My Biggest Battle (The Tragic Story Of COVID Vaccine-Injured Extreme Triathlete Heiko Sepp)

The story of how the COVID-19 vaccine crushed ultra-triathlon super athlete Heiko Sepp. UTL COMMENT:- Sad how many lives the bioweapon has destroyed.... Why seek out medical advice from the same criminals in white coats that caused your illness to begin with?? The government lied about covid, the tests, the deaths, the masks and the 6ft distancing, but they were very clear that this was an emergency use authorization trial - EUA Trial. They are collecting data from that Trial and sadly, Heiko's injuries are a part of that. Between the democide (government ordered murder) in the hospitals behind locked doors and without witnesses on innocent patients for an illness they did not have or those injured by or have died from the jab$ these are all crimes against humanity and every single person who played a part should be held accountable...with SEVERE CONSEQUENCES for those found guilty!!! ?☠️?? Do you 'TRUST THE PLAN'?

Do you trust their plan? I don’t! #itsallofthem UTL COMMENT:- I used to love Trump - a HUGE fan back in 2016.... Until COVID came, the bioweapons were pushed by him, then he pushes his massive support for genocidal Israel....he also borrowed borrowed borrowed too much money and drove the US further towards massive bankruptcy... Enuff for me.... But who else can you vote for in the US??! ?

Boyz II Men updated 'I'll Make Love to You’ for married couples and it's both funny and true

Boyz II Men’s classic 1994 love song “I’ll Make Love to You” was one of the most popular make-out songs of the ‘90s. But now, the Gen Xers who got down to it back then are a bit older and have probably settled down.Life in your 40s and 50s has more to do with handling household chores and parenting responsibilities than making love “all through the night,” as Boyz II Men originally sang nearly 30 years ago. Studies show that the average married couple in their 40s and 50s has sex around once a week, whereas those in their 20s and 30s have it twice as often. The threesome had some fun with the passing of time on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” on Valentine’s Day when they debuted an updated version of “I’ll Make Love to You” that reframes the song for couples who’ve been married for the past 15 years. “I’ll Make Love to You (But We Don’t Have To)” features three members of the Philadelphia group’s classic lineup, Nathan Morris, Shawn Stockman, Wanyá Morris and a cameo from Colbert himself.Back in the group's heyday in the ‘90s, it had four members, but unfortunately, bass singer Michael McCary left the group in 2003 after being diagnosed with muscular sclerosis. Here are the lyrics to “I’ll Make Love to You (But We Don’t Have To)”:Close the door, wash this dishI'll put all the forks awayIt's our 15th Valentine's DayWe're gonna celebrate once this house is cleanPour some wine in my favorite coffee mugAre the kids finally asleep?Said we'd do it once a weekBut we don't have to, babeLet's see what's on TVI’ll make love to you if you want me toUnless you’re too tired, because I’m tired, tooI’ll make love to you, or we can just watch YouTube andI'll text you some memes while I'm next to youGirl, relax; there's no rushLet's just go to Puzzle-townYou need help with 19-downOh, a female sheepBaby, you know that's ewePick up clothes from the floorI'll be sure to check Brooklyn's mathThen we'll both get in the bathBut not at the same time; it's very uncomfortableI’ll make love to you in a day or twoHow 'bout a raincheckLast time I threw out my neckDo you want me to paint the living room?I keep saying I will, but I never doI know your job got you stressedAnd this whole house is a messStill, tonight, let's say yesTo doing it or we could watch "NCIS"I’ll make love to you, coz my love is trueI'll make sure you know, ok, your eyes are closedAlright, that's some drool, and you're snoring, tooMaybe let's try again in a week or twoThis article originally appeared on 2.15.23

Finance influencer shares 'number one trick to get anything done' without procrastinating

