That’s the situation one woman in the UK found herself in years ago… until she finally stumbled upon the exact rental property she needed. Anna, a property investor, found that one of her rentals was particularly popular. According to a post she made online, over 100 people showed interest in home. In the end, however, she says she went with the one who “nobody would rent to,” noting that this woman was “also on benefits.” But soon after she moved in, Anna noticed something unusual… TikTok The woman had a whole lineup of photos to hang on her wall… but they were on the floor instead. In fact, two years passed with no changes. Finally, when it came time for Anna to renew her lease for a third year, she did things a bit differently. Instead of a one year lease, she offered a three year lease, backing up her reassurance legally. TikTok This is exactly what the woman needed. During her next visit, Anna saw the photos on the walls. Best of all, this happened years ago.
