A group of elderly performers has been astounding audiences with their spot-on impression of the Royal Air Force’s aerobatic team, the Red Arrows. What’s especially impressive about their act is that there are no airplanes involved! Instead, these entertainers use wheelbarrows to parody famous stunts that typically take place in the sky. Cleverly, they call themselves the Red Barrows! Social media user Lewis Lister caught some incredible footage of the elderly acrobats in action during an outdoor show. This stunt is usually pretty dramatic when executed by pilots, but the Red Barrows brought a certain levity to it. According to the Daily Mail, the hand of one of Peru’s so-called “alien mummies” was recently dissected, revealing an inexplicable metal plate inside. The authenticity of these small mummies, often referred to as the “Nazca Three-Fingered,” has been widely debated. They were reportedly found by local tomb raiders in the Nazca region of Peru. Now, a team of experts who examined the hand claims to have uncovered a “light metal” implant. We identified elements such as aluminum, tin, silver, copper, cadmium, and osmium, among others,” said Dr. Jose Zalce Benitez, a Mexican Navy forensic expert who dissected the hand. Images also reveal the so-called “palmar” bones within the hand. “This three-fingered hand, from which we extracted the metal, doesn’t belong to any of the bodies recently presented in Mexico’s Congress. It’s part of a series of individual remains found in the same area in Peru,” Zalce clarified. The metal implant, found in the hand, resembles a piece of silver foil. Before dissection, the three-fingered hand was carefully rehydrated to remove the implant. “We used forensic technology to protect the tissue and minimize damage during the procedure. A special serum, with precise concentration percentages, was used to rehydrate the corpse. This technology, which the FBI employs, helps recover data or extract information during forensic investigations,” Zalce explained. The researchers also stated that the hand they dissected resembles those found in the specimens presented to the Mexican Congress. These mummies are no more than 60 centimeters tall and are believed to have larger “relatives,” allegedly also found in Peru. However, critics, including senior Peruvian officials, have dismissed these mummies as fabricated. Flavio Estrada, a forensic archaeologist at Peru’s Institute of Forensic Medicine and Forensic Sciences, has concluded that the smaller mummies were constructed from animal bones and modern synthetic adhesives. Let's give him this much credit: former Newsweek scribe Jonathan Alter's angst seems sincere. That contrasts with Joe Scarborough's seemingly contrived episodes of table-pounding anti-Trump scaremongering. On today's CNN This Morning, Alter grew emotional as he described the supposed dangers of electing Trump.  Host Kasie Hunt wasn't content simply to tee up Alter. Citing statements in an Atlantic article in which former Trump aides condemned Trump as fascistic, Hunt made clear that she shared Alter's fearful view of a possible Trump win: "In these final moments of the campaign, you can lose sight of what we're really grappling with here. But when the headline in The Atlantic is that Trump wants his generals to be more like, they want -- like Hitler's generals . . .  it does collectively make a significant statement about where we are." Alter compared Kamala Harris to....Abe Lincoln in 1864.  ALTER: Yes, we're at a moment of national truth. This is the most significant election since 1864 when, if Abraham Lincoln had lost, there would have been a separate peace with the South, as Trump said last week he favored. We would've had a confederacy, no abolition. So, this election is as big as that. We now have the former chief of staff to Donald Trump, the former chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, top military officer. They both used the "F"-word, "fascist." This is not a drill...People have to wake up and understand our whole system is at stake in this election. But Alter never addressed the fact that Trump, the supposed neo-fascist, had already been in office for four years. And somehow, the catalog of horrors that Alter predicts never transpired. The republic survived. Biden is serving out his term. And the campaign has proceeded peacefully -- with the exception of two assassination attempts against Trump! Kamala is Lincoln, and Trump is....Putin. Alter added: "So, America has to ask itself, do we want an American Putin? That's what's on offer in this election."
