Pittsburgh Police Search for Missing At-Risk Woman

Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Tara Nolan, a 39-year-old woman who is considered at-risk. Nolan last communicated with her family via email on Thursday, September 5, 2024, and was believed to be near Allegheny Commons on Cedar Avenue on the North Side.

Nolan is described as 5'3" with brown hair and brown eyes. Her weight is approximately 110 pounds.
