Disney Moment: Man Makes Incredible Feathered Friends While Hiking

Steve Yalo lives what, to many of us, would be a dream existence. He travels the country in a converted school bus making and sharing videos. Living the “van life” was something he had dreamt about for a long time. Now that it is a reality for him, he has daily adventures. However, nothing prepared him for his recent experience with birds while hiking. @steveyalo Pure genuine excitment #hiking #birds #hikingadventures #traveltok #pnw #birdlovers #animalencounters #animalenthusiast #adventure ♬ original sound – steveyalo Steve stood atop Mount Storm King at Olympic National Park, arms outstretched, absorbing the magnificence. There was a commotion in the air behind him. A large bird and a tiny songbird flew off a nearby tree. It looked like an aerial pursuit straight out of a nature documentary. Suddenly, the songbird perched on Steve’s outstretched hand like it was returning to its home. The larger bird flew off unsatisfied as Steve stood transfixed by his new friend. Image from Instagram. When Steve posted this amazing encounter on Instagram, one commenter said, “Congratulations on becoming the newest Disney princess!” Just seconds before the songbird landed, he said, “Hello, do you wanna be friends with me?” to the camera. Steve could barely contain his screams of joy when the tiny bird landed. This is truly the stuff dreams are made of! How many people experience birds landing on their outstretched arms while hiking? We’re guessing not too many! Steve Yalo has earned some bragging rights for this video. If you’d like to see more of Steve’s incredible adventures, check him out on Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok. Steve made an introductory video to explain why he is living the van life. His excitement is infectious. He discusses his decision to travel the world, his shift to wanting to explore the US, and how he got his van. You can find the source of this story’s featured image here. Instead of attempting to shield it from a civil suit, the DOJ should support holding the UNRWA accountable for its role in the 10/7 massacre.
