VIDEO: All Tears, No Self-Reflection! | Woke of the Weak

Watching our Marxist overlords and their developmentally arrested followers lose their collective crap over the past week has been the cherry on top of a delicious pastry. Especially after the hell the left has put everyday Americans through for over nine years. You’d think they would use all the time they’ve spent broadcasting their emotional diarrhea over the re-election of Donald Trump to do some self reflection. But that’s a foreign concept to them! In this episode of “Woke of the Weak,” I poke fun at the droopy faces of our smug politicians, their nepo-babies, media pundits, professors, pop stars and 20-something year-olds who are kicking off Part II of the Trump Era with a new set of temper tantrums.

Google Stays in Fight, Still Burying Right-Leaning Media Post-Election

Google Stays in Fight, Still Burying Right-Leaning Media Post-Election

President-elect Donald Trump may have overcome Google’s election interference, but the search giant continues to rig presidential race search results.  The Media Research Center found that Google provided a desert of left and legacy media sources for conservatives to wander through in search of right-of-center presidential race coverage on Nov. 12—exactly one week after the election. MRC researchers once again utilized the media list provided by AllSides, which classifies publications based on their “right” to “left” bias, and searched for the terms “donald trump presidential race 2024” and “kamala harris” presidential race 2024.” The first U.S.-based right-of-center result for the Trump prompt did not appear until the sixth search result on page 11, a New York Post article. This means that users had to pass over around a hundred search results before The Post.  Google did not display a single article from a U.S.-based right-of-center outlet in the 24 pages of search results for the Harris prompt. The first right-of-center result appeared on page six in the form of a Fox News video.  Google’s decision to manipulate search results is extremely concerning in light of the “monopolist” search giant’s market dominance. Alphabet subsidiaries Google and YouTube account for upwards of 90 percent of daily internet searches, and Americans lean heavily on search engines for news. According to a November 2023 Pew Research survey, more and more Americans prefer using search engines to get their news, with 15 percent of adults preferring this method—up from 13 percent in 2022 and 11 percent in 2011.  Beyond hiding right-of-center articles where few users will go, Google also ensured that precious few such articles appeared in the search results at all. Only four U.S.-based right-leaning search results appeared in the first 20 pages of results for the Trump prompt.  This sort of election interference appeared repeatedly during the last month and a half of campaigning. An MRC Free Speech America study showed that Google required users to wade through a deluge of leftist news articles before getting to Trump’s campaign website. In response to that study, Trump, who will now become the 47th President of the United States, promised to prosecute Google for election interference.  “It has been determined that Google has illegally used a system of only revealing and displaying bad stories about Donald J. Trump, some made up for this purpose while, at the same time, only revealing good stories about Comrade Kamala Harris,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social account on Sept. 27, less than six weeks before winning the 2024 election. “This is an ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, and hopefully the Justice Department will criminally prosecute them for this blatant Interference of Elections. If not, and subject to the Laws of our Country, I will request their prosecution, at the maximum levels, when I win the Election, and become President of the United States!”  Furthermore, Google buried right-leaning media outlets in its search results on Oct. 1, Oct. 9, Oct. 15, Oct. 22, Oct. 30 and election day itself. The Trump prompt for Oct. 9 produced the most egregious results. The Oct. 9 study found that Google buried the first U.S.-based right-of-center result—a Fox News video—for the Trump prompt on page 23. Nowhere on any of the 26 pages of results did a U.S.-based right-of-center news article appear.  Methodology  For this report, MRC Free Speech America analyzed the Nov. 12 Google search results of the innocuous words “donald trump presidential race 2024” and “kamala harris presidential race 2024.” MRC Free Speech America used a private window utilizing the Brave privacy browser to analyze Google search results to limit the influence of prior search history and tracking cookies. MRC Free Speech America also utilized the AllSides media bias chart as a gauge to determine which outlets are “right” and “lean right.” AllSides notes it has a “patent on rating bias and use[s] multiple methodologies,” not a homogenous group or an algorithm. Allsides also notes that “Our methods are: Blind Bias Surveys of Americans, Editorial Reviews by a multipartisan team of panelists who look for common types of media bias, independent reviews, and third-party data.” Readers should be aware that this report only uses the AllSides list to analyze ratings of outlets considered by AllSides to be “right” and “lean right” and does not necessarily reflect MRC’s characterizations of these outlets. Big Tech- and Soros-Funded Institution Aims for More Censorship

