Meet the Spyware Companies Preparing to Unleash Their Tech During Trump’s 2nd Term

by Derrick Broze, Activist Post: A small but growing number of private companies selling digital tools to hack smartphones and messaging apps, like WhatsApp and Signal, are likely to benefit financially from the incoming Trump administration. In late September, the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement signed a $2 million one-year contract with controversial Israeli spyware […]

BREAKING: Joe Biden Pardons Hunter Biden!

This is a breaking news alert… Joe Biden appears to have changed his mind. Despite previously ruling out the possibility of pardoning his son, Joe Biden just issued a presidential pardon for Hunter. Take a look: #BREAKING: Joe Biden has officially pardoned his son Hunter Biden This comes after Biden and the White House lied COUNTLESS times saying Joe would not pardon his son. EVERYTHING THIS ADMINISTRATION DOES IS A LIE! pic.twitter.com/Be5GI3WyKq — Nick Sortor (@nicksortor) December 2, 2024 Here is the statement released by Joe Biden trying to explain it away: FULL TRANSCRIPT: Today, I signed a pardon for my son Hunter. From the day I took office, I said I| would not interfere with the Justice Department’s decision-making, and I kept my word even as I have watched my son being selectively, and unfairly; prosecuted. Without aggravating factors like use in a crime, multiple purchases, or buying a weapon as a straw purchaser, people are almost never brought to trial on felony charges solely for how they filled out a gun form. Those who were late paying their taxes because of serious addictions, but paid them back subsequently with interest and penalties, are typically given non-criminal resolutions. It is clear that Hunter was treated differently. The charges in his cases came about only after several of my political opponents in Congress instigated them to attack me and oppose my election. Then, a carefully negotiated plea deal, agreed to by the Department of Justice. unraveled in the court room – with a number of my political opponents in Congress taking credit for bringing political pressure on the process. Had the plea deal held, it would have been a fair, reasonable resolution of Hunter’s Cases- No reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter’s cases can reach any other conclusion than Hunter was singled out only because he is my son – and that is wrong. There has been an effort to break Hunter – who has been five and a half years sober, even in the face of unrelenting attacks and selective prosecution. In trying to break Hunter, they’ve tried to break me – and there’s no reason to believe it will stop here. Enough is enough. For my entire career I have followed a simple principle: just tell the American people the truth. They’ll be fair-minded. Here’s the truth: I believe in the justice system, but as I have wrestled with this, I also believe raw politics has infected this process and it led to a miscarriage of justice – and once I made this decision this weekend, there was no sense in delaying it further. I hope Americans will understand why a father and a President would come to this decision. Earlier today, Joe Biden told NBC News that he would be issuing a pardon for Hunter: BREAKING: Joe Biden WILL pardon his son Hunter, NBC confirms, despite previously RULING OUT a pardon. pic.twitter.com/My0baMElZY — End Wokeness (@EndWokeness) December 2, 2024 MTG said what we’re all thinking right now: Hunter Biden broke gun laws, he broke the FARA Act, and worst of all, he broke the Mann Act by sex trafficking women across the country. This pardon is Joe Biden’s admission that Hunter is a criminal. Biden tried to throw President Trump’s sons in jail, but he lets his son off… pic.twitter.com/QoV3lqfMFe — Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (@RepMTG) December 2, 2024 NBC News confirmed: Joe Biden pardoned his son Hunter Sunday night, a reversal for the president, who repeatedly said he would not use his executive authority to pardon his son or commute his sentence. “I believe in the justice system, but as I have wrestled with this, I also believe raw politics has infected this process and it led to a miscarriage of justice — and once I made this decision this weekend, there was no sense in delaying it further. I hope Americans will understand why a father and a President would come to this decision,” Biden said in a statement issuing a “full and unconditional pardon.” Hunter Biden is scheduled to be sentenced on Dec. 12 for his conviction on federal gun charges. He also is set to be sentenced on Dec. 16 in a separate criminal case in which he pleaded guilty to federal tax evasion charges in September. A senior White House official told NBC News, which was the first to report on the pardon decision, that the president decided over the weekend to grant his son a pardon and began to inform his senior aides Sunday. The president also spoke about his son’s struggles with addiction in his statement Sunday night, saying that his political opponents were trying to “break” him by going after Hunter. “No reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter’s cases can reach any other conclusion than Hunter was singled out only because he is my son — and that is wrong,” Biden said in his statement. “There has been an effort to break Hunter — who has been five and a half years sober, even in the face of unrelenting attacks and selective prosecution. In trying to break