10 YUGE Elon Musk tweets from a wild presidential campaign weekend

When Elon Musk put his voice and considerable wealth behind President Donald J. Trump's campaign, it signaled a shift in the country. One of the country's most successful businessmen and entrepreneurs made his fortune by inventing what became Google Maps, making online payments, transforming electric vehicles, and single-handedly saving the American space program. So when he acquired Twitter, changed the name to X, and then signaled his support for Trump's campaign, it was a watershed moment in a political realignment that's shaking up everyone from old-school RNC power brokers to Silicon Valley tycoons and everyone in between. It's hard to understate the importance of his purchase of X. Without a platform where people and alternative media outlets could share information, it's unlikely that Trump would have any chance of getting in for a second term. His tweeting style can be equally hilarious and over the top. Here are the ten funniest tweets Elon sent over a wild political weekend. Everyone in America would support never getting another political text for the rest of their lives. — (@) An underrated strategy Musk has employed is a robust get-out-the-vote campaign in swing states, including paying one lucky winner $1 million each day in the run-up to the election. It's resulted in a wave of new Republican voters. — (@) Over the weekend, the state of New York raided a man with a pet squirrel and killed the man's pets. It struck a nerve, showing how much the government has grown into being a nefarious force that meddles in the lives of everyday Americans. Elon jumped in to promise justice for Peanut the squirrel. — (@) The story of the murdered squirrel caught on like wildfire and resulted in memes calling for justice to be done. — (@) This tweet is a perfect example of the power of the X platform to cut through media lies. In the past, media could just lie that President Trump had called for violence against Liz Cheney, when he was merely pointing out the hypocrisy of people like her who send our soldiers to die in pointless wars while she comfortably plots from D.C. Now, there's the opportunity to push narratives and voices like Tulsi Gabbard to counter this blatant lie. — (@) Never, under any circumstances, drink the Kool-Aid. — (@) Fair and balanced. — (@) At this point, Harris should have P. Diddy endorsing her from jail, considering she has everyone else on stage from his parties. — (@) Does anyone doubt this at this point? — (@) The last thing a government bureaucrat making six figures working from home 16 hours a week sees. — (@) Make sure to try to convince everyone you know to go out and vote.

Why the killing of Peanut the squirrel is “what this election is all about”

You know you’re living in the Twilight Zone — or “clown world” in the words of Dave Rubin and Glenn Beck — when the biggest story of the weekend prior to Election Day centers around a squirrel. Last Wednesday, New York content creator and animal sanctuary owner Mark Longo was shocked when the Department of Environmental Conservation raided his home and euthanized his internet-famous squirrel, Peanut, as well his pet raccoon, Fred. Apparently, an anonymous source complained that the animals were being kept illegally. Dave and Glenn discuss why this incident, albeit a tad humorous, gets at the heart of what this election is about. In an interview with TMZ, a heartbroken Longo explained the strange incident: “10 to 12 DEC officers raided my house as if I was a drug dealer. I was sat outside my house for five hours. I had to get a police escort to my bathroom. I wasn't even allowed to feed my rescue horses breakfast or lunch. I was sat there like a criminal after they interrogated my wife to check out her immigration status then proceeded to ask me if I had cameras in my house, then proceeded to go through every cabinet, nook, and cranny of my house for a squirrel and a raccoon.”“Four departments and a judge signed off on a search warrant for a squirrel and a raccoon, and then they took them and killed them,” said a tearful Longo. “There's obviously something funny about this story in that we're talking about a squirrel, but there is actually something quite dark and disturbing that goes exactly to what we are all fighting against [in this election],” says Dave. “This is exactly what this election is all about,” agrees Glenn. “Venezuelan gangs everywhere,” chaos “on the border,” but “four agencies and a judge signed off on a warrant to search this guy's house” for a squirrel. Glenn thinks, however, that the real reason the home was raided is likely because “[Peanut] was a MAGA squirrel.” “The silencing, the spying neighbor, the big state taking away your right to have a squirrel” smells of one thing: government corruption, which is what the election ultimately comes to. “What we seem to be all against right now is this giant monstrous government that keeps becoming more inefficient and more terrible at virtually everything,” says Dave. To hear more about the squirrel scandal and what it means for everyone in this country, watch the episode above. Want more from Dave Rubin? Van Jones refuses to hide his pessimism for Kamala Harris in the most critical swing state: 'Nothing making me happy'

