Israelis Choose to Limit Attack on Iran … For Now

The long-anticipated Israeli attack on Iran commenced in the early hours of Saturday, Oct. 26. By 2:15 a.m., explosions were reported on the outskirts of Tehran, followed promptly by an Israel Defense Force statement confirming it had commenced air attacks on several Iranian targets. Dozens of Israeli Air Force fighter jets, refueling planes, and reconnaissance craft traveled over 1,000 miles to carry out three waves of airstrikes over a four-hour window hitting roughly 20 targets across the Tehran, Karaj, Isfahan, and Shiraz areas. The IAF also took out radar and air defense systems in southwest and central Syria to ensure unhindered flight transit in carrying out the attack. Israel’s persistent ground war in Gaza and southern Lebanon … must also be understood in its wider context of weakening Iran’s regional hegemony.  The first wave of strikes targeted anti-aircraft systems, including the S-300 Russian-made batteries protecting the capital city of Tehran, and caches of hundreds of missiles that eliminated Iran’s air defense and long-range radar capabilities from the start. Having achieved air superiority, Israeli jets proceeded to take out drone manufacturing facilities and 12 factories that produced the multi-million-dollar solid fuel mixers that project ballistic missiles. A secret facility for nuclear research in Parchin was also reportedly attacked. By 6:00 a.m. the mission, dubbed “Operation Days of Repentance,” was over and all aircraft returned safely and intact to Israel. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps later stated that four Iranian soldiers had been killed. The mission was in response to Iran’s ballistic missile assault on Oct. 1 and the persistent aggression from its terrorist proxies in Lebanon and Yemen. “The regime in Iran and its proxies in the region have been relentlessly attacking Israel since October 7 [2023] — on seven fronts — including direct attacks from Iranian soil,” the IDF said. “Like every other sovereign country in the world, the State of Israel has the right and duty to respond.”   Iran was quick to downplay the attack, claiming that most of the Israeli jet’s missiles were intercepted. According to Iranian spokesman Fatemeh Mohajerani, “only limited damage has been done.” As news of the attack broke at daylight on Saturday morning, analysts across the political spectrum were quick to comment on the surprisingly measured nature of the Israeli air strike. In recent weeks, Jerusalem and Tehran have sparred with belligerent threats and warnings over the catastrophic scope of attacks and repercussions. That Israel only attacked military sites on Saturday morning stands in stark contrast to the previous two Iranian assaults on Israel from April 14 and Oct. 1 that indiscriminately targeted dense civilian population centers in addition to military bases and the nuclear facility in Dimona. Israel claimed to have informed Iran ahead of its Saturday attack through various diplomatic channels, including the Dutch Foreign Minister Caspar Veldcamp, with a stern warning not to respond. Criticism from Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s political opposition soon followed. The opposition leader Yair Lapid commented on social media: “The decision not to attack strategic and economic targets in Iran was wrong. We could have and should have exacted a much heavier price from Iran.” Former defense minister Avigdor Liberman also chimed in: “Unfortunately, it seems that instead of exacting a real price, the Israeli government is once again settling for showy actions and public relations.”  Israel’s restraint from bombing nuclear and oil sites, however, came as a relief to Washington, as the Biden White House had pressured Netanyahu to leave Iranian nuclear and oil facilities off the table. According to Israeli officials, however, these sensitive sites were never primary targets to begin with. Although Jerusalem kept the White House in the loop before and during the attack, the strategic planning was never guided by Washington’s demands.   Israel’s restraint also came as a relief to Arab neighbors, especially in the Gulf. Despite renewed Saudi-Iranian relations, Tehran has suspected the Gulf states of allowing Israel to use its airspace to carry out attacks against Iran and its proxies — claims that Saudi Arabia and its Gulf neighbors have denied. Days before the Saturday morning attack, Iran warned that Saudi and UAE oil fields could be targeted by its terrorist proxies in Yemen and Iraq as a repercussion if Israel crippled Iranian oil production capabilities. The threat proved unnecessary but exposed Iran’s policy and intentions for the Sunni Arab states.  The Saudi Foreign Ministry renounced Israel’s attack early on Saturday calling it a “serious violation of Iran’s territorial integrity and contradicts established international norms and laws.” This came a week following joint Russian, Omani, Iranian, and Saudi naval exercises in the northern Indian Ocean and a Saudi invitation to hold additional war games in the Red Sea. Saudi-Israel relations were on a promising path toward neutralization until Oct. 7, 2023, when Riyadh expressed its condemnation of Israel in the Hamas-initiated war in Gaza. The low-impact nature of Israel’s Saturday attack, according to Jerusalem, was to deter the retaliation cycle from spiraling out of control. It was also meant to keep Iran from claiming major damage that might rouse further escalation. Nonetheless, the airstrikes resulted in a significant tactical victory. With its air defense crippled, “Tehran, with all of its regime targets and sensitive infrastructure, might now be totally exposed to future Israeli strikes,” noted Jonathan Conricus, senior fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies. The mission’s success exposed the weakness of Iran’s defense systems and presented Israel with the unprecedented opportunity to penetrate deep into enemy territory and inflict devastating results without high casualties or targeting sensitive nuclear or petroleum sites.  The ball is now exactly where Israel placed it, in Iran’s court. The hope is that both sides will declare the episode over and avoid spiraling into further tit-for-tat retaliations. Tehran, however, has vowed to respond to any Israel attack with a “stronger response,” citing last Saturday morning’s sortie as “a violation of international law” and invoking Article 51 of the UN Charter as a legitimate right for retaliatory self-defense.  Israeli Officials Communicate With White House Israel braced for Iran’s response throughout the Sabbath morning. An hour after the IAF jets returned home, northern Israel came under a massive rocket barrage from Hezbollah — around 80 rockets — followed by barrages over the upper Galilee and Golan in the late afternoon, injuring roughly 25 and killing two Arab-Israelis in Majd al-Krum. By nightfall, Israeli officials in Jerusalem communicated to their Washington counterparts that “we are not seeking an escalation that triggers prolonged conflict,” but that any Iranian response could incur a more complex and expansive attack than witnessed earlier that morning.  Sunday morning broke with additional rocket salvos against Israel’s northern coastal cities of Nahariya and Acre and a truck ramming near an IDF base north of Tel Aviv, injuring 26 and killing one Israeli. Iran’s advantage is that its terrorist proxies, embedded in Gaza, the West Bank, and Lebanon, can do the dirty work of retaliation without directly involving officials in Tehran or IRGC officers. Hezbollah in Lebanon, after all, was established by Tehran to be the defensive buffer and first responder should Israel attack Iranian soil.   Israel’s persistent ground war in Gaza and southern Lebanon is not only to disarm immediate local threats but must also be understood in its wider context of weakening Iran’s regional hegemony.  READ MORE from Bennett Tucker: Israel Eliminates the ‘Butcher of Khan Younis’ Israel Fends Off Massive Iranian Missile Barrage The post Israelis Choose to Limit Attack on Iran … For Now appeared first on The American Spectator | USA News and Politics.