A big reason many tasks don’t get done is that they are boring and seem to make time go slower than usual. Cleaning the house, doing the dishes, or folding your clothes can be a drag, so it’s easy to put them off until the last minute. Jenny Park, a finance influencer on TikTok, has found a way to stop procrastinating: by taking advantage of the body’s ability to produce dopamine, the “feel-good” neurotransmitter. Dopamine is part of the body’s reward center and is released when we are feeling pleasure. It floods our brain with a “rush” when we are having sex, doing drugs, shopping, scrolling through social media, or smelling cookies. It also plays a role in learning, blood vessel function and mood regulation. Once we get a dopamine hit, we’re likely to return for more. That’s why people are easily addicted to scrolling through social media, or in extreme cases, cocaine and heroin. Park says we can stop procrastinating over understimulating tasks by pairing them with dopamine-releasing activities. @mohaewithjennypark Steal this life hack and you’ll be way more productive!! #bigsisteradvice #lifetips #dopaminemenu #howtobemoreproductive #goals #productivitytips #lifeadvice #20sontiktok #adhdinwomen #adhdtips "If there are certain mindless things around the house that I just dread doing, like putting away clothes or unloading the dishwasher, I will save certain YouTube videos or podcasts that I can only do for these specific tasks," Park explains in the video. "I'll listen to the podcast and then mindlessly do the task and it makes the time go by so much faster, then I'm tricking myself into getting dopamine from this task." Park is right that podcasting can make mundane tasks more pleasurable. When people listen to long-form conversations that require deep engagement, their brains release dopamine, which makes them want to seek out more podcasts. So, when people say podcasts are addictive, they are correct. "Steal this life hack and you'll be way more productive!" Park captioned her video. The video was a big hit on TikTok, earning over 30,000 views. Park’s followers in the comments shared how they use the dopamine trick to accomplish things they don’t want to do. “Task stacking: Doing something you have to do + something you enjoy doing,” Samantha wrote. “This is how I trained for a half marathon. I was only allowed to watch ‘New Girl’ on the treadmill and it works!” Maiden added. This is how I get myself on the treadmill, lol,” Cait wrote. “I’ve been saving shows to only watch when I’m at the gym and it makes it fly by and makes me go in the first place.” For Park, getting things done is all about creating the perfect space for herself to be effective, whether listening to a podcast she loves while doing something mundane or altering the timeframe for a task. “I definitely used to struggle with procrastination until I stopped seeing it as a character flaw,” she told Upworthy. “For bigger tasks like work, I now just know that I do my best work in a tight time frame. So I will intentionally try to create that environment and not feel stressed. Or, I’ll find ways to get dopamine while still being productive. These days, I’m way more productive and less stressed.” The bottom line on Park’s hack is that everyone works differently, and it’s okay for you to find your own way to accomplish a task, whether that means listening to a podcast or watching an episode of “Friends” while you’re doing it. Altering the time frame can also mean giving yourself a sense of urgency, as in Park's case. The key is to find what works for you and to run with it. Follow Jenny Park on TikTok here.

Woman tired of being told to 'cut out sodas' shares eye opening rant about losing weight

Woman tired of being told to 'cut out sodas' shares eye opening rant about losing weight