Hunter, they’ve tried to break me — and there’s no reason to believe it will stop here. Enough is enough.” Remember this? Remember all the times they assured us over and over that he would NOT pardon Hunter Biden? All lies. Let’s take a walk down Memory Lane with this supercut: SUPERCUT: White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has repeatedly said Joe Biden would not pardon his son, Hunter. pic.twitter.com/4g2HbuOzVG — Benny Johnson (@bennyjohnson) December 2, 2024 I guess that’s all out the window now! Here is the actual Pardon as posted to WhiteHouse.gov: FULL TRANSCRIPT: Executive Grant of Clemency Joseph R. Biden, Jr. President of the United States of America To All to Whom These Presents Shall Come, Greeting: Be It Known, That This Day, I, Joseph R. Biden, Jr., President of the United States, Pursuant to My Powers Under Article II, Section 2, Clause 1, of the Constitution, Have Granted Unto ROBERT HUNTER BIDEN A Full and Unconditional Pardon For those offenses against the United States which he has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024, including but not limited to all offenses charged or prosecuted (including any that have resulted in convictions) by Special Counsel David C. Weiss in Docket No. 1:23-cr-00061-MN in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and Docket No. 2:23-CR-00599-MCS-1 in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto signed my name and caused the Pardon to be recorded with the Department of Justice. Done at the City of Washington this 1st day of December in the year of our Lord Two Thousand and Twenty-four and of the Independence of the United States the Two Hundred and Forty-ninth. I thought this video raises a great question…. Many people assumed IF Joe Biden did this, that he would also pardon President Trump just to “even the scales” and try to restore faith and confidence in the justice system in our Country. Very interesting he has not done that, yet. Will he? I doubt it. Watch here: FULL TRANSCRIPT: It’s official—Hunter Biden has been pardoned by Joe Biden, just a couple of months before Donald Trump is expected to take office in seven weeks. Remember, Hunter Biden was found guilty of gun-related charges and pled guilty to tax-related charges. He was expected to receive his punishment over the next few weeks. Joe Biden had previously told us that he would not pardon his son, Hunter—that instead, he would let the justice system work the way it was expected to work. Now, this pardoning comes before any kind of imposition of punishment, so there shouldn’t have to be a commutation because there is no sentence yet. Since the pardon happened before sentencing, it’s interesting because a lot of people had suggested that if Joe Biden were to pardon Hunter Biden, he should also pardon Donald Trump—just to sort of normalize relations, perhaps a bit. Obviously, that theoretically could still happen, but it has not. Right now, this is only about the Hunter Biden pardon. Again, it was expected not to occur, and now it comes just the day before Cyber Monday. It comes on a Sunday night, and there’s not actually a lot of news right now. So it’s surprising they didn’t wait for a busier news time. Usually, they wait for more of a busy news cycle—like, I don’t know, Israel strikes or something—that way they can kind of bury the news. But there’s not a lot of news going on right now, so they’re just letting the world know: it’s over. This is a stunning move. Now, keep in mind, tomorrow is Cyber Monday, which means there is a coupon price change. I’m going back to the hotel, and I’m going to change that pricing. I’ve got a few more hours here, and then, once I’m done here doing some groundwork, we are moving to change those prices. So check that out over at meetkevin.com if you want to be part of that Trumponomics course. Remember what you’re getting in that Trumponomics course and the Trumponomics group. You’re getting Trump-style real estate insights, branding insights, marketing insights. You’re getting stock, crypto, and options alerts. You’re getting everything that’s going to align you for 2025 current policy expectations. But also, when policy comes out, we’ll be going through the actual policy and updating the program. The Trumponomics course comes out on the 17th. I’m going to work on getting every course member live stream access before that, but it’ll probably take me about a week to get that out. Anyway, with that said, this is a surprise move. I wanted to provide that update right away. It is going to lead to reactions from Donald Trump for Joe Biden flip-flopping. It is going to lead to criticisms of Joe Biden, but frankly, at this point: A. It shouldn’t really be a surprise, even though it’s a surprise. B. This is all just going to get swept under the rug. Without a pardon of Trump, I do think there’s a chance that it’s actually going to increase tensions between Democrats and Republicans. This is exactly the sort of concern Republicans have had during the election campaign—that there’s sort of been a two-tier justice system where the justice system can be weaponized against your enemies but then used to defend your allies. This is adding fuel to that fire, and that’s why, again, a lot of people were calling for a balanced move by responding with a pardon to Trump. Maybe that will still come, but given that they didn’t announce it at the same time, I don’t know. So, let’s see what happens. Anyway, thanks for watching. Good day.