The Bidenomics Chickens Have Come Home to Roost

It’s just a few days before the end of the 2024 campaign, and we’re finally learning where Bidenomics leads. The Bureau of Labor Statistics published its October report, and its final report before the election turned out to be a tad bit off. The job numbers expected for October had to be revised down by almost 90,000 jobs. Isn’t it funny how those numbers are always revised down and never up? The logic that this can grow the economy is flawed, regardless of what the award-winning economists claim. It turns out that in the past month, our economy created only 12,000 jobs — and that’s not even the bad news. That increase in jobs is because of government hiring. The private sector actually lost 28,000 jobs. The net increase in jobs was for wealth consumers, rather than wealth creators. (READ MORE: Bidenomics: The High Price of Gaslighting) It never required a rocket scientist to see that Bidenomics was flawed conceptually, and was certain to fail eventually. Joe and Kamala assumed that the government could stimulate the economy with targeted investments. Their plan has been to grow the economy by taking money out of it, and then giving some of it back. That twisted logic hasn’t stopped Paul Krugman and 16 other Nobel Laureates from touting Joe Biden’s genius. Just last month, Krugman said that, “All the economic news vindicates Bidenomics.” Will he be revising that statement now, given the new “news”? Krugman’s fellow award winners are also on board with Bidenomics, signing a joint letter stating: While each of us has different views on the particulars of various economic policies, we all agree that Joe Biden’s economic agenda is vastly superior to Donald Trump’s. In his first four years as President, Joe Biden signed into law major investments in the U.S. economy, including in infrastructure, domestic manufacturing, and climate. Together, these investments are likely to increase productivity and economic growth while lowering long-term inflationary pressures and facilitating the clean energy transition. What utter baloney! They are all failing to acknowledge the simple fact that government spending retards rather than stimulates the economy. These economists are either more dedicated to the propaganda than the truth, or they don’t understand the difference between wealth creation and wealth redistribution. Either way, they’ve sacrificed their credibility in a failed attempt to make big government seem economically sound. When a blacksmith uses his ingenuity and labor to forge a dollars’ worth of steel into an ax, which he sells for 20 dollars, he has enriched himself and added 19 bucks to the GDP. When a lumberjack uses his 20-dollar ax to produce 100 dollars’ worth of lumber, he has been enriched by his ax purchase and added another 80 bucks to the GDP. The blacksmith and the lumberjack have also enabled a builder to create wealth with the lumber, and a shopkeeper to create wealth with a building. The whole community is enriched by those that make things of value — thus creating wealth without taking it from anyone. (READ MORE: The Bidenomics Scam) The Problem With Bidenomics But Bidenomics is based on wealth redistribution. Joe and Kamala insisted that we could create a vibrant economy, by making massive government investments in products which people weren’t previously buying — like windmills, solar panels, and electric cars. They promised that a new demand for things that weren’t selling would expand the economy and create jobs. Consider the case of our hypothetical lumber camp. The camp has a market for axes and lumber, but not for white gloves. Bidenomics asserts that if we subsidize white glove purchases, a market can be created, and the economy grown. Only the economy doesn’t work that way. For the government to give, it must first take. Before it can subsidize, it must either take the money by taxation (using the IRS to pick our pockets) or borrow the money (allowing inflation to do the looting). In our imaginary lumber camp, every dollar needed to subsidize the white glove industry, must be taken from the blacksmiths, the lumberjacks, the builders, and the shopkeepers. All of which are left with fewer resources with which to create wealth and enrich the community. When the government attempts to break the laws of economics — creating industries by government fiat, rather than consumer demand — it is taking from the most productive (those with taxable income), and giving to the least productive (those on the government dole), in an attempt to maximize productivity. The logic that this can grow the economy is flawed, regardless of what the award-winning economists claim. As the October jobs report shows, Bidenomics sacrificed 28,000 wealth creators, to subsidize the employment of 12,000 wealth redistributors. What has 4 years of Bidenomics investment actually stimulated? 36 trillion dollars of debt, Chronic inflation, Stagnant wages, Dwindling personal savings, and A new industry which lives on looting rather than production. Fortunately, Kamala Harris is promising a new era of leadership in the Oval Office. She promises to fix our struggling economy with more government investment. The Mainstream Media Ignores You

