Pinball is a hobby that spans generations; one that can bring individuals from all walks of life together. I recently rediscovered this when I innocently walked into the Frank Murray Community Center looking for a backgammon partner. Instead, I met Kelly Kaye, one of the center’s recreation leaders. She introduced me to her father, Keith Girardeau, with whom I played a few disappointing games of backgammon. When this driver backed into a stranger’s car, he felt absolutely awful about it. So, he decided to leave his contact information on a piece of paper. He had no idea that his conscientious note would lead to such a wholesome text exchange! Katie, the car’s owner, was incredibly understanding about the accident. These two ended up having a lovely conversation, which the man shared in a heartwarming post on Reddit. First, Katie reached out to let Dan, the driver, know that there was nothing wrong with her car, so he shouldn’t worry about it.