BREAKING: Joe Biden Signs Pardon For Hunter Biden

Joe Biden signed a pardon for his son, Hunter Biden, who was convicted on federal gun charges. Biden previously said he would not grant his son a pardon. I hope Americans will understand why a father and a President would come to this decision,” the statement concluded. “The pardon applies to offenses against the U.S. that Hunter Biden ‘has committed or may have committed’ from Jan. 1, 2014 to Dec. 1, 2024,” Fox News noted. Read the full statement: If I were Biden, I'd pardon my son, too. I mean, come on. He has the power to keep his own son out of jail. Of course he's going to do it. 100% guilty, obviously. pic.twitter.com/8wAUGVjPP3 — Max (@MaxNordau) December 2, 2024 A closer look: ABC News reports: Over the summer, a jury found the younger Biden guilty on three felony counts related to his purchase and possession of a firearm while addicted to drugs. And in September, Hunter Biden agreed to plead guilty to nine tax-related charges, including three felonies, on the eve of what was expected to be a lengthy and grueling trial. For the tax charges, Hunter Biden faced up to 17 years in federal prison and $1.35 million in fines. His gun-related conviction carried a potential of up to 25 years in prison. Hunter Biden was scheduled to face sentencing for both cases in the coming weeks – on Dec. 12 on the gun-related charges in Delaware, and Dec. 16 on the tax charges in California. Biden just pardoned his son Hunter. But not Ross Ulbricht. Or Julian Assange. Or anyone that actually deserves it. Nor did he pardon any of the countless Americans convicted of crimes for doing the same things Hunter did. This pardon is Joe Biden’s admission that Hunter is a criminal. Biden tried to throw President Trump’s sons in jail, but he lets his son off free even though he’s a convict,” Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) commented. “His FBI and DOJ raided Barron’s bedroom and Melania’s closet at Mar-a-Lago. Joe Biden is a liar and a hypocrite, all the way to the end,” she added. Hunter Biden broke gun laws, he broke the FARA Act, and worst of all, he broke the Mann Act by sex trafficking women across the country. This pardon is Joe Biden’s admission that Hunter is a criminal. Biden tried to throw President Trump’s sons in jail, but he lets his son off… pic.twitter.com/QoV3lqfMFe — Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (@RepMTG) December 2, 2024 Per Fox News: Hunter Biden, 54, has had a busy year in court, kicking off his first trial in Delaware in June, when he faced three felony firearm offenses, before he pleaded guilty in a separate felony tax case in September. President Biden pardoning his son is a departure from his previous remarks to the media over the summer, declaring he would not pardon the first son. “Yes,” President Biden told ABC News when asked if he would rule out pardoning Hunter ahead of his guilty verdict in the gun case. Days later, following a jury of Hunter’s peers finding him guilty of three felony firearm offenses, the president again said he would not pardon his son. “I am not going to do anything,” Biden said after Hunter was convicted. “I will abide by the jury’s decision.” In the gun case, Hunter was found guilty of making a false statement in the purchase of a gun, making a false statement related to information required to be kept by a federally licensed gun dealer, and possession of a gun by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance.