As the election begins to enter its final stretch, each campaign’s surrogates are circling the crucial swing state of PA in an attempt to galvanize voters. The new health czar of the right, RFK, Jr. made a stop in Lancaster county last week, flanked by Calley Means and Dr. Phil to address an enthusiastic crowd of MAGA and Make America Healthy Again supporters. However, the media is comprised of individuals … whose job it is to tell the stories of the people who live in this country — not just ones that they agree with. I had already heard most of the talking points that Kennedy and Means espoused and by now, most of those reading this piece probably have, too. Depending on where you get your news, this newly formed alliance between preventative health and medical freedom advocates and the Republican party is either the world’s greatest conspiracy theory or a movement that will truly revolutionize health in America. As obsessed as I am with all things health, the tales of corruption that plague one of the largest politicized industries in the country — healthcare — were not the most interesting issues of the evening. More fascinating to me was the corruption plaguing journalism and the increasing divide that separates the media from those they are supposed to serve. (READ MORE from Jennifer Galardi: Food Fight: Competing Visions for America’s Health) Walking into the MAHA event in Manheim, PA, I felt right at home. Maybe that’s because I’m from rural Pennsylvania and those were my people. The ones who work on the farms, in the factories and small local businesses and those who sing along to the country music that served as the background soundtrack for the evening’s event. Manheim is the type of town where people get as fired up for a Friday night high school football game (or wrestling match) as most people do for an NFL Sunday big stadium game. However, sitting from my post in the media pen, I felt removed, cut off from those eager to hear from some of the men spearheading this new populist health movement. From my perch, I didn’t feel very populist. I rose from my seat out into the masses. I flitted about the crowd introducing myself as a reporter to ask them what brought them to Lancaster county and why they support the MAHA or MAGA movement.  Almost every person cast a suspicious eye. Some flat out asked, “for who?” with palpable distrust. When I told them the outlets I wrote for, guards dropped. Attendees’ reactions characterize the growing adversarial relationship between Americans who live in what is fondly known as “flyover country” and the press. And while this skepticism may have intensified around the Covid lockdowns, the mainstream media has done nothing since then to convince everyday Americans they give a rat’s behind about them. I won’t say the elite media despises the commoners. After all, “the media,” like the government, is an impersonal behemoth, incapable of compassion and empathy. However, the media is comprised of individuals; journalists, writers, and producers whose job it is to tell the stories of the people who live in this country — not just ones that they agree with. Yes, it is also their job to report facts, but even facts relay a story. When facts are incomplete, or one sided, or deemed “misinformation,” or not facts at all but manipulated data, a partial, if not false, story emerges. A story that can very easily demonize or dehumanize a segment of the population altogether, just like the comparison of Trump’s historic rally at Madison Square Garden to a 1939 Nazi rally does. The result has been an explosion of more independent media such as podcasts, Substacks, and increasingly, social media. About a third of U.S. adults say they regularly get news on YouTube and Facebook with Instagram, TikTok, and X coming in third, fourth, and fifth respectively. This has given rise to the “man on the street” type journalism which produces, for example, a very different portrait of what’s happening in the aftermath of the hurricane in North Carolina than what the liberal dominated media reported. These boots on the ground accounts are filling in for the stories that mainstream reporters are supposed to be covering. Mainstream reporters who seem to have, if not disdain for the people they share a country with, then a complete lack of curiosity. (READ MORE: Can America Afford To Be Healthy Again?) It is this apathy and disdain that now fuels the news cycle, further polarizing us. If there’s anything I do not want to become as a writer, it is apathetic. Those Whom the Media Will Not See I tried to strike up with a couple of the other reporters in the press area. When I told them who I wrote for, the conversation ended. They did not seem to take any interest in learning more about the people that packed the event, with many having to stand on the periphery due to lack of seating. People like an overweight pharmaceutical executive who “dropped in half,” according to his friend, from better eating habits and avoiding the foods RFK Jr. and Calley Means are warning cause skyrocketing cases of disease and obesity. A man who told me that “a whole other side of the world open[ed] up” when he stopped eating processed food. “It’s just not the way you look it’s how you feel. It’s kind of like an awakening,” he said. Or an older woman who, with her hat full of “Kennedy 2024” flare pinned to it, was very concerned about Kennedy’s alignment with Trump at first. But, after “doing lots and lots of research,” feels Trump has enough integrity to keep his promise to make America healthy again and is confident there will be lots of change in the right direction. She said there has been no “ill will” from “this side of the fence” referring to those who support the new rabble rousers of the Right. Despite attendance of at least a few hundred people, there was not much reporting the day after the event from the local newspapers where a tv celebrity like Dr. Phil coming to town would normally be considered newsworthy. Kennedy was simply described “as a leading source of misinformation about vaccines.” Multiply this local population by thousands of counties all over the country and you have millions of people who feel ignored and shunned. People who the mainstream media, from behind their computers and Iphones, watch but do not see.   The post The Mainstream Media Ignores You appeared first on The American Spectator | USA News and Politics.

