After airing the 'The Mothman Revisited' episode in Season 4 of 'Unsolved Mysteries,' the producers collected reports from the viewers and forwarded the information to us.The witnesses are being contacted to establish and confirm details of the sightings/encounters. If further information is received, it will be added to the report. We have received worldwide inquiries as well. The incidents specifically reported in the Chicagoland region are on the Chicago / Lake Michigan Winged Humanoid Regional Interactive Map.The original report:"I saw something similar to the Mothman across the street from my home on Labor Day Weekend in 2022. We had a cookout at my home, and we were cleaning up around 9 pm. My brother-in-law and I was sitting on my carport talking. I saw someone standing at my neighbor's basement door. I knew he wasn't home at that time, so I stood to see what this individual was going to do, and I said 'Hey!' This is when wings unfolded and this thing glided to the top of the house and walked away from that side of the house. When I went to the direction this thing headed in it moved further away, and I couldn't find it again. I haven't seen anything since, but I saw that Mothman was sighted on Rt. 840 which is about 25 miles north of my house." Garland B.I contacted Garland B. by email. He later telephoned me:This sighting occurred in Columbia, Tennessee on September 4, 2022, on the 800 block of Iron Bridge Rd. After having a family cookout, the witness and his brother-in-law were sitting in the carport talking at around 9 PM local time.Garland noticed movement at his neighbor's basement door and saw a human-like figure standing there. He yelled out 'Hey!.' The humanoid then unfurled a pair of massive feathered wings and slowly ascended to the roof of the neighbor's house. As he watches this winged humanoid, he was able to see that the dark figure had feathers covering the entire body, from its head down to its legs.The winged humanoid stood on the roof of the house, then started to move across it. He could hear rustling and scuffling sounds as it moved, eventually out of sight. Garland walked toward the house but didn't see it again.Garland told me that within a year after his sighting, his mother, aunt, and the neighbor all passed away.The witness expressed emotion during the conversation, hoping to understand what he observed and to get answers as to why it appeared. After watching the Unsolved Mysteries episode, he felt compelled to contact the show.NOTE: Even though I'm not convinced that the Mothman is a harbinger of death or bad times, this witness seems to believe that this winged humanoid was a portent in this case. The being seems to morph and shapeshift during the recording.What are your thoughts on this video? I love a nice fresh homemade pie! I also love finger foods, which brings me to sharing some mini pies recipes. Finger food, meet your favorite slice of pie. Not only are mini pies an awesome way to eat pie on the go, but they're also super cute. Mini Pies: Quick and Easy Homemade Recipes There's so much to be done on a homestead, even the small ones, so on my baking days, I like to make a couple of batches of miniature pies and store some for later. You can freeze the pies after they've been cooked, or you can prep them all the way to the point of baking and freeze them until you're ready to bake them. Either way, mixed with the right ingredients – and a little love – they're big winners around the house or at this summer’s BBQ. Next, not only will I go over the basics of the recipe for mini pies, but I will also include my personal Mixed Fruit Pie Filling Recipe and one of my favorite Pecan Pie filling recipes as well. Recipe Yields 12 Pies. Prep Time 20 – 30 Minutes. Total Time about 1 1/2 Hours The Basics 2 packs of 2 count ready-made pie crust – I make my own crust, but it's optional 4 cups of desired pie filling or 2 21-ounce cans 1 large whisked egg Greased muffin pan 4-inch cookie cutter / lid / cup Pastry brush 1. Preheat your oven for 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Roll out the crusts you will be using for your bottoms. Using your cookie cutter, cut your pie bottoms into 4-inch circles. This size works well for muffin pans, but if you are using a smaller or larger pan just adjust the size of your circle. 3. Press the bottoms into the greased muffin pan. Be sure to leave enough crust over the lip of the rim for the tops. 4. Now it's time to work on your tops. You can do a lattice top or a simple circle. For the circle tops, just use the same cookie cutter to cut out the tops. If you're going for the lattice, cut about 6 thin strips and lace them together. When you choose the round top, be sure to cut a couple of air slits into it, so that it can release some steam without busting the seams. 5. Use your pastry brush and brush the tops of your pies with the whisked egg. Bake the mini pies in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the crust is a light golden color and the filling is bubbling. 