Ted Cruz: Kash Patel ‘A Very Strong Nominee’ For FBI Director

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) said during an interview over the weekend that President-elect Donald Trump’s nominee to serve as the next director of the FBI was a “strong nominee.” Cruz made the remarks during a Sunday CBS News interview on “Face The Nation” with guest host Major Garrett when asked about Patel replacing FBI Director Christopher Wray, who Trump appointed to a 10-year term during his first term in office. “I think Kash Patel is a very strong nominee,” Cruz said. “I think the entire slate of Cabinet nominees President Trump has put forward is very strong.” “I believe every one of these Cabinet nominees is going to be confirmed by the Senate,” he continued. “I think Kash Patel is going to be confirmed by the Senate.” Cruz then highlighted Patel’s background working in government, including his roles during the first Trump administration. “You look at his background, he has a serious professional background,” he said. “He was a prosecutor. He was a public defender. He was a senior intelligence staffer on Capitol Hill. He was a senior intelligence staffer in the White House. He was the chief of staff of the Department of Defense. He was the deputy director of national intelligence.” Cruz said that all of the “weeping and gnashing of teeth” and “people pulling their hair out” over his nomination proved that Patel was an excellent choice. “The FBI and the Department of Justice are two institutions incredibly important to the rule of law in the United States,” he added. “I revere both. And one of the most tragic consequences of four years of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris is, both the DOJ and the FBI have been politicized and weaponized, and I think Kash Patel is a very strong nominee to take on the partisan corruption in the FBI.” WATCH: Kash Patel, President-elect Trump’s pick to serve as FBI director, is “a very strong nominee” and will be confirmed by the Senate, says @SenTedCruz (R-TX). Democrat Senator Padilla: California Won’t Help ICE Deport Illegals

Sen. Alex Padilla (D-CA) said during an interview over the weekend that the state of California would not lift a finger to help the federal government remove dangerous illegal aliens from the streets of California. Padilla made the remark during a Sunday CBS News interview on “Face The Nation” with Major Garrett when asked about President-elect Donald Trump’s incoming border czar, Tom Homan, who has pledged to criminally prosecute those who do not cooperate with federal immigration officials. “No state government, not Texas, not California, not any state in the nation, has a constitutional authority to impose federal immigration law,” Padilla said. “That is the responsibility of the federal government. Some states like Texas want to push the envelope and try to find a way to assist, but there’s no obligation to do so.” He said that Democrat leaders in California were saying that “we’re not going to utilize state and local resources to do the federal government’s job for them.” “California is the most populous state in the nation, the most diverse state in the nation, home to more immigrants than any state in the nation,” he added. “And the last thing you want to do is have immigrants who are victims of crime afraid to come forward to report that crime. The last thing you want is immigrants who may be witnesses to crime to be afraid to come forward and share any information that they have in the investigation and prosecution of crimes.” CHECK OUT THE DAILY WIRE HOLIDAY GIFT GUIDE He said that there would not be conflict between federal and state officials “unless that’s what Trump wants” — even though Democrats have turned the entire state into a sanctuary jurisdiction. WATCH: Incoming Trump administration “border czar” Tom Homan has vowed any law enforcement that doesn’t cooperate with mass deportation efforts will be prosecuted under federal law. @SenAlexPadilla (D-CA) “there’s no obligation” for California state and local officials to assist.… pic.twitter.com/oxn04NSER5 — Face The Nation (@FaceTheNation) December 1, 2024