A Closing Argument for Kamala

A Closing Argument for Kamala

Many years ago, I was paid for my political consulting. I am still engaged enough to offer a freebie to Kamala Harris. And, it fits nicely into her greatest strength: her ability to cogently communicate in English.  I must admit that this pearl did not originate with me but is borrowed from the last time an incumbent Democrat Vice President sought the presidency and lost:  Al Gore, 2000.  There are similarities. The following might have been the key to … ensure Gore’s victory in 2000 with no need to play with “hanging chads.” For example, Kamala spent formative years at an elite private school in Toronto but now posts on Facebook, “I grew up a middle-class kid. I was raised by a hardworking mother, who like so many people across our nation, had big dreams and aspirations for her children.” Phony.  Al Gore, Jr. of Tennessee, the son of a United States Senator, spent his formative years in Washington, D.C., and attended the exclusive boys St. Albans School before moving onto Harvard. Nonetheless, as Bill Clinton’s vice president, the junior Gore officially kicked off his campaign in 1999 six months following the death of his father. During the campaign Gore pushed an image of himself which he trotted out at the funeral eulogizing his father. Junior asserted his humble beginnings by stating, “He taught me how to clear land with a double-bladed ax. He taught me how to plow a steep hillside with a team of mules.” Phony but not plagiarized.   While Kamala changes accents to be “authentic,” Al Gore changed plaid shirts to appear as an authentic rustic. At the time, I could not help but think of Monty Python’s lumberjack. One day I even read the book published in 2000, The Prince of Tennessee: The Rise of Al Gore, in an attempt to get a better handle on the man. It’s not that there wasn’t enough. After all, like Harris, Gore had been a Senator and served as Vice President. Like Harris, he was good at making things up. In an interview with Wolf Blitzer on CNN, Gore stated, “I took the initiative in creating the internet.” It was as comedic as Kamala’s cackling word salads. It’s tempting to go on about Gore and his ginormous carbon footprint hypocrisy. However, I’ll get to the point: how Harris might defeat Donald Trump. The following might have been the key to unlocking enough additional votes to ensure Gore’s victory in 2000 with no need to play with “hanging chads” and election shenanigans. It came from my late and dear cousin, a Kentucky born southern belle and forever Democrat voter living in Tennessee. At a family gathering in the months ahead of the November 2000 election, one of my brothers asked her why she favored Al Gore over George Bush. Pleased to be able to expound she responded, “Well, I think that when the aliens come, Al Gore will be better able to talk to them than George W. Bush.” After a slight pause my brother said, “I think you’re right!” Run with it Kamala!  READ MORE:  Who Is Kamala Harris? Tariffs, Cars, and the Whiskey War