Losing weight is a personal journey, though when someone is visibly overweight, it seems sometimes others can feel that it's their business to comment on their weight. The media isn't much help in this area since they generally portray overweight people as someone who over eats due to lack of self control. They're also often seen as lazy and disheveled in movies and television shows, even when it's supposed to be comedy. These sorts of portrayals can easily seep into the subconsciousness of viewers who may then prejudge overweight people they come into contact with. But just because someone is overweight or even obese, it doesn't mean they got that way due to unhealthy habits. It also doesn't mean they're maintaining the weight due to unhealthy habits. Alecia, is someone who is frustrated with the prejudgement about her weight but even more frustrated about the difficulties she's had while trying to lose weight. It sounds like Alecia has been doing everything right for years but the weight won't come off and doctors don't seem to be of any help, so she decided to vent her difficulties to her followers. "I am 34 year's old and I have battled my weight for 20 years. That is longer than I...I have battled weight longer than I have not. That is ridiculous. I have ketoed, I have weight watchered, I have counted calories. And I'm talking weighed my food, I still do. I've been with my husband 10 years in March and in 10 years he has never known me to not work out minimum four days a week, count my calories...either counting calories or Weight Watchers. He has never known me to not do those things," She reveals before sharing her pet peeve. woman in black t-shirt and blue denim jeans holding brown hat Photo by Jade Destiny on Unsplash "And I'm so sick of the people that are like, 'ugh cut out sodas.' I don't drink sodas. I don't drink sodas."It's clear Alecia is frustrated with the accusations and misconceptions, pointing out the discrepancies in what Hollywood portrays and her actual reality. The woman assures people that she doesn't sit around on the couch all day eating "three Whoppers and two large fries" followed by a tub of ice cream. "I might even cry because I'm so angry about it. I don't even like that kind of emotion on social media but I'm so frustrated because why is it this freaking hard," Alecia shares before being interrupted by her rooster being upset that she's upset. "If you have not worked so freaking hard to have no results, you don't get it." person standing on white digital bathroom scale Photo by i yunmai on Unsplash It's clear early on in her nearly 10 minute video that she has been doing everything she possibly can to lose weight. Even demanding her doctors try to figure out what is causing her to hang on to the weight despite working out and eating very healthy foods. Alecia complains that the doctors continue to tell her to cut out sodas and junk food though she does her best to make them believe that she isn't eating those things anyway. But it seems as if they are dismissing her very real health concerns about how her body is responding to living a healthy lifestyle. When recounting a dinner she made, she explains that her husband had six tacos loaded up with sour cream and cheese while she had a singular taco topped with plain Greek yogurt and fat free cheese. Aleicia does admit that there are times when she will drop around 30 pounds but that seems to be where it stops, though she feels stronger, the struggle with weight is still there no matter what. @aleciathecountrybumpkin #frustration #weightloss #weightlosstransformation #weightlosscheck #wls #losingweight #overweight #momsoftiktok #momsover30 #sickandtired #fypシ゚viral ♬ original sound - aleciathecountrybumpkin "I've had hormone panels done, I've had all the blood drawn," she says before taking a mocking tone. "Everything's in range, everything's fine. Everything is not fine. Everything's not fine. If it were fine wouldn't I have lost weight by now? Wouldn't I be able to lose weight continuously?"Alecia reveals later in the video that people often point to how fit she looked in high school assuming she could get there again, but it turns out the woman was struggling with an eating disorder during her teen years. People really resonated with Alecia's message sharing their own experiences with struggling to lose weight while others share what they think the issue may be. Working Out Body Type GIF Giphy "Same girl. SAME. GLP1 medications have quite literally saved my life. Insulin resistance is REAL," someone writes."And the SECOND you stop trying to lose weight, dieting, working out.. you gain everything back. I’m so tired," another shares."You are not alone. If I had a dollar for the “what are you eating?” Comments from Dr’s. Nothing. Some days I was literally was eating NOTHING. Could not loose an oz. I am seeing change with a GLP1," another person chimes in. the simpsons exercise GIF Giphy "All of this! It wasn't until I went to a functional Dr and paid out of pocket that the right testing was done. Diagnosed with PCOS, Hypothyroidism and Insulin Resistance. On Zepbound and down 60lbs," one commenter shares.Alecia's rant and the subsequent comments from followers is extremely eye opening for those that may not understand the struggle some face with losing weight. It also solidifies that judging someone based on their outward appearance can be harmful. Hopefully, her rant helps others understand the importance of valuing others based on who they are as a person and not what size they wear.

