The legendary Beatles drummer Ringo Starr has always been a huge Country music fan and he finally announced a new album called "Look Up" which is focused on that kind of music. The record will be out next January 10 but the first track "Time on My Hands" was already released. The new album was produced by T Bone Burnett and has 11 original songs, recorded in Nashville and Los Angeles. 9 songs were co-written by Burnett, one with Billy Swan and another with Bruce Sugar. He also announced two special shows focused on Country music next January 14 and 15 at Nashville's Storied Ryman Auditorium. Ringo Starr talked about the new album, saying: “I’ve always loved country music. And when I asked T Bone to write me a song, I didn’t even think at the time that it would be a country song – but of course it was, and it was so beautiful.” Ringo recalls. “I had been making EPs at the time and so I thought we would do a country EP -but when he brought me nine songs I knew we had to make an album! And I am so glad we did. I want to thank, and send Peace & Love, to T Bone and all the great musicians who helped make this record. The ex-Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Jake E. Lee revealed that the shooter that attacked him fired 15 times at him. He revealed that in an official statement on his social media. The guitarist is fully conscious although he is at the intensive care unit and was shot in the chest, arm and foot. He is expected to fully recover from the attack. There are many super bands of a particular band who buy tickets to several tour dates and kind of 'travel' with them, watching them play in different cities. That happens with The Pretenders and it's not something that the band's vocalist and guitarist Chrissie Hynde likes. She shared a message to those fans on her social media, saying that although she appreciates their love for the band and that they like to go see the band multiple times during a tour, she wants to see local faces in the front row and not always the same people that are following the band around.