Big Tech- and Soros-Funded Institution Aims for More Censorship

The Brookings Institution, an entity substantially funded by Big Tech and leftist billionaire George Soros, is whining for increased censorship in the wake of the 2024 election. On Nov. 7, Brookings senior fellow Darrell West asserted Republicans won the 2024 election due to insufficient censorship of so-called online disinformation. Disturbingly, Brookings has financial ties to multiple Big Tech platforms that can censor speech online. Brookings’ new commentary complained about President-elect Donald Trump and Republicans’ 2024 landslide victory, which reclaimed the House and Senate. Brookings highlighted “inflation fears, concerns about border security, worries about cultural issues related to race, gender, and sexuality, and feelings that President Joe Biden and the country as a whole were headed in the wrong direction,” but ultimately blamed alleged “disinformation.” Every single example Brookings cited of supposed “disinformation” was exclusively from the Republican side, including Trump’s reaction to reports of Haitian migrants cooking pets. Other examples were allegations of sexual abuse against Democrat vice presidential nominee Tim Walz and an AI-generated image of Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Brookings tellingly did not label Democrat propaganda as disinformation. The commentary piece defended outgoing President Joe Biden’s record and that of other Democrat candidates, including Walz. Brookings also did not list the times accurate information was censored in the past with the excuse of suppressing “disinformation.” Infamously, the Hunter Biden laptop story was crushed online, swinging the 2020 election in Joe Biden’s favor. Arguments that the Covid-19 virus originated in a Wuhan lab and reports of out-of-control border crossings/trafficking under Biden both turned out to be credible, but were suppressed. Then-Fox News host Tucker Carlson, gun enthusiast Mike Yardley and Project Veritas were all users censored for one of these two topics, as MRC’s CensorTrackdatabase shows. “The disinformation risks have grown stronger in recent months due to new tech tools such as generative AI,” Brookings warned. “If that continues, it will lead to disaster for our country’s politics and governance.” It demanded that digital platforms and websites “get a serious handle on the flood of disinformation.” Notably, Brookings’ 2023 annual report listed multiple Big Tech companies as donors in various categories by the size of the donation, namely Microsoft ($2 million+), Meta ($250,000+), and Google (both the $500,000+ and $250,000+ categories). Meanwhile, George Soros’s Open Society Foundations (OSF) awarded Brookings 11 grants from 2016 to 2023, totaling over $2.9 million. MRC studies have repeatedly demonstrated Google’s bias, including a Nov. 7 study illustrating egregious left-leaning 2024 election manipulation. Conservatives are under attack. It's official: Trump announces dynamic duo who will go on bureaucrat firing spree — and lefties can't cope