6. Allow the pies to cool for 20-25 minutes. Using a butter knife, gently loosen the pies from the pans and remove! The Dough If you'd rather not buy pre-made pie crust, you can easily whip up some homemade dough for your pies. | 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon of sugar 3/4 teaspoon of salt 1 cup of butter 6 tablespoons of ice water 1. Mix the flour, sugar, and salt together. Add the butter, and mix it until your mixture looks like coarse meal. 2. Blend in the ice water one tablespoon at a time. When the mixture starts to clump, it's ready to be rolled into a ball. Once you have the dough rolled into a ball, divide it in half and flatten them into pie discs. One disc is for the tops, and the other for the bottoms. 3. Wrap the pie discs in plastic and allow them to chill for about an hour or two before using them. The Filling This recipe can be used to take just about any fruit and turn it into pie filling. 4 cups of desired fruit 1/4 teaspoon of cornstarch 1 cup of sugar Spices (like nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, etc.) – to taste 1. Cut your fruit to the desired size and cook on a low-medium heat, bringing it to a low simmer. This allows the fruit juices to cook out, allowing it to add flavor. This only takes about 10 minutes, but you have to constantly stir the mix while it cooks. 2. Remove the pan from the heat and let stand. In a small mixing bowl, whisk in the sugar, cornstarch, and spices until it's blended and smooth. 3. Add your dry mix to the fruit blend and mix together really well. The sugar granules should be completely dissolved. 4. Put the pan back on a low simmer until the pie filling thickens, allow it to cool, and make your pie or can it for later. Fruit Medley Pie Filling Once, I really wanted to make some pie, but to my dismay, I discovered that I only had a little bit of a bunch of different fruits. So I did the only thing I knew how to do, and I combined a little bit of everything to make one amazing mixed fruit pie. My fruit combination consisted of: 2 cups of peeled peaches 1/2  cup of apples 1/2  cup of pears 1/2 cup of cherries 1/2 cup of bananas Cook the filling down just as I explained in the basic filling recipe. I add cinnamon, nutmeg, and a little allspice to my mixture. Precious Pecan Pie Filling 1/2 cup of dark brown sugar (firmly packed) 1/2 cup of dark maple syrup 1/4 cup of raw honey 1/3 cup of cornstarch – give or take 3 tablespoons of butter 1 teaspoon of vanilla bean extract 4 large egg yolks 1 1/2 cups of half & half 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt 1. Using a heavy saucepan, whisk the brown sugar, honey, syrup, cornstarch, egg, and half & half together. Bring the mixture to a low boil over medium heat, whisking it the whole time it cooks to avoid burning. Boil for about a minute and remove from heat. 2. Now, whisk in the vanilla bean extract and butter. Lay some wax paper right onto the mixture. Covering the filling like this prevents a film from forming on top and makes it easier to handle when it's time to work with it. 3. Chill for 3 – 4 hours before filling your pie crust with it. CNN: How About SCOTUS As a Kamala Consolation Prize?

Philippe Reines has a well-earned reputation as one of the most odious operatives in politics. No wonder Hillary Clinton made him a close adviser! Reines is the guy who taunted Donald Trump, Jr., writing that every time he was intimate with his wife, she was fantasizing about a former Latino boyfriend.  Even Chelsea Clinton found Reines' comment "vile." Reines turns up regularly on CNN This Morning, and on today's show said: "Donald Trump is about as complicated to some of us, and to me, to figure out as a clogged toilet is to a plumber." Reines took his scatalogical shot in the context of a discussion about Trump's naming his campaign manager Susie Wiles as his White House chief of staff. Remind us, Mark Cuban: what did you say about Trump not liking "strong, intelligent women" around him? Reines wished "good luck" to Wiles, because "it's going to be worse"—presumably compared to Trump's first term—because he' "older, more cantankerous, and more stubborn." Reines also disparaged Wiles' abilities. He noted that whereas she traveled on the plane with Trump more than campaign managers traditionally do, she wasn't able to prevent Laura Loomer from getting on the plane, "So we can't say that she effectively did x,y, or z." When host Kasie Hunt came to Wiles' defense, saying "Well, she did get her off the plane," the ungracious Reines dismissed it as "a pretty low bar."  You know what else is "pretty low," Philippe? Reines and Hillary. Made for each other! Here's the transcript. So it's unfortunate, we're right back to this, where there has to be someone who can, whatever term you want to use, control, corral. Yes, it is a little strange for a campaign manager to be on the road so much, but we should see it for what it is. It's not, it wasn't a move out of power, to be close to the president, but out of fear. What happens when he listens to Corey Lewandowski? What happens when Laura Loomer gets on the plane? This guy's not any different. But congratulations to her. Good luck to her. Because this is going to be a doozy. It's going to be worse. But let's not pretend or hopefully not go through months of, what Trump are we going to see? Molly just said it: let Trump be Trump. He was Trump. We're gonna see that no matter who works for him. . . .   