Tariffs, Cars, and the Whiskey War

Donald Trump wants to bring manufacturing jobs back to America, which he has said he’ll do if elected by imposing tariffs on goods such as vehicles made outside the United States. This, Trump believes, will negate the cost-of-labor savings of things imported into the United States. This could bring back jobs — but it is likely to increase costs, because the car companies have to pay the cost-of-labor in the United States as well as the costs of regulation, which is arguably more responsible for making it expensive to manufacture anything in the United States. The tax revenue not collected on imported whiskey … would either be made up by some other tax, or it would be added to the deficit. Ford, General Motors, and Stellantis — which all make trucks just across the border in Mexico — do not have to deal with the federal OSHA, EPA and other apparats that may make the workplace safer and cleaner in the United States but also more expensive. Unless Trump plans on cutting the cost of complying with these regulations — perhaps by insisting that any new regulations proposed be subjected to cost-benefit analysis and voted on by Congress before they’re imposed — it would not be necessary to impose tariffs on vehicles or anything else manufactured outside the United States. American-made vehicles might actually become less-expensive to make here because it would not be necessary to manufacture them elsewhere, which increases the costs to the buyer who gets stuck paying shipping costs. It’s possible imported vehicles would also cost less than they do now, too — because their manufacturers would be forced to adjust their prices to be cost-competitive with American-made vehicles. (READ MORE from Eric Peters: Birth Control Seats)  The Tariff on Booze Then there’s booze — specifically, American bourbon and Irish whiskey. One’s made here, the other there. But they’re often made or imported by the same international liquor company. It’s a very profitable business. Especially when you can avoid paying taxes — tariffs and duties — on the whiskey made in Ireland that’s imported to America. That’s what’s being pushed right now — just ahead of the election — by lobbyists for the international liquor distributors. They want to amend something called the Harmonized Tariff Schedule in such a way as to allow Irish whiskey to have a tax advantage over American-made bourbon that opponents say would not lower the cost of either — but would end up costing American taxpayers billions.  The technicalities are extremely arcane. H.R. 4073 — the Duty Drawback Clarification Act — would establish a “uniform 8 digit subheading” for all imported whiskey that would make it effectively interchangeable, for tax/tariff purposes, with domestically produced bourbon. That would allow importers of Irish Whiskey to not pay the tariffs/duties that would otherwise apply. Under current tariff schedules, domestically produced bourbon and imported whiskey each have their own, separate schedules that cannot be interchanged. That means imported Irish whiskey is subject to the tariff but domestically produced bourbon is not. The latter is currently (usually) less expensive for exactly that reason. What H.R. 4073 would do is eliminate the distinction in the tariff schedule, which would disadvantage American made bourbon in terms of what it costs relative to what imported Irish whiskey costs. The latter might sell for less, if the importer lowers the price to reflect the lower (or no) taxes. This would make it easier to sell it relative to American-made bourbon, just the same as it’s easier to sell a less expensive imported car that costs less to sell because it costs less to make somewhere else than to make it here.  But what if the importer doesn’t lower the price? Who benefits, then? The importers of Irish whiskey, who effectively pocket the savings in tariffs/taxes they would otherwise have had to pay. If they don’t have to pay the tariffs/taxes and don’t lower the cost of the whiskey, they’ll make a lot more money.    At the expense of the American taxpayer. That’s the major argument against the proposed change in the Tariff Schedule; i.e., that a tax not paid is one that will inevitably be paid by someone else. The federal government is not in the charity business. The tax revenue not collected on imported whiskey — a sum amounting to several billions over a ten year period, according to opponents of the proposal — would either be made up for by some other tax or it would be added to the deficit and then everyone would pay, in the form of the raising the cost of servicing the debt. The liquor importers who stand to reap the benefits have plenty of money to spend on lobbying, of course — liquor sales being one of the highest-margin businesses there is. And with the election less than two weeks away, there has been almost no attention given to this issue. (READ MORE: Unions Threaten American Jobs By Opposing Nippon–US Steel Deal) The ideal reform, of course, would be to level the playing field for all. Then everyone benefits from the lower cost of everything, as opposed to some interests benefitting from their carving out special exemptions from the costs of government that everyone else ends up paying for. Whether for cars — or Irish Whiskey.  The post Tariffs, Cars, and the Whiskey War appeared first on The American Spectator | USA News and Politics.

