their space companies to Musk dissing Amazon’s “Lord of The Rings” series. And there is the question of who is the wealthiest person in the world. With Tesla shares rising since the election and SpaceX just conducting another successful launch, Musk led the list as of press time with a net worth of $316.1 billion, according to Forbes. MATT WALSH’S ‘AM I RACIST?’ NOW STREAMING ON DAILYWIRE+ At $213.3 billion, Bezos ranked third, behind Oracle’s Larry Ellison. Bezos had been the world’s richest person as recently as earlier this year. Bezos made headlines in October when it emerged that he made the decision for the newspaper he owns, The Washington Post, to end its practice of endorsing presidential candidates. “Presidential endorsements do nothing to tip the scales of an election. No undecided voters in Pennsylvania are going to say, ‘I’m going with Newspaper A’s endorsement.’ None,” he wrote in an op-ed. “What presidential endorsements actually do is create a perception of bias,” Bezos added. “A perception of non-independence. Ending them is a principled decision, and it’s the right one.” After Trump defeated Vice President Kamala Harris in the November election, Bezos released a statement congratulating the president-elect. “Big congratulations to our 45th and now 47th President on an extraordinary political comeback and decisive victory,” Bezos said in a post to X. “No nation has bigger opportunities,” he continued. “Wishing [Trump] all success in leading and uniting the America we all love.”

‘Chilling’: Republican Senators Say FEMA Has Fallen ‘Well Short’ Of Its Mission

More than a dozen Republican senators said that FEMA was falling short of its mission to help all Americans after a government employee ordered relief workers in Florida to skip the homes of people showing support for Donald Trump.  Nineteen Republican senators sent a letter to FEMA Administrator Deanne Criswell on Tuesday demanding answers on instructions from fired FEMA supervisor Marn’i Washington for relief workers in Lake Placid to “avoid homes advertising Trump.” The letter was sent the same day Criswell spent more than five hours testifying to House lawmakers about the guidance, which The Daily Wire first reported.  “For a FEMA employee to withhold aid or support from a household due to political affiliation is unacceptable and frankly reprehensible,” the senators, led by Sen. Thom Tillis and Ted Budd of North Carolina, wrote. “While there are many dedicated public servants who are working around the clock to help disaster survivors at their most vulnerable point, it is clear that FEMA has fallen well short of its core mission to provide disaster relief to all Americans impacted by a natural disaster.” Others who signed on included Mike Braun (IN), Roger Marshall (KS), John Cornyn (TX), Joni K. Ernst (IA), John Kennedy (LA), Bill Hagerty (TN), James Risch (ID), James Lankford (OK), Shelley Moore Capito (WV), Dan Sullivan (AK), Bill Cassidy (LA), Pete Ricketts (NE), Tim Scott (SC), Rick Scott (FL), John Boozman (AR), Susan Collins (AK), John Hoeven (ND). The senators asked Criswell to provide all communications between Washington and her Disaster Survivor Assistance team related to the guidance. Whistleblowers told The Daily Wire that at least 20 homes were skipped because of the instructions. FEMA workers have since visited those homes and been given the opportunity to register for assistance, Criswell testified Tuesday.  Criswell was asked to respond to claims made by Washington that FEMA has a widespread policy of avoiding “politically hostile” homes.  MATT WALSH’S ‘AM I RACIST?’ NOW STREAMING ON DAILYWIRE+ “The idea that citizens, whose tax dollars fund FEMA’s Disaster Relief Fund (DRF) and pay FEMA officials’ salaries, may be purposely excluded from vitally needed aid is chilling and further erodes many people’s already tenuous trust in this administration,” the letter said.  They asked her to provide the total number of houses FEMA has skipped across all declared disaster zones and the listed reason for bypassing the homes.  Sens. Katie Britt (AL), Josh Hawley (MO), Rand Paul (KY), Chuck Grassley (IA), and Marsha Blackburn (TN) have individually sent letters over the guidance and demanding compliance with the investigations that have been launched.  Criswell testified Tuesday that she doesn’t believe a culture of avoidance exists within the agency and that there was no policy in place that would lead relief workers to proactively skip homes. She said the Inspector General would launch an independent investigation into the guidance, including whether there had been avoidance in North and South Carolina.

‘The View’ Forced To Clarify After Bashing Trump Picks: ‘Just Call The Show Legal Note From Now On’

The hosts of ABC’s “The View” had to deliver another on-air legal note during Thursday’s broadcast after they bashed President-elect Donald Trump’s cabinet picks so far by suggesting that a history of sexual assault allegations was a prerequisite for a post in the incoming administration. The co-hosts took aim specifically at former Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) — who ultimately withdrew his name from consideration for Attorney General a short time after the show aired — and Defense Secretary nominee Pete Hegseth, but had to clarify afterward that although both have been investigated, both have repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and neither has ever been charged. “Sexual misconduct allegations seem not to matter anymore,” Whoopi Goldberg kicked off the conversation, adding, “Seems like unless you have a sexual misconduct allegation, you can’t be in the cabinet. That’s what it’s looking like, because I mean, was it 11 people and maybe one of the 11 doesn’t have something going on?” “It’s like, oh, let’s see, who’s accused of sexual assault? Put them in the cabinet!” co-host Joy Behar quipped, adding, “And they’re like, ‘Pick me! Pick me!'” WATCH: Sara Haines claims Trump’s national agenda is for going easy on sexual assault and sex offenders: “I would encourage them to separate sexual assault and sexual offenders from their MAGA agenda or you’re telling me this is part of your agenda.” pic.twitter.com/eNYolcSpwB — Nicholas Fondacaro (@NickFondacaro) November 21, 2024 Co-host Sara Haines argued that keeping people who had faced such accusations in his orbit would result in an agenda that included “going easy” on people accused of sexual misconduct. “I would encourage them to separate sexual assault and sexual offenders from their MAGA agenda or you’re telling me this is part of your agenda,” she said. MATT WALSH’S ‘AM I RACIST?’ NOW STREAMING ON DAILYWIRE+ Behar and co-host Sunny Hostin then pivoted to complain about the fact that, after multiple background checks turned up nothing and the complaining witness failed to offer any credible evidence, the FBI had stopped investigating the accusations against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. WATCH: Dressed in an oversized sparkly silver suit, Sunny Hostin was forced to read ANOTHER legal note about the allegations against Matt Gaetz and a second legal note about Pete Hegseth. “Just call the show ‘Legal Note’ from now on,” Joy Behar huffed. pic.twitter.com/GyP2QesXMw — Nicholas Fondacaro (@NickFondacaro) November 21, 2024 That’s when Hostin was forced to go live with another legal note, reading in monotone statements from Gaetz and attorneys for Hegseth, stating that both had denied wrongdoing and had never been charged. “Just call the show ‘Legal Note,'” from now on, Behar joked as they ended the segment.