This isn't any great Rubik's cube to figure out. While Donald Trump’s landslide victory has a large swath of the country in glorious celebration, liberal women have never been more distraught — to the point that they’ve adopted a new movement. Specifically, the 4B movement, which is shorthand for four Korean words that start with “Bi,” or the Korean word for “no.” “Ladies, we need to start considering the 4B movement like the women in South Korea and give America a severely sharp birth rate decline: No marriage No childbirth No dating men No sex with men We can’t let these men have the last laugh… we need to bite back,” one woman wrote in a now extremely viral post on X. “I’m not really sure if that’s a major problem that some of these women are having, that men are just so all over them that they have be like, ‘No, Donald Trump won, don’t touch me,’” Allie Beth Stuckey of “Relatable" comments, amused. Some women have begun filming themselves shaving their heads in retaliation on TikTok, with one user telling her audience, as she chops off all her hair, to “divorce your husbands” and “leave your boyfriends.” Stuckey, while she disagrees with Trump’s plan to leave abortion up to the states, can’t see why these women don’t understand that nothing is going to happen to their “right” to an abortion. “If it is so important to you women to live in a place where you can have an abortion, if that is really as important as you people think that is, which I think is sick and depraved, then you can move to a state that allows it,” Stuckey explains. “There are eight states that tragically allow abortion through all nine months,” she continues. “If you think that this is the most fundamental issue, the greatest issue, then why don’t you flee like a refugee to California or to Washington or to Oregon or to Illinois or to New York if this is so important to you?” “I don’t believe you when you say it’s that important if you’re not even willing to move within your own country for that so-called right to choose. And so, are you just being dramatic? Really think about that. And think about the fact that those babies that you are crying and dying to kill are human beings with rights,” she adds. On Thursday, a federal judge dealt a significant blow to the Biden-Harris administration’s plan to provide mass amnesty to at least 550,000 illegal aliens currently residing in the United States.Earlier this year, a coalition of 16 Republican-led states, spearheaded by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and America First Legal, filed a lawsuit against the administration for its “Keeping Families Together” program. The program would have granted amnesty to illegal immigrant spouses and stepchildren of American citizens, Blaze News previously reported. 'Once again, we have stopped the Biden-Harris Administration’s radical attempts to destroy America’s borders and undermine the rule of law.'Additionally, the program would have permitted beneficiaries to parole in place, allowing them to remain in the country while their status is adjusted.The lawsuit, filed by the 16 state attorneys general, argued that the administration’s claim that it would apply to roughly 550,000 illegal aliens was “likely a significant underestimate,” projecting that it could be closer to 1.3 million.The complaint contended that the process was unconstitutional because it circumvented Congress and would “irreparably harm” the states’ communities.U.S. District Judge J. Campbell Barker, a Trump-appointed judge, sided with the states’ lawsuit, striking down the program.In his 74-page ruling, Barker stated that the administration’s program “focuses on the wrong thing in identifying ‘significant public benefits’ — the benefits of aliens’ new legal status, rather than their presence in this country.”“The Rule exceeds statutory authority and is not in accordance with law for this reason as well,” he concluded, adding that the “defendants’ view stretches legal interpretation past its breaking point.”“The court declares that defendants lack statutory authority … to grant parole ‘in place’ to aliens,” Barker wrote. America First Legal Executive Director Gene Hamilton stated, “Since day one, the Biden-Harris administration has dedicated itself to the decimation of our immigration system and the erasure of our borders.”“Time and again, the states stood up. And today, the great state of Texas and the courageous Ken Paxton, alongside a coalition of other brave attorneys general, succeeded in stopping an illegal program that would have provided amnesty to hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens and paved the path for the largest administrative amnesty in American history,” Hamilton added.Paxton wrote in a post on X, “Once again, we have stopped the Biden-Harris Administration’s radical attempts to destroy America’s borders and undermine the rule of law. This unlawful parole scheme would have rewarded more than 1 million illegal aliens with citizenship and incentivized millions more to break into our country.
