In Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick’s version, we hear lyrics that describe their own relationship. Kevin starts singing, “I like relaxing, my favorite thing to do. I like relaxing, when I relax with you,” What a sweet sentiment. Eventually, Kira joins in with, “You’re always thinking about relaxing, like there’s nothing else to think about…” It’s such a super cute version of the song. The Two End The Video Singing Together The two end the video by singing together, and you can see the love in their eyes. They then wish one another “Happy Anniversary” and end with a kiss. In another video posted about their anniversary, we see photos of the two over the years, starting with their wedding in 1988. They use Paramore’s song “Still Into You”, and it’s perfect. For their 30th anniversary, they sang “To Love Somebody“ by the Bee Gees. The two have a special relationship, that much is clear. The former chief of staff of a California state senator has sued his former boss for allegedly forcing him to do sexual favors that caused him to sustain injuries. California State Sen. Marie Alvarado-Gil, a longtime Democrat turned Republican, faces a civil lawsuit from her former chief of staff, Chad Condit, alleging sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and violations of other state labor laws. Marie Alvarado-Gil is facing a civil lawsuit filed by her ex-chief of staff who alleges the senator forced him to do sexual favors while she was his boss and he suffered a back injury because of it. pic.twitter.com/TCsx9Tz3i4 — GameTechPolitics (@GTP_Podcast) September 9, 2024 KCRA 3 reports: Condit portrayed Alvarado-Gil as an erratic, controlling, sexually abusive authority figure. “This was a sex-based quid pro quo relationship of unwelcome advances and sexual behaviors coupled with punishment and flexing of power,” Condit alleged. Condit worked for Alvarado-Gil first on her campaign when she ran as a Democrat for Senate District 4 in 2022. He became her chief of staff when she got elected and he was fired in December 2023. Condit, who is married, claimed he was pressured to perform oral sex on Alvarado-Gil when they traveled together for work. Condit said he did it to protect his job. Condit said during the final time, he suffered a back injury while performing oral sex on her in the seat of a car. As a result, Condit claims he suffered three herniated discs in his back and a collapsed hip. The complaint said Condit “was demeaned and made to feel empty and subordinate to his boss, a California state senator, with power over his career and livelihood.” The former chief of staff to California state Sen.
