A woman on social media shared the heartwarming story of how her mom’s “friend” became her new dad, and her post might just bring you to tears! Ed has been in Hihi’s life since she was a little girl, but it took a while for her to think of him as her father. In her slideshow, she explained how this sweet man won her over by showering their small family with love. Eventually, she knew she wanted to start calling him Dad! In the first couple of slides, Hihi explained that she didn’t necessarily want a new father figure as a kid. She was pretty happy just being with her mom!