So, You Want to Talk Hitler?

So, You Want to Talk Hitler?

I’ve just watched the movie Bonhoeffer, slated for release this November. Filmed in Ireland and Belgium, it enjoys and features a great pedigree. It was written, produced, and directed by Todd Komarnicki — the screenwriter for Sully and producer on Elf. He was recruited by co-producers Emmanuel and Camille Kampouris, who had been inspired to undertake this project by Eric Metaxas’s book Bonhoeffer: Pastor, Prophet, Martyr, Spy. The married couple are also the publishers of the estimable online resources Kairos Journal and BibleMesh. Viewing the film, I was struck afresh by how lame and asinine the Democrats’ comparisons of Trump to Hitler are. These partisans struggle to identify alarming overlaps with the Führer’s activities, so let me have a go at it — and, I think, with less struggle. Dems Emulate Hitler More Than Trump The Democrats are the ones who are: advocating for the snuffing out of “deplorables,” in the womb instead of Auschwitz; empaneling kangaroo courts, hosted by laughably biased prosecutors and judges; and supporting the medical mutilation of children under the guise of “gender-affirming” surgeries, which would have qualified for attention in the Nuremberg medical trials. They cast religious traditionalists as dangerous “extremists” and demean and persecute those not on board with their unbiblical agendas. They generate, nourish, and even enforce lies advanced by their collusive media — similar to Leni Riefenstahl’s propaganda work for the Nazis — and celebrate The Triumph of the Woke through their various electronic and print outlets. They have co-opted companies for toxic purposes — back then it was bad actor brands such as Bayer, Agfa, and Telefunken, now we have Budweiser, Target, and Disney working to normalize transsexuality, as well as “Zuck Bucks” to “save democracy. They twist language to addle the populace — “Lebensraum” and “Aryan” in the 1930s, “pro-choice” and “equity” today. And, they excuse the vastly destructive Black Lives Matter rioters as members of an admirable “social justice” movement — similar to the Kristallnacht pogroms where purported grievances excused the violence. Indeed, the lords of the cancel culture — over pronoun “discourtesies” or through wielding the universal slandering solvent of “racist” — should go easy on bringing up the Darth Vader of cultural cancellation, Adolph Hitler. (READ MORE: Democrats Conjure the Resurrection of Hitler (Again)) MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough helped set this table by saying, “This is not a reach, I can go back and talk about Nazi Germany, and I do it without any concerns whatsoever. And if people can’t start drawing the parallels, well, you’re just stupid or you have your head in the sand, or you’re one of them.” So perhaps you’ll indulge me some further work along these lines. (RELATED: Fascism Is a Progressive Tendency — Not a Trump One) I think of the four day Nuremberg rallies, including Albert Speer’s “Cathedral of Light,” which employed a line of 252 anti-aircraft searchlights pointed straight up — a display that tracks with the illumination of the Obama White House with the gay flag colors to celebrate the Supreme Court Obergefell decision in 2015. During the Nuremberg event, 500 trains brought the politically promising and faithful to the stadium — similar to the CBP One mobile app, which enabled hundreds of thousands of non-vetted Latin Americans to fly directly to U.S. cities and gain entry with “advance travel authorizations.” The planned memorial, sacrificial altar that the Nazis were building on the convention site was being modeled on the ancient sacrificial altar at Pergamum — which brings to mind the sacramental status that the millions of slaughtered unborn children enjoy within the Democrat voting bloc. The display of the Blutfahne during the rally, a flag bloodied in the 1923 Nazi coup and was meant to stir pride and righteous indignation over the heroism of martyrs, is similar to the Democrats exploitation of the death of Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick. As sad as his death was, Sicknick was not, as reported, murdered on January 6 — whether by a heaved fire extinguisher or assault with bear spray. As the coroner later declared, he died of natural causes, an arterial blood clot at the brain stem, causing two strokes. Never mind that. