Fiber optic networks across France have reportedly been ‘sabotaged’ in the latest vandalism in the European country hosting the 2024 Summer Olympics. “Telecom companies in France, including at least SFR, Bouygues and Free, have been targeted by acts of vandalism, mere days after a wave of sabotage also hit the country’s rail network,” Euronews reports. “Multiple internet providers facing disruptions in France amid reports of Fibre optic networks sabotage,” Insider Paper noted.
