Cancer is agonizing, and some say the unknown is the most difficult part. From the moment a loved one receives a cancer diagnosis, it is scary. When Hayley Erbert had an emergency craniectomy and cranioplasty in December 2023, she thought her dancing career might be over. Hayley returned triumphantly to Dancing With The Stars on October 15, dancing to Benson Boone’s Beautiful Things with husband Derek Hough. It was an emotional moment for the pair. Hayley and I were heading back on the road for the final leg of the tour. Living out our dreams onstage, doing what we love with the person that we love, and then it just all came to a screeching halt in the most devastating way.” Hayley echoed her husband’s words after they danced. “Obviously this was the most challenging thing I’ve ever been through in my entire life, physically and mentally.  was a lot on all of us as a family and I just—you never know what you’re capable of until you go through something like this.” The dance touched many fans’ hearts. One wrote, “I sobbed the whole time watching. I hope and pray that God continues to keep Hayley healthy so she can keep dancing and I pray for Derek as well.” This person agreed, “I was speechless during this whole segment. What a beautiful story that thankfully gets to continue, and thank god that Derek and Hayley still get to do what they love together!” So did this fan, “This had me silently crying from the second the story started. When it was first announced that Vice President Kamala Harris agreed to a sit-down interview with Fox News, there were questions about what the intended outcome might have been, and what Harris might have expected to gain from what was going to be an interview far more adversarial than she is accustomed to. After watching the interview, it is clear that she did not expect to be asked tough questions. The interview was contentious from the very beginning, and began with immigration. The first question was on whether Harris knew how many illegal migrants were released into the interior.  THIS was how the @BretBaier interview with Kamala Harris started. Baier: “You know, voters tell pollsters all over the country and here in Pennsylvania that immigration is one of the key issues they are looking at this election ans specifically the influx of illegal immigrants… pic.twitter.com/ENNrEVmmTI — Curtis Houck (@CurtisHouck) October 16, 2024 Harris was rattled both by Bret Baier’s question, and by his refusal to allow her to non-respond with talking point word salad. Baier’s followup drilled deeper, with a focus on heinous crimes committed by illegal migrants. Harris wants to deflect to the dead-on-arrival comprehensive immigration bill filed on Inauguration Day, and on the failed Senate bill.  .@BretBaier: When you came into office, your administration immediately reversed a number of Trump border policies. Baier had a clip with testimony from Nungaray’s mother, which got a ghoulish response: “I’m sorry” followed by a pivot back to Trump and the failed border deal. This was incredible work by @BretBaier to have a clip ready, amid a Kamala Harris word salad blaming Donald Trump for the border crisis, to queue up of an Angel Mom ripping the Biden-Harris administration. Kamala’s reaction? Soulless. Here she reverted to her prosecutorial word salad. .@BretBaier ran through the list of immigration policies Kamala Harris espoused in her 2019 campaign. Harris never gave a definitive explanation for a single one. During this combative exchange, Harris coughed up what might be a campaign-breaking quote: “You gotta take responsibility for what happened in your administration.” Wow. This section on transgenderism was another dodge for Kamala Harris. .@BretBaier: So, are you still in support of using taxpayer dollars to help prison inmates to detained illegal aliens on inmates to transgender?
