A byproduct of the phosphate fertilizer industry, fluoride is captured by industrial scrubbers, and then barreled up and sold unrefined to communities across the country. Today, around 72.7% of U.S. communities are subject to this toxic chemical. But with new evidence coming out against fluoride, is it time for a nationwide ban on fluoridated water? EPA must take regulatory action against fluoridated water, so why not just ban it? In a landmark decision, a federal court recently ruled that water fluoridation at the current levels poses an “unreasonable risk” to children, markedly reducing IQ and harming their cognitive development. The ruling, issued on September 24, requires the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to take regulatory action in response to the lawsuit filed by the Fluoride Action Network and several other organizations. Back in January 2011, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced plans to lower the recommended fluoride level in drinking water, citing a rise in dental fluorosis cases among children. This condition, caused by excessive fluoride exposure, prompted federal agencies to put limits on fluoride levels in water. In 2015, federal guidelines were finally revised, establishing 0.7 parts per million (ppm) as the standard fluoride level for community water systems. However, according to The National Toxicology Program, even this level of .7 ppm causes health problems in children, harming their cognitive development and lowering their IQ in a dose dependent manner. So why regulate this chemical at all, if the most scientifically-appropriate public health measure is a complete ban on fluoride? Former fluoride advocate now speaks out against the poison Rick North, a former advocate for fluoridation shared his transformative experience after reviewing a 2006 report by the National Academy of Sciences. “I always thought fluoridation was fine,” North said, reflecting on his past beliefs. “But the science contradicted the statements from fluoridation promoters.” Since that turning point, North has dedicated himself to opposing fluoridation, serving as a board member of the Fluoride Action Network. The lawsuit, initiated in 2017, faced numerous delays, as the EPA tried to postpone proceedings to protect the reputations of those who had promoted fluoride for decades. A key moment in the case came with the release of a report from the National Toxicology Program, which indicated a link between fluoride exposure and reduced IQ in children. This report played a crucial role in the judge’s decision, as North noted, “The evidence was compelling.” However, North pointed out that economic interests and professional reputations have played a significant role in the continuation of this practice. The EPA currently has 60 days to respond to the court ruling, but the implications of this decision may resonate far beyond that timeline. As communities weigh the risks associated with fluoridation, the conversation around public health, scientific evidence and regulatory oversight is likely to intensify in the coming months and years. Following the ruling, communities across the U.S. have begun to reevaluate their fluoridation practices. Cities such as Abilene, Texas, and Yorktown, New York, have paused or stopped fluoridation, a move that highlights local autonomy in public health decisions. North emphasized that many communities do not need to wait for the EPA's response, stating, “It’s their decision to fluoridate or not.” While this is true, citizens across the United States should not have to wait for their community officials to weigh the evidence and consider their reputations. If making America healthy again is going to be a serious political movement, then water purity should be top priority. Political leaders should be informing the public that they are being poisoned by fluoride, while petitioning Congress to ban water fluoridation across the United States to protect the welfare of the people. Well, here's what's actually happening. Most of those funds go into ETFs and other investment vehicles managed by, you guessed it, BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street. So they've built a system where millions upon millions of dollars are flowing in to them via YOUR 401k's every two weeks. You bust your butt at work and get a paycheck and you've been coached to give 6% of that check to these "Big 3". The Big 3 then get bigger and bigger and bigger every Friday! What a great system, right? For them it is. And what are you told about it? Almost nothing. In fact, what do they tell you? When you start your job, they tell you to set up your 401k auto-donation and then "forget about it". Isn't that what they say? Don't even think about it! The money will be there for you when you turn 65, but don't think about it until then. And DEFINITELY don't ask who's managing it or what they're doing with it. That's not even the worst of it. Of the TEN food corporations and SIX media corporations, the control and ownership is actually way more centralized than that. Remember all that money coming in every Friday from YOUR paychecks? That goes to the Big 3, and they use it to own all of those companies. So it's not even the Big 10 Food Companies or the Big 6 Media companies....it's just the Big 3. And of the Big 3 it's really mostly the Big 2. Many believe the Big 2 may eventually take over State Street. For those who like stats, here's the stat for you:  88% of the companies in the S&P 500 has one of the Big 3 as that company's biggest shareholder. What starts to happen is the Big 3 and their "affiliates" create things like ESG and DEI scores. ESG stands for Environmental, Social and Governance and it's a score they give to companies to "keep them in line." So is DEI, which stands for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Don't follow enough Far-Left "social" trends -- not promoting enough Trans agenda or LGBTQ agenda or Climate Change agenda (i.e. Bud Light, Target, etc.)