Real estate developer Anita Verma-Lallian recently acquired the home and confirmed their purchase in new social media photos. The 42-year-old took photos of her new purchase on Instagram, including a view of the Pacific Ocean and a special detail left behind by Perry. “The moment I walked into the home, I absolutely fell in love with the features… We knew it was ‘the one’ and decided to write an offer on it immediately,” Anita revealed. Anita’s followers were pleased to learn that she was keeping the logo as a tribute to Perry, who shared several posts about the action figure days before his demise. “We chose to honor the positive aspects of the previous owner’s life, his immense talent, and all the joy he brought to so many people,” Anita further announced.
