Harris Plans a Path to Mass Citizenship for All Illegal Migrants

Kamala Harris has every intention of keeping the border open and giving all these anonymous people a pathway to citizenship. Kiss your country goodbye. If you don’t care about yourself, care about the country you are leaving your children. HOST: Democrats aren’t talking about a “pathway to citizenship” (MASS AMNESTY) anymore. KAMALA: “I am! Biden-Harris DOJ Threatens Elon Musk With Criminal Prosecution For Petition Signup Giveaway

The Biden-Harris administration threatened X owner Elon Musk with criminal prosecution for helping to drive voter turnout in the upcoming election by offering $1 million rewards to registered voters who sign a petition to support the U.S. Constitution. Musk’s America PAC states that one winner is being chosen daily in one of the seven swing states if they sign the PAC’s petition pledging their support for the First and Second Amendments. In order to be eligible for the prize, those who sign up have to prove that they are registered to vote in one of those states. The New York Times reported that the letter from the Biden-Harris Department of Justice warned that the giveaway “might violate federal laws against paying voters.” The report said that the letter is intended to threaten “a criminal investigation” if Musk does not stop, even though it’s not clear if the petition even violates the law. The letter comes after a group of outcast anti-Trump Republicans sent a letter to the Biden-Harris DOJ this week demanding that they stop Musk’s efforts. The move from the Biden-Harris administration comes after they have demonized Republican election integrity laws across the country by falsely claiming that they are Jim Crow‑era laws designed to suppress the vote. MATT WALSH’S ‘AM I RACIST?’ COMING TO DAILYWIRE+ OCT. 28 Earlier this month, the Biden-Harris administration filed a lawsuit to stop the state of Virginia from removing non-citizens from the voter rolls before the election, even though the effort was in compliance with a law that was signed by Democrats. “I think it straddles the line, and it’s a little unclear whether it goes over the line or not,” John Fortier, a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute who specializes in election administration, told NBC News of the Musk giveaway. Nate Persily, a professor at Stanford Law School, told the network that there really has never been a case like this before, thus “we’re in new legal territory here.” “The relevant legal question is whether this is payment to induce people to register. If it is, then it violates the law,” he said. “If it’s payment to induce people to sign a petition, then it’s not a problem.” Michael Morse, an assistant professor of law at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, told NBC News that he would be surprised if the Biden-Harris DOJ tried to stop Musk before the election because they should have more pressing matters before the election. He said that he viewed this as an effort “to build up an email list for contacts, for campaigning, for mobilization.”

JD Vance: Don’t Trust The Polls

JD Vance: Don’t Trust The Polls

Sen. JD Vance (R-OH), the 2024 Republican vice presidential nominee, discouraged people from trusting the polls — even when they favor his cause — and suggested betting markets have been a better gauge. Less than two weeks out from Election Day, Vice President Kamala Harris has a slight edge in national polls and a small disadvantage in battleground state polls, while many betting markets show former President Donald Trump and Vance with more than a 10-point advantage. Vance recently sat down for an interview with podcaster Theo Von, who explained his view that people betting money is a “good tracker in a capitalistic society” and pressed the VP candidate on his faith in the polls, noting how they have missed dating back to 2016. “You shouldn’t trust polls, whether they’re good for us or bad for us,” Vance said. “And here’s the reason you shouldn’t trust polls: … About 10 years ago, every 10th person you called to do a poll would answer. Now it’s about 1-in-30 people, okay?” he said. Vance said “another important thing” concerns how Democrats, “especially if you’re a higher-education-level Democrat,” are far more willing to answer pollster questions whereas “if you’re like my family, if somebody called them — a stranger — and said, ‘Who are you going to vote for?,’ they would say, ‘F you,’ and hang up the phone.” MATT WALSH’S ‘AM I RACIST?’ COMING TO DAILYWIRE+ OCT. 28 Although pollsters weigh their results to try and account for underrepresented groups, Vance emphasized that he believes it is “very hard to get an accurate sample to give you any sense of what is going on” with Harris supporters being more responsive to pollsters than Trump backers. Vance explained that he witnessed how the polls could be off-target during the U.S. Senate race he won in 2022. “There were all these public polls that said … the race was tied or maybe we’d even lose by a few points and the pollster that I had who just polled for my campaign — he’s actually Trump’s pollster, too, and very smart guy — and he said, ‘Look, the reason these polls are wrong is because they’re not reaching voters who don’t like to answer polls and those voters are going heavily for you.’ So I said, ‘Okay, well how much are we going to win by?’ And he said, ‘You’re going to win by 6 points.’ And we won by 7 points, right? So he was much more accurate than the public pollers,” Vance said. Vance posited that public polls that get published in a newspaper article might cost between $10,000 and $20,000, when it would really require between $60,000 and $70,000 to get an accurate sample with “thousands and thousands” of people being called for the survey. Referring to a betting market chart that Von had displayed, one from Kalshi that showed Trump with a 57%-43% lead over Harris in the 2024 presidential election, Vance said, “Honestly, yeah, I think that chart’s about right. I think that we’ve probably got about a 60% chance of winning.” In summing up his view, Vance said “don’t buy” the polls, even if they are showing a win for him and Trump because it might dissuade people from voting and something might happen after which Harris supporters may not want to answer pollster questions. “So you just can’t trust this stuff,” Vance said. “You’ve got to assume that you just got to work your ass off. That’s what we’re trying to do. You know, President Trump and I are doing multiple events a day at this point, and if you want — in my view — if you want to secure the border, have common sense economic policy, then Donald Trump is your man.”

