One hobby farmer wanted to know just how much his geese care about him, so he decided that he would pretend to faint right in front of them. He had no idea they would react so strongly! This man’s wife caught the most hilarious footage of him pranking the poor birds. Your heart will melt when you see how upset they got! In the clip, the farmer was walking outdoors when he collapsed to the ground in a pretend faint. His geese, who were right behind him at the time, immediately began to honk for help! The distressed birds crowded around the prostrate man, trying to figure out what was wrong while making as much noise as possible. It’s a good thing this man wasn’t actually sick or hurt. Judging by their reaction to the prank, these birds would have been absolutely heartbroken! “My husband pretended to faint to see if his geese would notice,” wrote the farmer’s wife in her social media caption. “Needless to say they thought their world just ended.” Although these geese are undoubtedly loyal, they may not be the brightest birds in the pond. Shortly after tricking them, their owner decided to try again. When he pretended to faint for the second time, their reaction was pretty much the same. They quickly rushed to his side, squawking with concern. “They fall for it every time,” the man’s wife said. “This is immediately after the first video I posted of my husband pretending to faint to see how his geese would react. They definitely love him.” If this man ever doubted how much his animals truly care about him, he knows the truth now! However, maybe he should lay off the pretend fainting for a while.