? Then your score takes a huge hit! That really explains a lot, doesn't it? Because I can't tell you how many conversations I've been in with people who say: this stuff doesn't make any sense!  Why are these companies doing this?  Why would Bud Light TANK their company?  They know it's not going to play well to the people who buy their beer? THAT. DOESN'T. MAKE. SENSE! And you'd be right to say that, but only if you assume Bud Light is trying to please the people who buy its products. What if Bud Light had a higher master? What if Bud Light was more concerned with its ESG score? What if all the Executives at Bud Light knew that if their ESG score dropped too low, then their #1 Shareholder (the Big 3) would fire them and replace them with someone who would be "ESG Friendly"? What if you're pulling in a total comp package as a top exec in the $20 million range and your choice is to push the Far Left agenda and push LGBTQ or know that you'll be fired and replaced in a year by the Big 3? What do you do? NOW what decision would you make? Now is it suddenly making a lot more sense? And there you have it. Now I think you get it. Now suddenly every single corporation turning their logo to the Rainbow Flag in June suddenly makes a lot of sense. Podcast host and former NFL player Jason Kelce was harassed during his visit to Pennsylvania State University by a heckler who called his brother Travis Kelce a “f****t,” and in response, Kelce smashed the person’s phone before the heckler shoved him to the ground. In the video that surfaced on Saturday on X, the retired Philadelphia Eagles star is attempting to go to the Ohio State-Penn State college football game when he is surrounded outside Penn State’s Beaver stadium. One of the people who was walking very close to him was a male college student pointing his phone-camera in Kelce’s face and harassing him. In the clip, we can hear the person say to Kelce, whose brother is dating Taylor Swift, “Kelce, how does it feel that your brother is a f****t for dating Taylor Swift?” A second video shows a close-up shot of Jason seeing the heckler holding the phone in his face while making the attack on his brother. In response, Kelce grabs the phone and throws it to the ground. He then bends down to pick it up and walks away. In a third clip, we see Kelce bend down to pick up the dropped phone again, when the heckler puts his hand on him and shoves the former NFL player to the ground. Travis’ brother then stands up and replies to the heckler, “Who’s the f****t now?” before he walked off to the game. Liberal comedian Bill Maher warned Democrats this week that President Joe Biden’s insult calling millions of supporters of former President Donald Trump “garbage” could be damaging come Election Day next week. The move comes after Biden declared Trump supporters “garbage” during a campaign call Tuesday night with a Latino voter outreach group. “Donald Trump has no character. He doesn’t give a damn about the Latino community,” Biden claimed. “Just the other day, a speaker at his rally called Puerto Rico a floating island of garbage,” Biden continued, referencing remarks that were made at Trump’s rally at Madison Square Garden in New York City by an insult comedian. “The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters,” Biden said. “His demonization of Latinos is unconscionable, and it’s un-American. The Associated Press reported that the alteration of official government records drew objections from the federal workers who document all of the president’s remarks for historical reference. Official White House stenographers recorded Biden stating: “The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters — his — his demonization of Latinos is unconscionable, and it’s un-American.” However, Biden-Harris officials altered the quote by adding an apostrophe, changing it to “supporter’s” instead of “supporters.” The change was made only after the White House press team “conferred with the president,” according to an email obtained by the publication. Federal officials pushed back, noting that the interference by the White House was “a breach of protocol and spoilation of transcript integrity between the Stenography and Press Offices.” “If there is a difference in interpretation, the Press Office may choose to withhold the transcript but cannot edit it independently,” the supervisor wrote. “Our Stenography Office transcript — released to our distro, which includes the National Archives — is now different than the version edited and released to the public by Press Office staff.” The supervisor, who is a career White House employee, said that urgency of a transcript’s release was not their concern and that what mattered was that it was authentic and legitimate. The edit came as the administration tried to contain the fallout from Biden’s remarks during the final days of the presidential race. House Republican Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY) and House Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-KY) on Wednesday accused White House staff of “releasing a false transcript” of Biden’s