911 Calls Released From Trump Butler Assassination Attempt

The 911 calls were finally released from the first assassination attempt of former President Donald Trump at his rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13. In the first audio clips given to NBC News and other news outlets — which had threatened to sue the county to get the public records — callers explained that the president had been shot after a gunman opened fire, hitting him in the ear, killing one Trump supporter, and injuring two others at the rally. The 15 recordings came in between 6:12 p.m. and 6:47 p.m., with the first caller, a woman, exclaiming, “Gunshots at the Trump rally. Gunshots-” “Yep,” the emergency dispatcher replied. “The police are on the way there.” “Better get over here quick!” she added. Another person said, “We’re at the Trump assembly and there’s a guy shooting. He’s been shooting up the place.” MATT WALSH’S ‘AM I RACIST?’ COMING TO DAILYWIRE+ OCT. 28 Butler County releases 911 calls from shooting at July Trump rally https://t.co/3Dh2Ul3VLB — WPXI (@WPXI) October 23, 2024 A series of other calls to the emergency center came in with screaming in the background, WPXI reported. “The Butler Fair is getting shot up,” one person told the 911 operator. Another said, “We’re at the Butler Farm Show Grounds. We need assistance now!” While another caller told an emergency dispatcher, “They just tried to kill President Trump. You might want to make a note of that. Thank you.” 20-year-old shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks opened fire, hitting Trump in the side of the head, killing rally-goer Corey Comperatore, and injuring two others, Jim Copenhaver and David Dutch. A Secret Service sniper shot and killed Crooks while other personnel rushed to protect Trump and escort him off the stage. Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle resigned after the shooting, one day after testifying before the House as she faced backlash over the security failure underlying the Trump rally shooting. Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas then announced that Ronald Rowe, the Secret Service’s deputy director, would become acting director. Rowe said it was clear to him that “other protective enhancements could have strengthened our security” at the rally and listed some directives he made, as previously reported. The acting director said he ordered the “expanded” use of drones to detect elevated threats and directed resources to “facilitate” communications, particularly with state and local partners. Rowe said he directed protective detail requests to be approved “expeditiously” and ordered the “maximum use” of requested personnel at protective sites to address “this heightened security environment.” Daniel Chaitin contributed to this piece. Build a basic 2-person, 72-hour emergency kit for $115

Build a basic 2-person, 72-hour emergency kit for $115

When I recommend that people put together some emergency kits, no matter where they live, I often get replies like “Uhhhh, actually, some people are poor and can’t afford to be prepared.” So I decided to go out and prove them wrong. For $115 (minus the price of the rucksack, as you can use literally any bag without having to break the bank), I put together a very basic 72-hour emergency kit for two people. This price does not include the plain household items you should have, like a change of clothes, extra socks, copies of all important documents, some basic toiletries, and a few other items. Also, some of these picks are not “best in class,” given the strict budget. I’ll break down the choices below. First up: Some basic survival items 2 emergency blankets Pack of 2 lighters — if for some reason those aren’t adequate, a pack of stormproof lighters. BiC lighters are some of the most useful yet forgotten survival items. 2 emergency ponchos Basic fixed-blade knife Kruschiki Supply Company Now for the crucial matter of hydration 3 liters of water: This is certainly not enough water for two people over three days, which is why we've also included a Water filter: This filter is what they had at Walmart. There are certainly better options, but you’ll have to spend more money on them. While filters like these do work, I find them extremely inconvenient. I would have preferred tablets or a solution, but in the absence of those, this will have to do. You also have the option to boil water, using your matches or lighter and the metal mess kit. I would recommend the bottled water be used as a last resort. Liquid IV electrolyte mixes are crucial to fending off dehydration. Kruschiki Supply Company And food Water may be more important, but food is still critical. These may not be the most palatable choices, but, again, we’re going for as cheap as possible. We chose these specifically because you can cycle them into your regular food use before they expire, so you can always keep them up to date. You can definitely add more food to your kit, but keep in mind that we’re on a budget here. 6 cans of knock-off Spam 3 packs of ready-made rice Surplus mess kit for heating food, boiling water, etc. We are selling these specific Polish models for $14.99. Kruschiki Supply Company Last but not least, some basic first aid supplies Kruschiki Supply Company Again, there are better options, but this is fairly decent for an extreme budget: BleedStop and a basic first aid kit. All in all, this is definitely a good start. No one says you have to buy it all at once, but this is obtainable very quickly for even those on the strictest of budgets. If you’re interested in a medium ALICE rucksack, we currently have them in stock for only $49.99. This is a great ruck for a great price, but once again, an old backpack or duffel will do the job as well. A backpack with everything I've listed above certainly isn't the be-all, end-all of emergency kits; then again, it''s only meant to tide you over for the first 72 hours until help arrives. Don't hesitate to adapt this for your specific environment and circumstances, as nobody knows your situation better than you. And remember: There is no excuse for not being prepared.

