House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) made it unequivocally clear that a “man can not become a woman” following the election of the first trans-identifying biological male into Congress, Sarah McBride. Speaking to members of the press on Tuesday, Johnson said that after being asked a question at a gathering today, he wanted to make his stance on the transgender issue crystal clear, pointing out that he supports what scriptures say. “Let me be unequivocally clear,” the speaker said. “A man is a man and a woman is a woman.