remarks, and said that they were considering opening an investigation into the matter. “Unsurprising too were the White House’s actions after he said them,” they said in a joint statement. “Instead of apologizing or clarifying President Biden’s words, the White House instead sought to change them (despite them being recorded on video) by releasing a false transcript of his remarks.” “The move is not only craven, but it also appears to be in violation of federal law, including the Presidential Records Act of 1978,” they added. “White House staff cannot rewrite the words of the President of the United States to be more politically on message. This truck is in honor of Kamala and Joe Biden,” Trump joked to the cameras, immediately catching media attention and intensifying the debate around Biden’s comments. However, the mainstream media has been doing everything it can to mitigate the disaster Biden created, literally rewriting history by adding in words and context that were not there. Hendersonville, North Carolina — The devastation of Hurricane Helene has not dampened the spirits — or suppressed early voting turnout — in storm-ravaged western North Carolina.“It’s a phenomenal turnout, but you’re actually seeing quite a bit fewer today because we’ve opened up three additional locations around the county,” said Brett Calloway, chairman of the Henderson County Republican Party.“So we were setting records, still setting records, every day on turnout, but now it's spread over four locations instead of just the one,” Calloway told Blaze News at a polling station. “That happened late last week. So we’re very motivated,” he said. “We’re fed up with what we’ve seen in the administration, and their response here to the storm has just put fuel on the fire.”‘Tremendous’ devastationCalloway said the storm damage still makes travel inconvenient, but it does not stop the voters from coming out.“The devastation was tremendous. Still, coming in here, I had to go alternate routes to get around bridges that were out," he said. “And there are a lot of trees still down. Most of the county is now able to get where they need to go, but it's not as convenient as it had been. “So that's been a real challenge, but what I will tell you is those areas that were most affected have not seen a drop off on their turnout. And so that one for me is a really big one.” Riley said her position on abortion is in the minority at school and among her peers.“There’s not many people who believe what I believe. Most people are pro-choice — or pro-abortion, as I call it,” Riley said. “That baby, even from day one, has the rights of [an] American citizen, and one of those rights is the right to live.“I think that they’re just, it’s like a nonverbal person. They still have rights, even though they can’t speak. They’re in the womb, and I need to speak up for them because they can’t speak up for themselves yet.”A Democrat poll-greeter at the Hendersonville polling station said she has noticed strong support for Trump among Hispanics and younger voters.“Well, I’ve previously volunteered in Buncombe County, and I’m kind of just discouraged to see in Henderson County the number of Latinos and young people that are voting for the Republicans,” Michelle Persons told Blaze News. “And I can tell that by which voter guide they accept and which one they don’t accept. She said dealing with the Federal Emergency Management Agency has been frustrating.“So it’s been kind of disappointing. I mean, I don’t want to believe it because I'm a Democrat, and I don't want to believe that you can't depend on FEMA, because I know there’s people getting help, and I know I probably will eventually get help, but the process has been cumbersome and it makes you want to give up.”Carolyn Stewart, vice chairwoman of Moms for Liberty in Buncombe County, said Trump’s Oct. 22 visit to Swannanoa was a morale boost for the region. Her husband, Mike Stewart, was among those who met with Trump during his visit.“When he hugged him, he felt his heartbeat,” she said. “That's what he told me. And he said it was beating for all of us, for America, not just for western North Carolina.”Stewart, who was volunteering at a polling location in Black Mountain, said she has seen communities come together and residents help make sure each other can get out to vote. Yes, I've seen that.”Roxanne Wetzel, former McDowell County GOP chairwoman and one of the Electoral College voters for the 11th Congressional District of North Carolina, said there has been record early voting turnout.“We’ve been pushing that very strongly,” she said. “We will see it in the tale of the tape. [For] recovery for western North Carolina, [it's] imperative that we elect our conservative slate of candidates.”Wetzel said voters have taken notice of who came to help after the storms.“The citizens of western North Carolina know who came to help. It wasn’t our current administration in the governor’s mansion in North Carolina. It was our lieutenant governor who’s running for governor [Mark Robinson]. It was the citizens. Mountain people helping mountain people. They saw who came to help.”The North Carolina legislature voted to open a second voting location in McDowell County with almost total bipartisan support, she said.“Only two Democrats in the house voted against it,” she said. “Otherwise, it was unanimous in the House and Senate to mandate that we open up our second voting location in the most hardest hit area of McDowell County for the hurricane so that they have access to voting.”Like Blaze News?
