Unsure what type of critter it was, he faced some challenges in helping it back to freedom. He settled on inserting a long strap down the pipe to the animal, hoping it would grab on. It did, so Nathan gently pulled in the slack. When the critter reached daylight, it was still challenging to identify, but it did seem to have feathers. Image from TikTok. The little animal was pink and gray, with a lighter pinkish head. Nathan helped extricate it from the top of the pipe, and it immediately flew away.