President-elect Donald Trump announced Tuesday that Tesla CEO Elon Musk and Ohio entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy will lead a new federal agency, the Department of Government Efficiency — thereby making an internet meme a government-shrinking reality. Some liberals are enraged over the proposed agency and appointments, apparently worried that these relative outsiders will lack the sensitivity and restraint necessary to preserve the status quo. Trump said in a statement that Musk and Ramaswamy will "pave the way for my Administration to dismantle government Bureaucracy, slash excess regulations, cut wasteful expenditures, and restructure Federal Agencies — Essential to the 'Save America' Movement." The novel agency, which Trump suggested could become "potentially, 'The Manhattan Project' of our time," will provide extra-governmental counsel and partner with both the White House and Office of Management and Budget "to drive large scale structural reform, and create an entrepreneurial approach to Government never seen before." This initiative has a strict deadline of July 4, 2026. Trump figures that the maximization of efficiency and minimization of bureaucracy "will be the perfect gift to America on the 250th Anniversary of The Declaration of Independence." "This will send shockwaves through the system, and anyone involved in Government waste, which is a lot of people," Musk said in the statement shared by Trump. 'Americans voted for drastic government reform.' Musk indicated that the DOGE will post all of its actions online for "maximum transparency" and suggested that the novel agency will regularly update a leaderboard for the "most insanely dumb spending of your tax dollars." The tech magnate also shared a clip from his interview with Tucker Carlson, where he said, "Just take a look at all the federal agencies and say, 'Do we really need whatever it is, 428 federal agencies?' There's so many that people never even heard of and that have overlapping areas of responsibility. ... I think we should be able to get away with 99 agencies." Ramaswamy tweeted, "Afuera!" — a term that more or less means "out" and that Argentine President Javier Milei repeated in a viral video when tearing the names of government ministries off a whiteboard. Ramaswamy, who indicated Tuesday that he is withdrawing himself from consideration for the pending Senate appointment in Ohio, noted further that the "DOGE will soon begin crowdsourcing examples of government waste, fraud, & ... abuse. Americans voted for drastic government reform & they deserve to be part of fixing it." While there has long been a desire among fiscal conservatives to rein in and shrink government, this particular initiative appears to have taken shape during a 70-minute conversation in August between Trump and Musk on X Spaces. "Inflation is caused by government overspending," said Musk. "Would you agree that we need to take a look at government spending and have, perhaps, a government efficiency commission that just ... tries to make the spending sensible and so that the country lives within its means?" "The waste is incredible, and nobody negotiates prices," said Trump. Musk stressed that there should be a government efficiency commission "that takes a look at these things and just ensures that the taxpayer money — that taxpayers' hard-earned money — is spent in a good way. And I'd be happy to help out on such a commission." Trump appeared receptive to the idea, having elsewhere marveled at what Musk had done at X — canning over 80% of the workforce and righting the ship — as well as at the wonders worked in Argentina by Milei, who took a "chainsaw" both to his leftist predecessors' failed policies and to bureaucratic overgrowth. Shortly after their conversation, Musk posted an AI-generated image of himself standing at a podium emblazoned with the proposed title "Department of Government Efficiency," along with its acronym, which users recognized alluded to another meme: "Doge," the shiba inu dog immortalized in the cryptocurrency Dogecoin. Trump was evidently unwilling to let the dream remain a meme. Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) was among the first in line to complain. Hours after belittling a two-time Bronze Star-awarded combat veteran, Warren — a senator with a platoon of staffers — wrote sarcastically, "The Office of Government Efficiency is off to a great start with split leadership: two people to do the work of one person. Yeah, this seems REALLY efficient." Lincoln Project co-founder George Conway III, whose effort to spoil Trump's Madison Square Garden rally failed last month, joined MSNBC talking head Alex Wagner Tuesday night to complain about the proposed new agency. Wagner, who apparently missed the Biden-Harris administration's short-lived Disinformation Governance Board, said, "Nothing has been more Orwellian in title." 'What are we going to be left with at the end of this?' Conway cast doubt on whether the DOGE was possible, telling Wagner, "First of all, it's not going to be a governmental department as I understand it. And then there are actually rules and statutes that apply, I think. The Federal Advisory Committee Act talks about regulat[ing] from an ethics standpoint, people who are coming in and, you know, being consulted on how to run the government." Jeffrey Toobin, the cable news analyst who exposed himself to colleagues on an October 2020 Zoom call, tried to reassure fellow travelers on CNN that the Administrative Procedures Act "requires a lot of hoops to be jumped through," meaning that Musk and Ramaswamy might have trouble slashing through the Washington kakistocracy with ease. "If you want to get rid of a government department — if you want to change the structure of the Department of Education, the Department of the Interior — you have to go through all these steps, and like it or not, these two entrepreneurs are going to have to start learning that and following it, and it's going to drive them crazy," said Toobin. "We'll see how much they actually do." New York Times writer Lulu Garcia-Navarro expressed concern on the CNN about what might be left after Musk and Ramaswamy are finished. "Let's look at his track record. What did he do at Twitter, now X? He completely gutted that organization. It remains to be seen what he does in the federal bureaucracy," Garcia-Navarro told Cooper. "Radical change — it's a good thing, but you know, a lot of these people do not have the experience to know what they should be cutting, what they shouldn't be cutting. These are not people [with] government experience. So it really does beg the question, what are we going to be left with at the end of this?" While it is presently unclear which federal agencies will be plastered with pink slips by the incoming Trump administration, bureaucrats at the FBI and Pentagon are among those now reportedly updating their resumes. Brutal and brash, Rising Storm 2 is the perfect FPS for 2024, and it costs $2

After ten years of patches, updates, roadmaps, and seasons, I don’t want FPS games to be ‘balanced’ anymore. This constant adjusting - nudging a few values one way, then nudging them back again - drains the joy from shooters. Asymmetry is fun. Imbalance is fun. The reason Dust was so good in classic Counter-Strike was because it favored the CT side, and Terrorists had to get creative. Operation Metro is a blast in Battlefield 3 because no-one cares about the number of doors or choke points - it’s flat out anarchy. This is why we need games like Rising Storm 2, which is thankfully having a comeback on Steam, and now costs less than two dollars.
