“Duck Dynasty” star Phil Robertson has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. The family patriarch’s son, Jase, revealed the tragic news on an episode of “Unashamed with the Robertson Family.” Robertson was also diagnosed with a blood disease. “I think I spoke on the 1000th podcast, we were trying to figure out the diagnosis, but according to the doctors, he has some sort of blood disease causing all kinds of problems,” Jase Robertson said, according to Fox News. “Phil’s not doing well,” he added. Seeing his health take a downward turn has been really hard for Robertson. Jase noted that the team of doctors told him and his family that “there’s no curing what” Phil has. “We’re trying to make him a little more comfortable,” he noted. In the podcast episode, Jase noted that the Robertson family is very appreciative of the prayers and support being sent Phil’s way. Phil starred on “Duck Dynasty” from 2012 to 2017. Tennis legend Martina Navratilova slammed the efforts to remove two German female politicians who are the only women who voted against that country’s new “radical gender self-identification law.” “This is so f***ed up! Come on Germany!” Navratilova wrote on X about the news. “Surely you know what a woman is? You know?” “Like the woman who birthed each and every one of you?” she added. “That was a woman. And only a woman can do that. And now you punish women who speak the truth? Ok…” Navratilova’s comments were in response to a post by Reduxx magazine regarding, “Two female politicians” who are “facing removal from parliament after voting against the nation’s radical gender self-identification law. Katja Adler and Linda Teuteberg, members of the @fdp, opposed the law on the basis it would put women at risk.” The article focused on how Adler and Teuteberg, part of Germany’s Free Democratic Party (FDP), voted against the law that would allow a person to simply change their gender and name with the registry. In addition, a massive fine of thousands of dollars will be implemented against those who reveal that person’s biological gender and name. This is so fucked up! Come on Germany! She also argued that the “clause would be rendered unenforceable if men were capable of declaring themselves ‘women’ at any time,” the outlet noted. Teuteberg also could be replaced by the party and prevented from representing her state due to her criticism of the law, as the FDP seeks to replace her.  The tennis legend has been very outspoken about trans-identifying males competing in female sports. Republican Tim Burchett was targeted with a bomb threat at his Tennessee home, The Daily Wire has learned. A source familiar with the matter said that the congressman’s Tennessee home was threatened on Monday, and that law enforcement visited the congressman. A spokesman for the Knox County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to The Daily Wire that the sheriff’s office received a threat to Burchett’s home but that the threat is considered “unfounded at this time.” “However, there is an ongoing investigation,” she added, “therefore, I am not at liberty to discuss the nature of the threat.” The U.S. Capitol Police said in a statement to The Daily Wire: “Anytime a Member of Congress is the victim of a ‘swatting’ incident, we work closely with our local and federal law enforcement partners. To protect ongoing investigations and to minimize the risk of copy-cats, we cannot provide more details at this time.” News of the threat comes after several of Donald Trump’s cabinet nominees and administration appointees were targeted with dangerous threats in swatting incidents during Thanksgiving week, including Rep. Elise Stefanik of New York, former Rep. Lee Zeldin of New York, Agriculture Department nominee Brooke Rollins, Secretary of Labor nominee Lori Chavez-DeRemer, Department of Housing and Urban Development nominee Scott Turner, and former Attorney General nominee Matt Gaetz.