Mail carrier writes relatable song to dog owners that keep their dogs off leash

Mail carriers really don't get enough credit. They deliver mail no matter the weather: rain, snow, sleet, tropical storm, if it's not a federal holiday they're delivering mail. This means they face some extreme weather conditions as well as interesting animals and people. Depending on the part of the country you live in, mail carriers either get out of their mail trucks and walk the neighborhood or they stay in their trucks and put the mail in the mailbox from their seat. For those that have to get out and walk because mailboxes are located physically on the house and not on the curb, loose dogs can be a bit of an issue. It's one of the reasons they carry pepper spray, something I'll be forever grateful for after a couple of dogs jumped over a fence and tried to attack me. It was the mailman that ran to the rescue by using the spray on his keychain. Loose dogs are something postal carriers come into contact with often, not all of them friendly so when Ari B. shared her song about dogs, people related hard. Doesn't hurt that the song is set to an old school bop. person standing beside stroller Photo by Victória Kubiaki on Unsplash Ari is a mail carrier that rewrote the lyrics to Aaliyah's "Are You That Somebody" to encompass her views on people allowing their dogs to roam free unleashed. The woman is still in uniform inside of her mail truck while singing the revamped song. Ari has an amazing voice which makes you wonder if being a mail carrier is her final career because "America's Got Talent" could certainly be in her future. The song starts, "your dog, it ain't on the leash so you ain't getting mail from me why you think that's cool? Then you telling me he don't bite while he drooling at the mouth like he wanna eat me." dog standing on pavement Photo by Berkay Gumustekin on Unsplash Ari sings about telling the owner to take the dog inside because if the dog tries to attack her then she's going to spray the dog. That's when the hook comes in, "if I let this go, I'm spraying this whole bottle, I said this whole bottle. You need to be more responsible, plus I can't run that fast if he bite me I'm a sue your a**."The entire song will have you wanting to sing along to commiserate with the mail carrier who has clearly run into unleashed dogs enough times to want to write an entire song about it. People in the comments couldn't get over her vocals wishing their mail carriers had that kind of talent, while someone suggested that this song should be the official mail carrier anthem. @officialari.b Happy #MailLadyMonday ??? this is a serious matter in real life.? Please keep them dogs in the house or behind the fence ??? cause one thing I’m gon do is spray that dog ? Hope you are having a beautiful Monday ? . . . . . . . . . . . . #mailladymonday #mailproblems #AriB #detroitartist #mail #mailtime #explore #singing #aaliyah #areyouthatsomebody #aaliyahfans #fyp #viralvideo #viraltiktok ♬ original sound - AriB?️? "Yeah imma have a little chit chat with my mail lady because she not coming with these vocals when dropping off these bills lol," someone jokes."I’ve watched this too many times I know the rhythm and cadence singing it like it’s an actual song girl," another writes."Are you a huge star in another dimension?? Your voice is EVERYTHING! Like is there an album you have that I attempt singing along with," a commenter asks. landscape photography of white box van Photo by Joel Moysuh on Unsplash "Imma tell mail lady she need add a lil razzle dazzle like this when dropping off my bills," someone else laughs. Thanks to Ari's vocal skills, people are now expecting a lot more than mail from their mail carriers. But all postal workers really want is for you to do what Ari says and keep your dogs inside or on a leash while the mail is being delivered. Their job is difficult enough without adding running from dogs or serenading the homes receiving mail. Ari is in a league of her own with those pipes so let's not expect this level of talent while having bills delivered.

Hospice nurse shares the 'one sign' that someone is going to die 'in a few weeks'

Death is the final mystery that we all must face and it’s natural to be scared about going through the process. However, a new video by a hospice nurse shows an excellent reason for people to feel comfortable facing the unknown.Julie McFadden, aka Hospice Nurse Julie on YouTube, has witnessed over a hundred deaths, says that people are often comforted by friends and relatives who have passed away in their final days. She says that when people begin experiencing these visions, it’s a sign that they will be passing away within a few weeks.McFadden is also the author of the bestseller, “Nothing to Fear.”"Here's one sign that someone is close to death that most people don't believe happens,” Julie began the video. - YouTube www.youtube.com "Usually a few weeks to a month before someone dies, if they're on hospice, they will start seeing dead loved ones, dead relatives, dead pets. This happens so often that we actually put it in our educational packets that we give to patients and their families when they come on hospice so they aren't surprised or scared when it happens,” she continues. The experience is called visioning; although no one knows how or why it happens, it’s common among all her patients."We don't know why it happens, but we see it in definitely more than half of our patients," she continues.People often believe that the visions are caused by a lack of oxygen to the brain. However, Juie says that isn’t true. “Because when it does happen, most people are alert and oriented and are at least a month from death, so they don't have low oxygen," she said. The good news is that the visioning experience is always comforting for those who are nearing the end. It often involves relatives who come from the other side to let them know everything will be okay and encourage them to let go and pass away. People also experience being taken on journeys with loved ones or having sensory experiences from the past, such as smelling their grandmother's perfume or father’s cigar. Christopher Kerr, a CEO of Hospice & Palliative Care, an organization that provides palliative care in Buffalo, New York, says that the relatives that often appear in these visions are people who protected and comforted the dying parent when they were alive. So, they may see a parent who nurtured them but not one they feared.Kerr has extensively studied the mysterious phenomena that happen when people die but has no real explanation for why the visioning experience happens. “I have witnessed cases where what I was seeing was so profound, and the meaning for the patient was so clear and precise, that I almost felt like an intruder,” he told BBC Brazil. “And trying to decipher the etiology, the cause, seemed futile. I concluded that it was simply important to have reverence, that the fact that I could not explain the origin and process did not invalidate the experience for the patient.”It's comforting to know that for many, the final days of life may not be filled with pain and fear but instead with a sense of peace and joy. While we may never fully understand the reasons behind these mysterious visions, if they bring calm during such a daunting time, we can simply be grateful for their presence. They’re kind of like life, in general. In the end, we may not really know what it was all about, but we can be happy that it happened.