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced that he would lie in honor in the Rotunda. The point being to press the politically-exhilarating martyrdom narrative at the expense of the “deplorable” MAGA movement. Whoa! I find myself giddy with analogies, and I thank Morning Joe, Kamala, et al. for the invitation to play this game. Bonhoeffer Fights Hitler Let’s go back to the film. It follows Dietrich Bonhoeffer from his halcyon days as a child into adulthood and the darkness of the Third Reich, where the Reich Church sought to supplant the German Evangelical Church and extended the Ten Commandments to include precepts on “the purity of blood” and respect for the Führer. In this context, Bonhoeffer ascends to the pulpit before a congregation that includes visiting hostiles as well as befuddled or craven parishioners. He begins his message by saying, “Woe to you hypocrites, you whitewashed tombs. Outwardly beautiful, inwardly full of dead man’s bones. You serpents, you vipers, how can you escape damnation? These violent words are not my own. They come from the mouth of our Lord.” And he concludes, “The German church must stand on God’s Word alone. Not on man’s word. And, especially, not on a Führer’s word.” In building to this sermon (and beyond), we find Bonhoeffer in New York City, where he discovers Union Theological Seminary to be spiritually deadening, but worship at Harlem’s Abyssinian Baptist Church spiritually invigorating. A black classmate at Union introduces him to the baleful reign of “Jim Crow” laws and the delights of jazz music — to which Dietrich is able to adapt his piano artistry. Freshly fired up, he returns to Germany where lines are being drawn and persecution rising, toward the Jews in particular. He feigns loyalty to the Nazis, but enlists in the resistance and seeks help in England and America and joins in a plot to assassinate Hitler. He also launders money to bribe safe passage for a truckload of Jews into Switzerland and teaches at a small seminary for “outlaws” — members of the Confessing Church raised to maintain biblical fidelity. And in this, he collaborates with another famous anti-Hitler pastor, Martin Niemöller. The Nazis finally get their fill of and evidence against Bonhoeffer and they condemn him to death — hanging him two days before the liberation of Europe. And thus, he becomes a martyr we honor today. There are a multitude of emotionally affecting scenes, viewers can choose their favorites. As for me, I was particularly moved by the communion Bonhoeffer served to his fellow prisoners the night before his death. He included a repentant German guard in the circle — one who offered to help him escape — consonant with Isaiah 1:18: “[T]hough your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.” I also loved the scene where he played for German seminarians Swing Low, Sweet Chariot, a song he’d learned in New York, for men who didn’t know Harlem from Hamburg. Though I find the Democrats’ Hitler gambit disgraceful, I realize that things could go awry in a Trump presidency. So, as hopeful as I am for a great outcome, I’m pleased to fall back on a declaration found on our currency, “In God We Trust.” Whatever comes, God’s still on his throne. And this message comes through loud and clear in Bonhoeffer — only the Lord is worthy of unqualified worship. Those who have worked assiduously to neutralize Trump, portraying him as a Hitler of sorts, may see themselves as modern Bonhoeffers. But they show themselves to be desperate, delusional, and even dangerous huff-and-puffers, not worth a hearing. Shame on them.  READ MORE: Fascism Is a Progressive Tendency — Not a Trump One If Trump Is Such a Nazi, Why Do 80 Percent of Orthodox Jews Support Him? Contrary To The Assertions Made By Democrats And The Media Regarding Donald Trump, The Genuine ‘Threat To Democracy’ Is Election Integrity

