Do You Believe in the Tooth Fairy?

The following article, Do You Believe in the Tooth Fairy?, was first published on Conservative Firing Line. There are countless claims that the 2020 presidential election was stolen by the Democrat political machine. Yet according to “the government” and its lapdogs in the mainstream media, no significant fraud has been proven. This, in spite of the fact that it has been conclusively shown that in some voting precincts, there were more votes … Continue reading Do You Believe in the Tooth Fairy? ...

The ONLY 2 Exercises That Grew My Stubborn Chest

The ONLY 2 Exercises That Grew My Stubborn Chest

Does your chest refuse to grow no matter how many exercises you try? I’ve been there. But over the last year, that changed. My chest has grown faster than ever. I’ve even got new stretch marks from the growth. And all it took was focusing on 2 key chest exercises (hitting the upper chest, mid chest, and lower chest) that actually fit my genetic structure. Do these best chest exercises, and I guarantee you’ll start experiencing the same chest growth I did in no time. So, what was my chest workout? Well, it didn’t include the bench press, and here’s why… UTL COMMENT:- I have already started these techniques at the gym today...let's see how we go...! Grab your FREE 6-week chest workout plan: https://builtwithscience.com/6-week-c... Click below for a step by step plan training plan that reveals all the best exercises you should do for each and every muscle group: https://quiz.builtwithscience.com/ Click below to subscribe for more videos: https://www.youtube.com/jeremyethier/... Part of this has to do with the fact that the barbell locks your arms into a fixed position. So no matter what I tried with my form, I could never really get my chest to properly activate based on how my bones are structured. What did I do instead? First, I switched from a barbell to dumbbells. This gave me the freedom to adjust my pressing angles, which allowed me to better activate my chest. Second, I changed the bench angle to an incline for significantly more upper chest development without sacrificing mid chest growth. But “incline” doesn’t mean the same thing for everyone. If you have a steep sternum angle, a flat bench acts more like a decline press because your chest fibers are angled downwards. In this case, you’d have to use a relatively high incline of about 30 to 45 degrees. But if you’ve got a flat sternum angle, like me, it only takes a slight incline to unlock the upper chest. So for my body type, setting the incline just one or two notches up was the sweet spot to maximizing my chest activation. But there was one more key factor I was neglecting. The bottom stretch. So as much as it hurt my ego, I decided to let go of the big 95s and grab the smaller 65s instead, and they did way more for my chest than ego-lifting those 95s ever did. But, to continue forcing chest growth, once I nailed down my form and could really feel my chest working, I slowly started progressing the weight again. Now, since the first of the best chest exercises focused primarily on my upper chest, I now needed a second exercise to really target the mid and lower chest, especially the outer portion. For years, I relied on the pec deck machine. But while it’s great for isolating the chest, it’s hardest at the end of the movement, during the squeeze. But the latest research suggests that exercises challenging your muscles in the stretched position tend to deliver more growth, especially in the distal parts of the muscle, which in this case would be the outer chest.

What was it like being a teenager in the '90's?

UTL COMMENT:- Wow I remember these days.... I was actually a teenager in the 80's and I was in my twenties in the 90's.... Like couldn't have been any better!! Great times. The 80's and 90's were full of innocence... I look back and in retrospect I can see a lot of insidious stuff coming in.....setting us up for today.....

An Eventful Weekend in Review

President Joe Biden authorized Ukraine over the weekend to strike Russia with U.S.-made missiles. The escalation of our involvement in their war with two months and two days to go in his presidency puts all parties — Russia, Ukraine, the United States — in an uncertain situation. Does Donald Trump presumably canceling this permission slip, given in the 11th hour of the Biden presidency, lead to pre-planned denunciations by Democrats that he let Ukraine lose? Does Putin bide his time for the next two months or does he strike Ukraine hard now? Does this escalation hasten or delay peace talks? Does it make World War III more or less likely? Extra MSG Saturday night’s massive Madison Square Garden ovation, the surreal, surrounding posse that included the richest man on the planet and the speaker of the House of Representatives, and UFC heavyweight titlist Jon Jones offering a Trumpian celebration dance and his championship belt to the president-elect all illustrated the star-power commanded by Donald Trump lacking in his loathsome opposition. Michael Moore: ‘We Are Not a Good People’ Michael Moore illustrated the conditional love — and that’s perhaps a generous assessment — so many American leftists harbor toward this country. When their candidates win, they wave the Stars and Stripes, sing the national anthem, and celebrate the Fourth of July. When their candidates lose, America becomes evil — evil. “If you stop and think about it, we’ve come up with a lot of doozies in our history,” Moore writes. “Like the genocide of 20 million Native Americans. Or the enslavement of 12 million kidnapped Africans. Or us invading Vietnam and killing 4 million Asian people for no reason at all. We are not a good people. We have a non-stop cavalcade, a sordid laundry list of evil deeds that led us directly to last week, to the point where we the people, by popular vote, elected a 34-time convicted felon, a fascist, and a civilly-charged and convicted sexual abuser to be our 47th president of the United States.” Moore lists a number of redundant suggestions for his readers, such as “join something” and stand for immigrants and Palestinians and trans kids. He tellingly neglects to advise walking around the block, rejecting Doritos as one of the four food groups, or using toothpaste. South Poll J. Ann Selzer, the pollster who gauged a 47 percent to 44 percent lead for Kamala Harris in Iowa days before the presidential election, announced her retirement on Sunday. Donald Trump won the state by more than 13 points. “Polling is a science of estimation, and science has a way of periodically humbling the scientist,” she wrote in The Des Moines Register. “So, I’m humbled, yet always willing to learn from unexpected findings.” Citizen Bill Bill Clinton, quiet since Hillary’s loss to Donald Trump in 2016 (and #MeToo, which heated up around the same time), released a post-presidency autobiography called Citizen. The timing, coming days after the election, seems curious. Democrats do not value Bill Clinton as they once did, do they? Anyhow, CBS Sunday Morning featured a segment on the former president. He displays his charm, offers some political wisdom, and speaks in a more tolerant tone than others in his party when discussing the incoming president. Intellectually, the 78-year-old seems sharp. Physically, he appears weak. His voice lacks the power it once commanded. His neck, a la Adam Schiff, looks ready to fall under the weight of his head. His cheerful and warm demeanor offers an example for Democrats, the party of Debbie Downers and Harry Haters, to follow on their path from out of the political wilderness. People like people who like people. Bill Clinton’s political success owes to that truth.