Van Jones is feeling bad vibes. For a campaign that has tried to sell Americans on the idea of a Kamala Harris presidency by, in part, appealing to vibes, Jones explained Monday on CNN that he isn't feeling good about Harris' campaign in the key swing state of Pennsylvania.'That is 70,000 votes we bled away. That is the margin for victory.'"I'm just nervous all the time, so I don't feel good about nothing, and I'm not going to feel good about nothing until it's over," Jones said. There are good reasons to be nervous, Jones explained. He cited problems for Harris in Philadelphia and issues among Jewish voters."I'm worried. Philadelphia is where we've got to run up a big margin. But Philly overall has been trending down, not in terms of going toward the Republicans, just people not getting out to vote," Jones said. "It's a bigger, tougher fight in Philly to get that vote count up than it has been in the past. That has me worried."The other thing that has me worried is the Jewish vote in the suburban areas. Biden won the Jewish vote by 70% — 70 to 30 — last time. Some polls show Kamala at 50-50. That is 70,000 votes we bled away. That is the margin for victory," he explained. The final problem that Jones diagnosed is the star-studded rally and concert that Harris is hosting in Pennsylvania on Monday. Jones said it gave him eerie vibes that remind him of 2016."The other thing makes me nervous is in 2016 we had a big, star-studded event right on the edge of the election, and we lost the state. I don't think people understand working people sometimes have to choose: Am I gonna go to the big, cool concert this week and pay for babysitting for that, or am I gonna try to figure out a way to get to the polls? I don’t like these big, star-studded events," he said."I can't show where they've helped us win. In fact, it probably helped us lose last time," he added. "I don’t want people going to concerts. I want people knockin' on doors. I want people out there fighting for this thing. I'm just nervous, nervous, nervous."In fact, Jones admitted that "there's nothing making me happy about Pennsylvania."That's a significant problem for Harris because, in all likelihood, whoever wins Pennsylvania will win the election. Harris can lose Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina, and Georgia while winning Wisconsin and Michigan — but she cannot lose Pennsylvania. On the other hand, if Trump fails to penetrate the blue wall by winning Pennsylvania, he most likely will lose.Meanwhile, Barack Obama's 2012 campaign manager is sounding the alarm for Democrats.Jim Messina, a career Democratic operative, admitted on Sunday that early voting returns are "scary" for the Harris campaign, alluding to significant early voting gains among Republican voters.Of course, that doesn't necessarily mean that Trump is benefiting, because Republicans could be cannibalizing their traditionally strong Election Day turnout. But the early voting returns are nonetheless a positive indicator that the election results could turn in Trump's favor. That's why, according to Messina, his Democratic friends are calling him and "panicking."Like Blaze News? Risk of Rain 2 roadmap details massive Seekers of the Storm gameplay fixes

It’s been a very rocky road for Risk of Rain 2 over recent months. Once regarded as one of the finest roguelikes out there, on a par with The Binding of Isaac, Dead Cells, Hades, and Noita, it’s definitely gone on to take a beating. Thankfully there’s still hope for it, as its new developer is attempting to right the good ship Seekers of the Storm and set sail for calmer seas. That brighter future just took a step closer, in the form of a roadmap that shows exactly how the game will come back from the brink over the coming months. Munch has arrived, and it could be this year’s most metal new game

When you think of winning combinations in videogames, the partnership of meaty, satisfying combat and a heavy metal soundtrack is right up there as one of the best. The likes of Brutal Legend and Metal Hellsinger have proved that over the years, and now Munch is here to try and be the latest member of the band. With some hellish aesthetics and crunchy top-down combat, it looks the part - but intriguingly, it weaves in elements of Hades and even Pokémon into the mix too. Persona Franchise Sales Hit 23.5 Million Units Sold Worldwide

While the Persona series might not have the same panache as Square Enix's Final Fantasy franchise, it's hard to argue that when it comes to RPGs, it's still one of the most recognizable, which usually means each Persona game release is met with a warm reception that, more often than not, translates to game sales.