by Brian C. Joondeph, All News Pipeline: The 2024 election is just days away. Media coverage, especially on social platforms, is rampant with fake news and misinformation, making it challenging to distinguish between what is real and what is misinformation. Although opinion polls are far from flawless, they offer a quantitative glimpse into the electoral […]

TAINTED GRUB: USDA Now Licensing DNA Vaccines In America’s FOOD SUPPLY

Ohio attorney Tom Renz has dropped another bombshell exposing the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for licensing the use of deadly DNA vaccines in America’s food supply. Article by Ethan Huff, republished with permission from Naturalnews.com While the USDA had previously given the green light for salmon to be vaccinated with the latest mRNA (modRNA) chemicals, this newest scheme is even worse in that it allows even more questionable pharmaceutical chemicals to be administered to animals that people consume as food. “… the deadly mRNA poison vaccines weren’t enough for the Biden Harris administration,” Renz notes. “They and their big pharma partners are now licensing DNA vaccines for use in our foods.” Renz shared screenshots from two documents showing that these DNA vaccines not only exist – and the world was not told about them until now – but are already licensed and being used in the U.S. food supply, unbeknownst to most of the country. “Our food supply is simply NOT safe,” Renz warns. BREAKING: The USDA is now licensing DNA vaccines in our food!@catsscareme2021 is correct they are vaccinating salmon but what you may not know is that the deadly mRNA poison vaccines weren’t enough for the Biden Harris administration. They and their big pharma partners are now… https://t.co/xF252nZPD5 pic.twitter.com/uvndKC9nBw — Tom Renz (@RenzTom) October 29, 2024 Check out the following video to see what the salmon industry is already doing to the sea-based food supply: Would you like some Salmon with your vaccines? I’ll pass. pic.twitter.com/t49MA2nkum — Jessica Rojas (@catsscareme2021) October 28, 2024 (Related: Be sure to also check out our earlier report about how RNA and DNA contamination of the food supply is already much worse than most people realize.) Beware GMO salmon Renz’s bombshell so upset Rainmaking CEO Kim Greenhouse (@Rainmaking) that she called on X / Twitter for the USDA to be “charged with crimes, including the FDA.” “GOD HELP US,” she added in desperation. Another echoed the sentiment that the USDA – or at least the people running the thing – needs to be taken down as soon as possible because “this is our last chance” to save the country. “RFK Jr. can’t come on board fast enough as Food Health Czar,” wrote another, desperate for Donald Trump to win reelection and appoint Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as the lead guy for cleaning up the nation’s food supply. The same person who celebrated RFK Jr.’s potential recalled how during a recent trip to the grocery store, she noticed what she described as “an unusually large supply of salmon on sale.” “Typically it’s so high priced the store doesn’t stock much,” she continued. “Now I know why mass quantities are available at affordable prices.” It is clear, wrote another, that the powers that be (TPTB) really want to lower the average lifespan to keep their human herd in check. “It’s time to raise our own food,” wrote another about a possible solution to America’s highly polluted food supply. “Either alone or in communities.” “I’m not eating poison or having it put in my body by a vax. I’ll raise my own thank you. Or support small organic local farms. Anything but swallow whatever the global elites want us to swallow. Don’t go along. Demand testing of our food. Raise your own. Go to small farms or on line small co-ops. Anything but taking the govt poison.” Another agreed, noting that this is why TPTB are starting to go so aggressively against small farmers “so that we do not have a choice.” “They are even passing laws for backyard chickens to be vaccinated,” this person added. “Some places are making it illegal to sell local products to people.” More related news about how Big Pharma is deliberately poisoning America’s food supply with all sorts of experimental chemical concoctions can be found at Frankenfood.news. Article by Ethan Huff, republished with permission from Naturalnews.com Gates announced a new food-like liquid product called "EntoMilk" that he says can replace milk from animals. EntoMilk, by the way, is made from crushed up maggots. This "dairy alternative" is made from either maggots or "black soldier fly larvae." Once blended and processed, the result is a "rich and creamy liquid which looks and acts just like dairy." "It's got a very creamy mouthfeel," said someone in the promotional video for EntoMilk below. According to Gates, EntoMilk is necessary because traditional dairy milk comes from farms that he claims are destroying the planet. "The world needs alternatives to survive," the below promo further claims. "Insects are vital for the future of food because they require very little land and they don't damage the environment like livestock. They don't produce greenhouse gases." Apparently he forgot about the biblical plagues of insects that did cause quite a problem. (Related: Bill Gates says he can't wait to unleash a second fake "pandemic," complete with new "vaccines" administered via "a little patch.") Continuing to have children is cruel This is the future of humanity, at least its poorest segments. Once Gates gets done with changing the entire food supply into his image, for the benefit of his pocketbook, the world's slave classes, which includes everything below the top 0.1 percent, will be eating and drinking bugs all day long. Despite EntoMilk's claims, maggot and fly milk do not "act" just like real dairy because unlike real dairy they lack the nutritional components that humans need to survive. "This is going to be a tough sell to most of the human population, but they have successfully brainwashed many into believing it's the only way to save the planet," SHTFplan.com reports about people who believe globalist fairy tales like global warming and boiling oceans. "Is Bill Gates planning to drink this bug juice? Not likely. Only the slave class will be forced to forgo meat and dairy while the rulers eat whatever they want." EntoMilk's announcement comes just as the World Economic Forum (WEF) is going gung-ho for all things bugs, including the various insect-based "foods" its globalist leaders are trying to get stocked on grocery shelves. To continue having children in a world like this, knowing that the future generations will have to live in a hell like this, is simply cruel. Which is a mindset that also furthers the globalist agenda. "Only if royalty drinks this can the masses be expected to drink this," one commenter on YouTube wrote about the above promotional video for EntoMilk. "The queen of England drank fresh, raw milk from the finest cows fed the finest grass, even as raw milk remains banned for most of the rest of us." "This is absolutely revolting," wrote another. "I will never eat the bugs." Since frogs and reptiles rely on black soldier fly larvae for sustenance, what will happen to them once Gates redirects all the flies into his giant blenders for transformation into "maggot milk?" "First we had Soylent Green; now we have Soylent Bug Milk," wrote another. "Does this new trendy poison also include incredible amounts of phytoestrogens that we totally do not need to worry about?" joked another about a very unfunny reality: the reality that most of the modern food supply has been poisoned with estrogenic substances that are destroying humanity. "Stop with this absurdity," wrote another. "Livestock does not damage the environment." The world would be a much better place without Bill Gates and others like him in it.