FEMA favors migrants over hurricane victims, and that’s a fact

FEMA favors migrants over hurricane victims, and that’s a fact

Hurricane Helene wreaked havoc on communities in Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas in September. Since then, the pain and suffering of this natural disaster have been multiplied by the Biden-Harris administration’s lackluster response. To date, however, the Federal Emergency Management Agency has failed to take responsibility for its failure. The agency needs a fact-check. And the American people deserve one.The simple truth is that FEMA’s spending reflects its DEI agenda. For example, FEMA denies rumors that it distributes aid based on demographic characteristics. But FEMA’s own website says otherwise. The agency considers factors such as race, ethnicity, and English proficiency when granting aid. This reflects the Biden-Harris administration’s insistence since the very first day of the administration that “equity” would be its guiding principle. This has been especially detrimental in North Carolina, where FEMA’s DEI-based formulas factor racial and minority status into “social susceptibility,” a main component of the National Risk Index score. This score helps FEMA determine which areas to prioritize for aid, and it could put predominantly white areas at a significant disadvantage.Consider places like Buncombe County. Hurricane Helene killed at least 57 people there, the largest death toll of any single county that we know of so far. But because Buncombe County has a nearly 90% white population, it has a “relatively low” NRI score, which could help explain why the agency’s aid hasn’t arrived in a timely manner.FEMA also claims it has not allocated any money to illegal aliens over American citizens. FEMA’s “fact-check” page states: “Disaster Relief Fund money has not been diverted to other, non-disaster related efforts.”But this claim is a dodge at best. It does not address the main concern: that this administration has granted over $1 billion to organizations that provide illegal aliens with transportation and housing services, instead of using that money for disaster relief. FEMA’s effort to sidestep the truth by citing a technicality — the fact that disaster relief and illegal alien services grants are separate funds — is shameful. Americans deserve better. The simple truth is that FEMA’s spending reflects its DEI agenda. FEMA spent $1 billion on illegal alien services instead of disaster relief resources that could have mitigated the deadly impact of recent hurricanes. In 2023, Joe Biden signed the Consolidated Appropriations Act, which allocated $350 million for humanitarian aid through FEMA’s Emergency Food and Shelter Program-Humanitarian. The administration then diverted resources and authority from agencies responsible for combatting illegal immigration, including U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The DHS Appropriations Act of 2023 directed CBP to transfer $800 million of its fiscal year 2023 funds to finance FEMA’s EFSP-H program, which was rebranded as the Shelter Services Program. In fiscal year 2024, FEMA’s SSP used $650 million to support the transportation and housing of illegal aliens within the country through non-governmental organizations.Where is the money actually going? The ESFP-H/SSP distributes funds to organizations assisting illegal aliens encountered by the Border Patrol, covering expenses such as hotel lodging for aliens. The Biden-Harris administration specifically requested congressional funding for the ESFP-H program, despite previous administrations supporting its dissolution or recommending that budget authority be transferred from FEMA to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The DHS Appropriations Act of 2023 directed CBP to transfer $800 million of its fiscal year 2023 funds to finance FEMA’s EFSP-H Program as it transitioned into the new Shelter Services Program. In fiscal year 2024, FEMA’s SSP had $650 million to fund the transportation and housing of illegal aliens within the country through nonprofit organizations. While illegal aliens profit from this system, Americans are suffering, and not just from recent hurricanes. For example, this administration allocated more FEMA funds to illegal aliens than to recovery efforts in Maui after last year’s wildfire disaster. The White House bragged about sending $330 million in federal grants and disaster loans to Maui to help the island recover from a series of devastating wildfires. However, those fires killed at least 100 people and caused an estimated $14 to $16 billion in damages, according to AccuWeather. In contrast, President Biden and Kamala Harris allocated more than $1 billion to illegal aliens in fiscal years 2023-2024 alone, revealing the administration’s priorities. At every turn, Biden and Harris have used FEMA to facilitate mass illegal migration rather than preparing the agency to fulfill its intended mission of disaster response.None of this should come as a surprise. FEMA’s strategic plan reflects the DEI agenda that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have made a core pillar of their administration. The agency’s top goal, “Equity as a Foundation of Emergency Management,” has benefited illegal aliens entering our country more than American citizens suffering from historic natural disasters.
